Abstract

on the reality that exists in schools, teachers have not maximally utilized the learning model, this is because teachers still use conventional learning. Then from the students who are accustomed to using conventional learning will feel depressed and lazy if suddenly they have to learn independently. So, for this we need a learning model that does not eliminate lectures, but is able to develop students' thinking power and independence and make students more interested in the material. This research belongs to the type of field research using a quantitative approach to the experimental type. Student learning outcomes before applied the model of explicit instruction with an average of 75 and aftermodels titerapkan explicit instruction average being 88.5. Themo del explicit instruction has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of students in class XI IPA 4 SMA Ma'arif NU Pandaan on the subject of jurisprudence on the matter of caring for bodies, because the results of the data output show that r table> r count is 17.045> 2.0332 and the value of Sig. 000 < 0.05 thus Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that thelearning model explicit instruction affects student learning outcomes in fiqh subjects in class XI IPA 4 at SMA Ma'arif NU Pandaan.

Abstract

In this era of globalization and technology, there is a demand for changes in all areas of business in the world today. One of them is in the field of marketing. The development of the information technology system which is growing rapidly and increasingly sophisticated has made the company take advantage of the marketing and selling interests of its products. This research aims to examine the effect of product quality, promotion and trust on purchasing satisfaction at PT Weedo Niaga Global both partially and simultaneously. This study used a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach. The software used to manage and analyze this data is SPSS version 25. The sample was determined using random sampling of 115 respondents. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that the variables of product quality, promotion, trust and purchase decisions are normally distributed data, the independent variables do not occur multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. From the results of the determination coefficient of 51.7%. The t test results show that the value of product quality is 3.239> 1.98118 with sig 0.002 <0.05 means that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the promotional value of 5.454> 1.98118 with sig 0.000 <0.05 means that promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the value of trust 2.983> 1.98118 with sig 0.004 <0.05 means that trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the f test results show the value of 39,581> 2.69 with sig 0.000 <0.05, so simultaneously the variables of product quality, promotion and trust have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In a learning process, one of the important components of success that must be considered is the use and utilization of learning media. Improving the quality of teaching and learning processes and outcomes in an institution and at every level of education needs to be realized optimally so that human resources (HR) can be fulfilled so that they are able to compete to support national development in our country, Indonesia in particular and the whole world in general. With such great expectations, we should increase student activity in the learning process. For this reason, the use of Puzzle media is an effort to make learning more interesting so that it can help students understand the material more easily, train students' creativity, concentration and focus on subject matter, can teach students to work in teams (please help) and develop knowledge according to the topic of the lesson. by presenting examples in class. The objectives of this study are: 1- to determine the use of media in learning Arabic at MTs Miftahul Ulum Tonggowa 2- to determine the results of the influence of student learning on Arabic subjects at MTs Miftahul Ulum Tonggowa between before and after using Puzzle media. For this reason, in achieving the above objectives, in this study the researchers used a qualitative method (qualitative method) withe any of type of research using tests, direct observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using participatory observation techniques, namely combining the data obtained from the research process. By using this method, the researchers saw an increase in students' enthusiasm for learning Arabic.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the current condition of Islamic religious education in Indonesia, which is still experiencing problems in various aspects and efforts to improve it have not been carried out in a basic way, seeming improvised. The government's attention to Islamic education is very small, on the other hand the government expects the people to have a socialist and religious spirit. It can be said that Islamic education in Indonesia occupies a "second class" in a Muslim-majority society. Social change is essentially a part of cultural change. Aspects of culture are art, science, knowledge, technology, philosophy. Ibn Khaldun said in his muqodimah there is no human society that does not change, meaning that the work of stopping the course of change is an impossible job. In social change, an in-depth philosophical study is needed to produce values ​​that can bring more benefits to society, to realize the values ​​contained in philosophy can be pursued in various ways, one of which is through education. With education, humans can communicate their culture and intellectual heritage to future generations, and provide inspiration and life goals.

