Abstract

TPI Pasirputih terletak di Desa Sukajaya Kecamatan Cilamaya Kulon, Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat. Desa Sukajaya mempunyai potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah, salah satunya adalah rajungan. Di Desa Sukajaya, limbah rajungan belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik dan berdaya guna, serta sebagian besar merupakan buangan yang dapat mencemari lingkungan. Di sisi lain, limbah rajungan sangat berpotensi untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku Kitosan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk: (1) memberikan sosilaisasi tentang limbah rajungan, (2) pembuatan mesin penepung dan tempat penampungan limbah rajungan. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan dan praktek langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pengolahan limbah rajungan. Program yang telah dilaksanakan memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Forecasting is a method for estimating a value in the future or the future using past data. For forecasting in this study conducted at PT. XYZ, where this company produces fertilizers and sells it in the city and out of town, in this research the researchers discuss forecasting product sales using the exponential smoothing method and also the linear regression method and re-accurate using the POM-QM application or software. The use of these 2 forecasting methods is to obtain forecasting results that have the smallest MSE value, and in this study the data were taken from the company PT. This XYZ is data in 2019

Abstract

CV. Mulia Tata Sejahtera is a company that produces metal and wood parts using machines such as lathe, milling, drilling and CNC. The company has a production target of 2450 pcs in the 1st period, while the realization of the output produced in the 1st period production process is 2427 pcs. This shows the low level of company productivity. Therefore, this study is aimed at identifying the causes of the low level of productivity by taking into account the resources used. In addition, to provide suggestions for improvements that can be made to increase production efficiency and company productivity. To determine the productivity of CV. Mulia Tata Sejahtera for one period throughout 2020, the measurement of productivity is carried out with Marvin E. Mundel. In this study, three measurement criteria were carried out, namely, labor productivity index, labor absenteeism and production output. The lowest labor productivity index was found in the 6th period with 94.19, while the highest was in the 5th period with 105.98. The lowest labor absentee productivity index was in the 12th period with 69.44, while the highest was in the 6th period with 166.67. The productivity index of the lowest production output level was in the 12th period with 90.97, while the highest was in the 11th period with 110.49. In measuring the company's productivity, the trend is increasing and decreasing or fluctuation.

Abstract

The demand for accessible parking services and facilities are growing in the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang (Unsika). This occurred due to the increasing number of vehicles need parking spaces. Some problems can happen because of scrambling over the space, the improper of parking lot building, the ineffective actions in allocating and checking the traffic signs, and the unavailability of traffic signs. The focus of this research was the campus community who use the parking lot. They became the object of the research. The data analysis was used to determine the level of the satisfaction of the campus community towards the service quality and parking facilities in Unsika using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test method with Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) application. The results showed that the campus community was complaining about the quality of service and parking facilities. The perceptions were given in the form of negative perceptions because it was not in line with expectations. The respondents were hoping that the university would pay attention to the quality of services and facilities.

Abstract

Selain mencetak uang rupiah Republik Indonesia, Perusahaan juga mencetak beberapa produk sekuriti, seperti cetakan kertas berharga non-uang, contohnya pita cukai hasil tembakau, paspor, perangko, materai dan benda pos berharga lainnya, security seals, ijasah, STTB, airline ticket, dokumen perbankan, stiker kaset, stiker video dan CD, serta berbagai jenis stiker, dan juga logam non-uang, seperti stempel tera, stempel cetak, medali, key holder, piagam, lencana, tropi, printing roll. Untuk mengevaluasi produktivitas pada mesin GTS khususnya pada bagian Verifikasi Pita Cukai maka perlu dilakukan tingkat pengukuran produktivitas secara baik dan benar, karena ukuran tingkat produktivitas ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dan penambahan fasilitas mesin produksi dan tenaga kerja yang akan mendukung aktivitas perusahaan. Pokok masalah yang dibahas dalam hal ini adalah bagaimana mengukur tingkat produktivitas mesin GTS pada proses produksi Pita Cukai dengan pendekatan rasio. Metode pengukuran produktivitas yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan rasio, di mana langkah-langkah dalam hal ini mengacu pada langkah-langkah pendekatan rasio yaitu perbandingan antara efektivitas dan efisiensi. Abstract

