Abstract

ABSTRACTThe existence of information and communication technology (ICT) in an organization is expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. This condition is sometimes far from what is expected and instead slows organizational activities such as the ability to use computer-based information systems that are still low, and user experience is still small so that it affects the acceptance of an information system. Job Analysis and Workload Analysis Information System (SINJAB) is designed to provide the results of job analysis and workload analysis from a Central / Regional agency for the implementation of institutional, staffing, management and supervision arrangements to the competency-based apparatus and performance. This article discusses the process of measuring the usefulness of the acceptance of the SINJAB. The method used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The parameters used to measure variable factors such as experience, self-confidence, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use on the acceptance of the SINJAB. The object of the study was conducted at the Government of the City of Payakumbuh, West Sumatra. The findings state all the factors of experience, self-confidence, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease affect the SINJAB.Keywords:Keywords: ICT, SINJAB ,technology acceptance modelABSTRAKKeberadaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam suatu organisasi diharapkan dapat meningkat efisien dan efektifitas organisasi. Kondisi ini kadang-kadang jauh dari apa yang diharapkan dan malah memperlambat aktifitas organisasi seperti kemampuan menggunakan sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang masih rendah, dan pengalaman pengguna masih sedikit sehingga mempengaruhi penerimaan suatu sistem informasi. Sistem Informasi Analisis Jabatan dan Analisis Beban Kerja (SINJAB) dirancang untuk menyediakan hasil analisis jabatan dan analisis beban kerja dari suatu instansi Pusat/Daerah untuk pelaksanaan penataan kelembagaan, kepegawaian, ketatalaksanaan dan pengawasan kepada aparatur yang berbasis kompetensi dan kinerja. Artikel ini membahas tentang proses pengukuran tingkat kebergunaan penerimaan SINJAB. Metode yang digunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Parameter yang digunakan untuk mengukur faktor variabel seperti pengalaman, keyakinan diri, persepsi manfaat, dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap penerimaan SINJAB. Objek kajian dilakukan pada Pemerintah Kota Payakumbuh Sumatera Barat. Hasil temuan menyatakan semua faktor pengalaman, keyakinan diri, persepsi manfaat, dan persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap SINJAB.Kata Kunci: TIK , SINJAB , technology acceptance model

Abstract

This research is entitled "Digital Library Development in Information Technology and Computer Education Study Program (P.TIK) IKIP PGRI Pontianak". The type of research used is research and development (R & D). The development model used is ADDIE. The subject of product trials for the implementation of digital libraries in this study were semester VI students. For small group trials conducted on a limited number of 15 students, consisting of students who have high, medium and low abilities, and field trials were conducted on 32 students. The data collection tool used in this study was a questionnaire. From the results of the study for the results of the feasibility validation of digital library products by media experts, the average score of 3.53 criteria was very good. Results from material experts obtained an average of 3.58 on the criteria very well. While the results of librarian experts obtained an average of 3.54 on the criteria very well. For the results of the digital library trials which were carried out limitedly on 15 students of the ICT Study Program IKIP-PGRI Pontianak obtained an average of 3.43 on the criteria very well. For the results of the best response obtained by 3.39 than the criteria good. Conclusions from the results of validation, trials and responses prove that digital libraries are feasible to use and can assist students in supporting lectures.

Abstract

Technopreneur, one part of the development of entrepreneurship (entrepreneur), provides a picture of entrepreneurship using technology-based innovation. The technopreneur concept is based on a technology base that is used as an entrepreneurial tool, for example the emergence of an online application business and a security system business. The purpose of this research is to conduct a descriptive study of entrepreneurship in students using technology (Technopreneurship) from all perspectives, including motivation, ownership, managerial, employment, and so on. technology as a basis for entrepreneurship. The results of the discussion found that the use of technology (Technopreneurship) in entrepreneurship can help and develop businesses in the form of making products and in marketing the products, so as to increase business and student income

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan perancangan media e-learning adaptif sesuai kebutuhan guru dan siswa berdasarkan gaya belajar pada mata pelajaran simulasi digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian pengembangan (research and development) menggunakan model ADDIE dengan tahapan Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evaluation. Subjek pengembangan yakni ahli materi dan ahli media. Teknik pengumpul data menggunakan komunikasi langsung melalui alat panduan wawancara yang diberikan kepada siswa dan guru untuk mengetahui kebutuhan media e-learning adaptif berdasarkan gaya belajar. Kemudian teknik komunikasi tidak langsung melalui angket kelayakan produk media e-learning adaptif. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian yakni: (1) analisis media e-learning adaptif berdasarkan gaya belajar yang dibutuhkan adalah gaya belajar visual, auditori, dan kinestetik. (2) desain perancangan dengan membuat flowchart untuk menggambarkan alur dari perancangan media e-learning adaptif. Kata Kunci : E-Learning, Adaptif, Gaya Belajar, Simulasi Digital ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF ADAPTIVE E-LEARNING BASED ON LEARNING STYLE IN DIGITAL SIMULATION LESSONS IN SMK NEGERI 7 PONTIANAK AbstractThe study aims to analyze and design adaptive e-learning media according to the needs of teachers and students based on learning styles on digital simulation subjects. The research method used is the type of research development (research and development) using the ADDIE model with the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Development subject ie material experts and media experts. Data collection techniques use direct communication through interview guidance tools provided to students and teachers to find out the needs of adaptive e-learning media based on learning styles. Then indirect communication technique through questionnaire of feasibility of adaptive e-learning media product. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) analysis of adaptive e-learning media based on learning style needed is visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning style.
