Abstract

Every success in the learning process will affect environmental factors, schools, attitudes, or students themselves. Each student enhances cognitive, affective, and psychomotor development. Student trading has the uniqueness and character of each in the learning process to respond to and understand teaching material or information obtained. Student learning independence can be seen from the achievements of students in responding, solving, and processing information by completing various tasks. Every student has a learning style that is prominent in him, and the teacher must be able to accommodate it. That is to achieve the learning objectives well and effectively. Learning style is the key to student success in learning. There are models (Type) of learning styles (Fleming, 2001), VARK (Visual, auditory, Reading, Kinesthetic) that can increase student activity in learning Indonesian. Students can learn through the senses that they have with a visual learning style that learns from what is seen, students with an auditory learning style that is learning through what is heard, and a kinesthetic learning style that is learning through motion and opening.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu kegiatan kerja yang dilakukan olehkaryawan yang biasanya digunakan sebagai dasar penilaian karyawan di perusahaan. Untukmeningkatkan kinerja karyawan perusahaan harus melakukan upaya-upaya agar kinerjakaryawan meningkat, karena karyawan merupakan penunjang keberhasilan perusahaan dalammencapai tujuan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti-bukti empirik dan menemukankejelasan fenomena serta kesimpulan tentang Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan LingkunganKerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Kawasan Industri di KabupatenKarawang. Skripsi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan bagi pembangunan ilmumanajemen khususnya manajemen sumber daya manusia.Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampeldikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode Sample Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampelsebanyak 110 responden dari populasi 156 orang. Teknik analisis menggunakan rentang skaladan analisis jalur dengan bantuan Method Of Successive Interval (MSI), program komputerMicrosoft Excel 2013, dan SPSS versi 16.Hasil penelitian diperoleh berdasarkan analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwakepemimpinan dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 423 yang berada pada rentang skala 375-463dengan kriteria baik, lingkungan kerja dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 398 yang berada padarentang skala 375-463 dengan kriteria baik, kinerja karyawan dengan rata-rata skor sebesar418 yang berada pada rentang skala 375-463 dengan kriteria baik. Berdasarkan analisisverifikatif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif sedang antara kepemimpinan danlingkungan kerja yaitu sebesar 53,2 %, pengaruh parsial kepemimpinan terhadap kinerjakaryawan sebesar 30,2 %, pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 44,6%. Adapun besarnya pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap KinerjaKaryawan pada Perusahaan Kawasan Industri di Kabupaten Karawang secara simultan adalahsebesar 43,4 %. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 56,6 % yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain (ɛ)yang tidak diteliti.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah tentang melakukan pekerjaan dan hasil kerja yang dicapai dari pekerjaan tersebut. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja. Jika kompensasi terpenuhi maka motivasi kerja karyawan tinggi dan kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti- bukti empirik dan menemukan kejelasan fenomena serta kesimpulan tentang pengaruh kedua variabel terhadap kinerja karyawan. Karya ilmiah ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan bagi pengembangan ilmu manajemen. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif dan verifikatif, yaitu mengumpulkan, menyajikan, menganalisis dan melakukan pengujian hipotesis, serta membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Sampel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode Sample Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 124 responden dari populasi 180 orang. Teknik analisis digunakan dengan teknik analisis rentang skala dan analisis jalur dengan bantuan Method Of Successive Interval (MSI), program komputer microsoft Excel 2016, dan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kompensasi berdasarkan hasil analisis dari indikator menunjukan skor rata- rata sebesar 494 yang berada pada garis rentang skala baik, motivasi kerja berdasarkan hasil analisis dari indikator menunjukan skor rata- rata sebesar 500 yang berada pada garis rentang skala baik, kinerja karyawan pada berdasarkan hasil analisis dari indikator menunjukan skor rata- rata sebesar 508 yang berada pada garis rentang skala baik. Terdapat hubungan yang sedang antara kompensasi dan motivasi kerja, dari nilai analisis korelasi sebesar 0,462. Terdapat pengaruh kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,541 atau 54,1%, dan terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,094 atau 09,4%. Pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,635 atau 63,5% sedangkan sisanya 0,365 atau 36,5% merupakan kontribusi variabel lain (ε) yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. The performance is about perform work and a result of working achieved from the job.Of employee performance can be influenced by the compensation and motivation of work .If compensation met then motivation high and employees work of employee performance will increas. This research aims to obtain o empirical evidence and found clarity the phenomenon and conclusions about the influence of both variables on the performance of employees. A thesis is expected to contribute to the development of management sciences. A method of this research and verifikatif descriptive , namely in collecting, presents,to analyse and do the testing of hypotheses, as well as making conclusion and recommendations .Sample gathered by uses the method sample random sampling to the total number of samples from 124 respondents of the population 180 people. Analysis techniques used with analysis techniques range the scale and with the help of the analysis method of successive of the intervals (msi), a computer program microsoft excel 2016 , and spss version 20 . The research results obtained that compensation based on the analysis of the indicators showed average score of 494 in line the, fine scales the work based on the results of the analysis of the indicators showed average score of 500 in line the, fine scales employee performance on the basis of the analysis of the indicators showed average score of 508 in line the fine scales. There are the relationships that are between compensation and motivation of work, of the value of correlation analysis as much as 0,462.Compensation is in full on the performance of employees as much as 0,541 or 54,1 %, and there are partial motivational influence on the performance of a work as employees as much as 0,094 or 09,4 %.The influence of compensation and motivation of a work as simultaneous on the performance of employees as much as 0,635 or 64.6 % while the rest 0,365 or 36,5 % is the contribution of another variable (ε) that does not be researched. Abstract