Penelitian membahas dan menganalisis kesesuaian antara beban kerja pada divisi Verifikasi Uang logam di Deprodugamonang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pengamatan work sampling, uji keseragaman data dari nilai presentase produktif pekerjaan, tingkat ketelitian pengamatan dan analisa perhitungan beban kerja. Hasil uji keseragaman data dari nilai presentase produktif pekerjaan menunjukan rata – rata 70,4%, 69,54% dan 73,18% dengan tingkat ketelitian pengamatan ± 8,5%, ± 8,6% dan ± 8,1% sedangkan hasil beban kerja setiap operator adalah 1,86%, 2,58%, dan 1,97%.Kata Kunci : Work Sampling, Beban Kerja, Tenaga Kerja.

Abstract

PT. ILT is a company engaged in the production of spinning yarn. There are various types of yarn produced by PT. One of ILT's yarns is Combed 40s (CM 40/1). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the product quality of combed 40s yarn, so that improvements can be made. The data used in this study is in the form of direct testing results in the company. Data processing is carried out using control charts X and R to determine whether the production results are in accordance with the standard or not. Measurements were made on 4 criteria, namely thread number (Ne), twist (TPI), strength, and unevenness. The results obtained are known that all measurement criteria are within the control limits on the X and R control charts. Meanwhile, the comparative analysis of measurement results with company standards is known that existing standards are still too loose. This causes the quality of the resulting product is still not optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the standards for each criterion. It aims to improve the quality of the products produced by increasing awareness of employee performance.

Abstract

PB. Sri Tani is one of the Rice Milling located in Banyusari, Karawang. In the production process, the owners still did not know the standard time, the number of workers used, and the proper job description based on the number of optimal workers. The purposes of this study were to find out what is the standard time using the stopwatch time study method, rating factor, allowance and to determine the number of optimal workers use the workload analysis approach, then distribute the job description based on the number of optimal workers. As for, based on the results of research and calculations using the stopwatch time study method, it was known that the time to process a sack of rice was 3.17 minutes and to produce 6 tons (120 sacks) it took 380.4 minutes or 6.3 hours. The number of optimal workers based on the work load analysis (WLA) method was 5 people that it was using 6 people previously, and then it can save the salary payments Rp. 1,100,000 per month. In addition, it has been proposed that the work positions and job descriptions for 5 workers.

Abstract

TRAINING AND WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT AT KEDAWUNG VILLAGE GOVERNMENT AND SMES. Some Kedawung villagers own several UKM (Small and Medium Enterprises) such as Opak business to ginger cultivation. One of the lucrative business opportunities is the high market interest in home-based business products or Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). However, the lack of attention and attention by the local government, and the absence of promotional activities carried out by business actors have resulted in some SMEs in Kedawung Village being less developed. The analysis carried out in Kedawung Village includes, analysis of village needs and analysis of village business needs. The research method used in this research is work plan planning, UI design, database design and user flow design and usage procedures. The results of this research are the creation of village websites and UMKM websites, the existence of a good village management information system and the increased skills and abilities of village officials.

Abstract

Abstract—The company has a problem in warehouse layout arrangement so it will cause some kind of waste in the warehouse such as long searching time when searching spare parts in warehouse, transportation time when bringing material to warehouse or from warehouse to outside warehouse and transportation time at time of arrangement of material to storage shelf. Besides the problem that is noticed is the handling of discontinue material and the completeness of safety for warehouse operators. The purpose of this study can know the whole activity and the kinds of waste that occurred, so that can be done to the improvement of activity in the storage. The method used in measurement using fishbone diagram, and use Tools 5S + Safety. Based on the calculation that utility use of warehouse space owned raw material PT. Nichirin Indonesia is close to 70%. Layout raw material for now 77% of raw material is already used for material storage. After the layout improvements, the utility of raw material usage is reduced to 37.11%. various wastes that occur among others, Waiting time on goods delivery activities from suppliers, Transportation time on activities to bring goods from outside to the receiving area, Waiting time because the material must wait arranged by the admin / operator who works, Transportation time at the time of setting goods to shelf and Searching time on activities to find material for production needs.
