Abstract

This paper aims to determine the level of society?s satisfaction with the performance of public services in Rongkop Office District. Data is obtained by using a questionnaire. Questionnaire of Community Satisfaction Index (HPI) to the performance of services is based on the decision Men.PAN Number: KEP / 25M.PAN / 2/2004. Respondentsare 150 people. The result of research are: (1) Elements of serviceincluded in the excellent category ?A? is the security environment. (2) The element of services that fall into category ?B? are the terms of service, service personnel clarity, speed of service, courtesy and friendliness of the clerk, and comfortable environment. (3) The element of services that fall into the category of less good ?C? are the sub-district service procedures, responsibilities of service personnel, the ability of service personnel, service personnel discipline, justice get service, the reasonableness of the cost of the service, the service cost certainty, and certainty of the service schedule. (4) Overall Community Satisfaction Index (HPI) on the performance of public serviceThis paper proposed the idea to remove gender discrimination experienced by women workers in the workplace as a result of deep-rooted cultural partiarkhi in Indonesia. This discrimination affects women workers to payrolls in different level of wages of men and women?s wages, for the same type of work. The idea is implemented by changing the system of human resource management in the gender-minded companies. This system will impose what is called the management co-determination that allows workers to express their aspirations through the mechanism of seats the labor commissioner in the commissioner seat so that workers can teralurkan aspirations. With this system, labor issues can be resolved effectively and efficiently because workers can take care of themselves through their representatives in the commissioner. Primarily women workers were often crushed by the burden of diakibatnya gender discrimination. Bottom-up policy system makes workers positioned as the subject of any measures taken for the workers themselves. Later management of co-determination and self-management will be a new system in Employment Act new.

Abstract

This study aims to: a) provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between employee interactions and innovative behaviour, and b) build an integrative conceptual framework based on validated factors empirically and that relationship with relevant theories. An integrative literature review from empirical studies shows that employees perceive the combination of high demand and high resources to be ideal interaction. Innovative behaviour is a consequence of these complex interaction. Engaged employees tend to more innovative by coping strategy activities to face the challenge.

Abstract

In today's modern era, a woman is not only a housewife. Today's women have started to enter the public sector where they have to work. Armed with the skills and education currently available, women have the courage to work outside the home. This creates a dual role that can be said to be more than two roles for women who are daily workers. The role adopted by women workers is the role of being a mother for their children and being a good wife for her husband. In balancing roles, a woman finds it difficult and has many obstacles. A woman who cannot balance her roles will have an impact on her family and work. But the most important thing is the impact on his family. A woman has an important obligation to take care of the family household. If it has a negative impact it will disrupt family life, and have a significant impact on husbands and children. The issue of dual roles is also experienced by female K3L workers at Padjadjaran University. They are obligated to fulfill their roles as a mother and a wife and become K3L workers at the same time. Abstract

In achieving company goals, human resources play a very important role. The organization will thrive if supported by loyal and highly committed employees, which is shown by their attitudes and behavior in the workplace. The purpose of this research is to find out the extent of OCB UMKM  of Kabupaten Banyumas The approach used in this study is quantitative met hod with a mean score to measure employee OCB on obedience, loyalty and participation. The results of the study concluded that the three indicators used in the assessment show good average score. Of the three indicator values the smallest is the value of the participation indicator with 3.39. The lack of OCB values from participation indicator shows the degree of OCB held by UMKM Kabupaten Banyumas so that the institution can design trainings or workshops that are in accordance with employee needs so that employees can exhibit work behavior that exceeds standards.

Abstract

Usaha rumahan merupakan usaha kecil yang perlu diperhatikan. Salah satu usaha rumahan yang layak diperhatikan adalah Fionna Cake yang menghasilkan kue basah. Kue basah memiliki masa kadaluwarsa yang sangat pendek, sehingga menyebabkan kerugian dengan banyaknya sisa kue jika tidak terjual. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi kerugian lebih banyak, maka perlu dilakukan pengembangan usaha. Fionna Cake memiliki potensi dikembangan dengan menambahkan lini produk kue kering. Pengembangan usaha dengan menambahkan lini produk akan dapat meningkatkan penghasilan Fionna Cake. Usaha yang dilakukan oleh tim PKM Universitas Wijayakusuma Purwokerto adalah melakukan pendampingan penambahan lini produk. Metode yang digunakan oleh tim pengabdian adalah penyuluhan, dan pelatihan pembuatan kue kering yang menarik konsumen kepada mitra. Setelah mitra paham pentingnya menambah lini produk dilakuakn pendampingan pemasaran melalui instagram dan whatsapp. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan target dan rencana. Perluasan pemasaran dengan penambahan lini produk telah dapat berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan yang cukup baik.