Abstract

Many methods can be used in learning in a training, one of which is the lecture method. Thelecture method is considered the conventional method and the oldest learning method; however, this method is still effective if used in the right way. The purpose of this study was to determine how participants' perceptions of the lecture method used by the trainers in teachingin the substantive technical training of Non PNS religious instructors’ class 74 in 2019. Thisresearch was a quantitative descriptive study. The population and sample of the study were34 training participants. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire totaling 11items. The data of the research were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showedthat the training participants' perceptions of the lecture method were very good, 35.3% saidthey really liked it, 47.1% said they liked it, and 17.6% said they sometimes liked the lecturemethod. The trainers conveyed the learning objectives, 38.2% stated always, 50% statedfrequently, and 11.8% stated sometimes. Delivering the benefits of learning materials, 55.9% stated always, 41.2% stated frequently, and 2.9% stated sometimes. Delivering the scope of learning, 47.1% stated always, 44.1% stated often, and 8.8% stated sometimes. Usinglanguage that is easy to understand, 67.6% states always, 29.4% states often, and 2.5% states sometimes. Complementing the explanation with examples, 58.8% stated always, 38.2% stated frequently, and 2.9% stated sometimes. Bringing out relevant humor, 55.9% stated always, 32.4% stated often, and 11.8% stated sometimes. Repeating key points, 17.6% stated always, 58.8% stated frequently, and 20.6% stated sometimes. Using sound volume and intonation are good, 61.8% stated always, 32.4% stated frequently, and 5.9% statedsometimes. Transition of material delivery from one point to another, 35.3% stated always,47.1% stated often, and 17.6% stated sometimes. Summing up the learning material, 41.2%stated always, 38.2% stated frequently, and 17.6% stated sometimes.

Abstract

study aims to analyze how the effectiveness of The Power of Two on learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education subjects in class V SDN Lemahbang Sukorejo. This study uses a quantitative approach. The pre-experimental, namely by using the one group pretest-posttest design. The independent variable in this study is the learning method and the dependent variable is the learning outcomes of the fifth grade students of SDN Lemahbang II Sukorejo. The primary data of this study were obtained from the results of the pre-test and post-test using The Power of Two Method, and the secondary data of this study were sourced from books, journals, previous research and other related sources. The population in this study were all students of class V SDN Lemahbang II Sukorejo, totaling 25 students. The sample used is class V SDN Lemahbang II Sukorejo. In this study, the data collection techniques used were Test and Documentation. The results showed that The Power of Two able to improve student achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects in class V SDN Lemahbang Sukorejo this was evidenced by the results of the paired sample test , the results of the sig (2-tailed) were 0.000 and it was known that the significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study are expected to be the contribution of education providers to utilize the power of two method in the teaching and learning process in order to be a solution to the problem of student achievement under the KKM.

Abstract

reading skill (maharatul qiro'ah) is a skill that is quite difficult to learn, because it requires the discipline of Arabic grammar, mufradat and being able to understand the meaning of the text being read. Darussalam Talang Watuagung prigen Pasuruan Tarbiyatul Qur'an (TQ) Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic boarding schools that applies the Qawaid and Translation methods in Maharah Qira'ah learning. for this reason researchers feel it is important to conduct research with the aim of describing the implementation of the maharotul qiro'ah method and the supporting factors and obstacles to implementation at the Tarbiyatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding SchoolThis research uses descriptive qualitative research with research instruments using case studies. The population in this study were all TQ Islamic Boarding School students. The results of this study indicate that the grammar and translation methods applied at TQ Darussalam Islamic Boarding School in improving reading skills have 3 namely 1. Isti'dadiyah (preparation) phase, 2. Implementation phase, and 3. Evaluation phase, all of which students must pass gradually . while the factors that support the enthusiasm of the students in participating in reading skills learning grammar and translation methods include demands for an increase in the level of education implemented at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School and demands for formal education that require them to be able to understand Arabic texts. Factors inhibiting the application of Grammar and Translation methods in learning Reading Skills include: limited learning media, limited learning time and no repetition of learning material
