Abstract

Curriculum is all activities that given to students under school responsibility. So that curriculum is not limited to the activities in the classroom, but also outside in the classroom. The purpose of this study was to find out the Implementation of the 2013 curriculum at the VII grade physical, sports and health education subjects of SMP Negeri Makassar. Data sources were primary and secondary data. Kind of research was descriptive qualitative research, namely it described qualitatively related to the curriculum, especially the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in physical,  sports and health  education  subjects which started from beginning, main and closing activities have been carried out properly with reference to the scientific approach with five components that is, observing, asking, exploring and associating, but the main activities of exploring and associating were not carried out, because sports physical education and healthsubjects were more practice oriented in the field so that the two scientific stages are considered not in accordance with the characteristics of PJOK subjects that already have rules standard in doing movements. Whereas the implementation of assessors was more dominant using a skill test in performing motoric movements which was 70%, while the written assessment was only 30%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (i) mengetahui  persepsi mahasiswa program studi ekonomi dengan program studi agama Islam tentang gadai (Rahn). (ii) mengetahui dasar hukum rahn (gadai). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian campuran (mix methode) dengan desain kuantitatif-kualitatif (Explanatory sequential). Sampel penelitian adalah quota sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 100 responden dari dua program studi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan keusioner, wawancara, observasi dan studi literature. Analisis data menggunakan statistic deskriptif (kuantitatif) dan teknik tiga Langkah (kualitatif). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa tentang gadai pada lima variabel yaitu (i) Menghindari kecurangan kedua pihak, (ii) Menghindari kesewenang-wenangan, (iii) Memenuhi rasa keadilan, (iv) Memanusiakan manusia, (v) Pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban terkategori baik. Dasar hukum gadai adalah hadits-hadits nabi yang diriwayatkan oeh para sahabat. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah gadai pada dasarnya baik untuk meringankan beban individu hanya pelaksanaannya sering tidak sesuai aturan sehingga menimbulkan kerugian pada satu pihak. This study aims to: (1) knowing the perceptions of students of the economics study program with the Islamic religion study program about pawning (Rahn). (2) to know the legal basis of rahn (pawn). This research uses a mixed research method (mix methode) with a quantitative-qualitative design (Explanatory sequential). The research sample was quota sampling with a total of 100 respondents from two study programs. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews, observations and literature studies. Data analysis using descriptive statistics (quantitative) and three-step technique (qualitative). The results showed that (1) Students' perceptions of pawn on five variables, namely (i) Avoiding cheating both parties, (ii) Avoiding arbitrariness, (iii) Fulfilling a sense of justice, (iv) Humanizing humans, (v) Fulfillment of rights and obligations are categorized as good. The legal basis for pawning is the hadiths of the prophet narrated by the companions. The conclusion of the research is that pawning is basically good to ease the burden on individuals, but its implementation is often not in accordance with the rules, causing losses to one party.