Abstract

This research entitled "The Effect of Empowerment, Self Efficacy and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PD BPR BKK Mandiraja Banjarnegara Regency". The purpose of this study was to analyze empowerment significantly influence the performance of employees of PD BPR BKK Mandiraja Banjarnegara Regency, to analyze self efficacy significantly influence the performance of employees of PD BPR BKK Mandiraja Banjarnegara Regency and to analyze organizational culture significantly influence the performance of employees of PD BPR BKK Mandiraja Banjarnegara Regency .The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. From this research it can be concluded: The first hypothesis which states empowerment has a significant effect on the performance of PD BPR BKK Mandiraja employees in Banjarnegara Regency, accepted. This is evidenced by the t test, t count empowerment is greater than t table (4,151> 2,0244). The second hypothesis which states self efficacy has a significant effect on the performance of PD BPR BKK Mandiraja employees in Banjarnegara Regency, is accepted. This is evidenced by the t test, t counts self efficacy greater than t table (2,342> 2,0244). The third hypothesis which states organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of PD BPR BKK Mandiraja employees in Banjarnegara Regency, is accepted. This is evidenced by the t test, t calculates the organizational culture greater than t table (3,080> 2,0244).

Abstract

This research is entitled: "The Influence of Leadership Behavior, Motivation, and Work Discipline on Work Effectiveness in Puskesmas Buaran Sub-district Bantarkawung Brebes Regency". The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of leadership behavior on Work Effectiveness at the Puskesmas Buaran Sub-district Bantarkawung Brebes Regency, to determine the effect of motivation on Work Effectiveness at the Puskesmas Buaran Kecamatan Bantarkawung Brebes Regency, and to determine the significant effect of work discipline on Effectiveness Work at the Puskesmas Buaran Sub-district Bantarkawung Brebes Regency. The hypothesis of this study are: 1). Leadership behavior has a significant influence on the effectiveness of the Work at the Puskesmas Buaran Sub-district Bantarkawung Brebes Regency, 2). Motivation has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the Work at the Puskesmas Buaran Sub-district Bantarkawung Brebes Regency, 3). Work Discipline has a significant influence on the effectiveness of the Work at the Puskesmas Buaran Sub-district Bantarkawung Brebes Regency. To test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis is used and based on the analysis results obtained tX1 value of 2.014, tX2 of 0.529, tX3 of 5.190, t count of tX1 and tX2 greater than t table (2.009), which means behavior leadership and work discipline affect work effectiveness, while motivation does not affect work effectiveness

Abstract

This paper proposed the idea to remove the wage system based on stipulated in Law No. 13 of 2003 on Employment, and build a new system based on the Employment Act with a new revenue-sharing and self-management. The idea is implemented by means of disseminating discourse abolition of the wage system and replace it with a system of profit-sharing and self-managed workers’ sector alliances. And workers alliance solidarity and create strategis for action both mass action and structural measures. Intended structural action is to conduct a judicial review of Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning anything pertaining to wages in the employment relationship, to be blasted in Article 28D (2) of the 1945 Constitution. Then prepare an academic paper about the result and the self-management system in-Law the new Labor Law to be submitted to Parliament and Kemenarkertans. Then the discussion is mengkawal the text has to be approved and implemented. Later sharing system and self-management will be a new system in Employmet Act new. Later there will be no more that workers took to the streets, which is considered to impede the course of the national economy. No more demands for wage increases, minimum wage, working hours, outsouring, freedom of association, and other demands. Because of this new system makes workers obtain kedaulatannya, while industrialist also not left out of the corporate world. With this new system, then sociaty will succesfully obtain justice, well-being and economic independence. Keywords: self-management, profit sharing, wage laborers.