The principal as a leader in the school environment is not only obliged to carry out administrative duties but also concerns the task of how to manage all school programs. He must be able to lead and direct both administrative aspects and the educational process in his school. This study aims to determine and describe the role of principal leadership in implementing school-based management at SD Negeri 20 Air Kumbang. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the leadership of the principal at SD Negeri 20 Air Kumbang has fulfilled the characteristics as a principal by being able to lead his subordinates well, the principal is able to empower the school's resources in the school and the principal of SD Negeri 20 Air Kumbang has a very important role important in the successful implementation of SBM, especially in the areas of financial management and public relations management. The principal tries to implement SBM effectively and efficiently so that school goals can be fulfilled.

Abstract

X-Ray Radiographic Analysis of Aisi 304 Stainless Steel Plate Joints From Inert Gas Tungsten Welding Results with 40 – 60 Ampere Current. Metal welding process is one of the main processes in machine construction. The quality of welded joints determines the strength and toughness of a machine construction. The quality of welded joints of installed construction can be determined by the non-destructive test method using X-ray radiography equipment. This study aims to obtain a butt joint obtained from TIG welding of AISI 304 stainless steel plate with a current of 40 - 60 A, identification of defects in the 1G butt joint, and analysis of the quality of the weld joint. The research method used is testing of welded joints using X-ray radiography which refers to the ASME V article II standard and the connection quality refers to ASME section IX. The results showed that TIG welding with a current of 60 Ampere produced a butt joint butt joint that was penetrated and there was no gap between the plates, whereas with a current of 40 A and 50 A the weld joint was not see-through but there was still a gap between the plates. Incomplete penetration weld defects were found in the welded SS 304 plate joints with a current of 40 A. Welded porosity defects were found in the welded SS 304 plate joints with a current of 50 A. Weld defects were not found in the SS 304 plate joints with a current of 60 A. Butt joint connections TIG welded SS 304 plate with the best current of 60 A compared to the current of 40 A and 50 A.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang perekonomiannya paling banyak ditumpu dari sektor UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi akuntansi UMKM di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para pengelola/pemilik UMKM di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang diperoleh dengan metode Quota Sampling. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari tingkat pendidikan, skala usaha, lama usaha dan pelatihan akuntansi. Metode uji datanya menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel tingkat pendidikan dan lama usaha tidak berpengaruh terhadap penerapan akuntansi pada UMKM. Sedangkan skala usaha dan pelatihan akuntansi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan akuntansi pada UMKM di Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah atau instansi terkait dalam melakukan pendekatan sosialisasi pentingnya penyusunan laporan keuangan bagi perkembangan dan kelangsungan suatu kegiatan usaha khususnya UMKM di D.I.Yogyakarta.
