Abstract

Hypertension is still a major problem in the world. According to the WHO, hypertension is the number 1 cause of death in the world. The prevalence of people with hypertension in Indonesia reaches 31,7%, while prevalence of people with hypertension in South Borneo reaches 39,6% and in the District of Hulu Sungai Selatan as much as 12.99% . The high hypertension patients in the district Hulu Sungai Selatan due to an unhealthy lifestyle is also encouraged by the consumption pattern of local people, such as food named Ketupat Kandangan, with the sauce or marinade containing moderately high cholesterol. This study aims to determine the pattern of sodium and fat consumption as a factor in the occurrence of hypertension in health care center Kandangan District of Hulu Sungai Selatan. This study uses observations with case control design. The study sample group of 84 respondents, 42 respondents with hypertension (cases) and 42 respondents did not suffer from hypertension (control). Results of statistical tests using chi-square shows, the pattern of consumption of sodium obtained p = 0,000 and fat consumption patterns obtained value of p = 0.016 which means that there is a relationship of sodium and fat consumption patterns with the occurrence of hypertension.

Abstract

Analysing cigarette advertisements that existed in ancient times, is an interesting study. Not only because the study is a study of the past, but the adverts in which make the figure of a woman become one of the most important icons in the process of marketing cigarette products. Starting from exposing women's bodies, to the brands of cigarettes taken from women's names. Photos or pictures contained therein have meaning and signs on the sheet, so this is the main object seen by a reader in interpreting the photo. it means that each photo has important points to study. Research entitled: Image of Women in Cigarette Products in the 1930-1950 Era in Indonesia. Aims to read the meaning that is written in it by describing the socio-cultural situation, maybe the politics around it or the ideological meanings contained therein. The methodology used in this research is descriptive, with a qualitative approach. The meaning referred to in this study is the meaning based on analysis using Roland Batrhes's Theory of Semiotics which is the meaning of denotation, connotation and myth. The meanings will appear on every sign that is captured by the reader through the five senses that are interpreted based on knowledge, and also the existing history of this study focuses on the past. The number of photos to be analyzed consists of three photos, which will be divided into several sections. With one photo to be broken down into objects, it aims to make it easier to read the meanings and meanings of denotations, the myths that are in it. As well as knowing the intention of the cigarette ad image maker, so that it can contain the formation of the image formed. There are 3 images formed from the results of a study of the advertisement photos of cigarette products, these are: image frames, imagery of fusion, and social imagery.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari keingintahuan peneliti terkait dengan motif pemilih muslim dalam melihat calon presiden. Banyak alasan dan yang melatarbelakangi seorang pemilih untuk memilih presiden yang dianggap layak untuk memimpin Indonesia. Sebelum memilih dan memutuskan pilihannya biasanya pemilih akan mendapatkan informasi baik dari orang lain, media massa maupun media sosial, tetapi masalahnya banyak pemilih yang hanya melihat calon kandidat secara mendasar dan sisi yang terlihat dari luar. Padahal idealnya banyak yang harus diperhatikan dan diketahui sehingga seorang pemilih mendapatkan informasi yang benar. Selanjutnya dengan melihat kandidat yang akan dipilihnya secara detail, pemilih dapat mengenal lebih dalam dan kesalahan memilih calon kandidat dapat diminimalisir. Penelitian ini difokuskan kepada motif pemilih muslim dengan menggunakan teori motif guna mempertajam analisis motif pemilih muslim dalam menentukan calon presiden yang akan dipilih.Selain wawancara dan observasi, angket jugamenjadi alat pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian didapati motif utama pemilih muslim memilih Jokowi-Ma’aruf adalah karena mereka sangat mencintai rakyat kecil, Selanjutnya, alasan bijaksana, cerdas dan sederhana. Simbol keberhasilan pembangunan infrastruktur pada masa kepemimpinan Jokowi sebelumnya juga mempengaruhi pemilih muslim memilih pasangan ini. Sementara itu, motif pemilih muslim terhadap calon kandidat Prabowo-Sandi yaitu dinilai memiliki karakter tegas, gagah dan berwibawa. Kemudian pemilih tertarik dengan visi misi pasangan ini, selanjutnya karena pasangan ini didukung oleh ulama, merakyat dan dari militer.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses Political Educational Patterns Of Golput Prevention And Detikcom Account Identity Policies On Facebook Social Media. The purpose of this study was to determine Political Educational Patterns Of Golput Prevention And Detikcom Account. The objects in this study are the detikcom Facebook account and the Facebook community who comment on posts on detikcom. The theory used is the theory of Political Education by M Nur Khoiron because this theory can discuss patterns of political education on Facebook social media. The type of research used is analysis and qualitative approach with Documentation and Literature Study methods. The data sources of this study are parties directly involved in political education pattern detikcom accounts on Facebook social media, data are collected and analyzed through documentation and literature studies. The results of the study show that there are two patterns of political education carried out by the Detikcom account, namely political education about abstentions and identity politics and their prevention. The pattern of political education for the Detikcom account on Facebook social media is that the work system often provides political education about abstentions and identity politics and their prevention that occurs during political momentum such as the political year which aims to provide insight and understanding of the importance of voting rights and preventing polarization in society.

Abstract

On May 6, 2021, the announcement of the Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK) results for employees of the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) generated mixed reactions in the community, as 75 employees of the anti-corruption institution were declared not to be to have passed the TWK. Several prominent figures were holding large mattresses among the 75 names of employees who did not pass. This study examines two Indonesian online news portals, Kompas.com and Antaranews.com. This study aims to examine how the media frames and compares the results of the TWK of KPK employees. This study takes a qualitative approach, collecting data through observation and conducting a literature review using Robert N. Entman's framing analysis model. The purpose of this research is to write a news article about the controversy surrounding the TWK results for KPK employees for the period June 17–18, 2021. The findings of this study demonstrate that there are differences in how the online news portals Kompas.com and Antaranews.com frame the news regarding the polemics surrounding the National Insight Test results for KPK employees. Kompas.com frequently frames news negatively, implying that the KPK will manipulate and wash their hands of the TWK case. Meanwhile, Antaranews.com developed the framing as KPK clarification news, i.e., a guarantee regarding the originator of the TWK concept. Abstract

In improving an employee's performance within the Work Units and Organizations under the auspices of the Department, it is necessary to carry out a knowledge that becomes an important guideline for employees at work. So that the creation of a Knowledge Worker is to work with the knowledge possessed. This study aims to describe how the efforts of the Knowledge Management institution or section in overcoming problems that occur within the company to share knowledge and the implementation of what is done from these persuasion efforts so that they can successfully motivate every Department in PT. Pusri to be interested in the existence of persuasion efforts carried out by Knowledge Management institutions. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative observation and interviews by observing the atmosphere of the area around the offices of the Knowledge Management institution. From the results and discussion, it was found that there were two persuasion efforts carried out by Knowledge Management in motivating the Departments to share knowledge, firstly optimizing the persuasive communication program through the LEAP program, the second delivering interesting messages through animated videos and flayers.
