Abstract

Village funds are a new hope for village communities to develop their potential. However, forced planning does not in detail see what exactly is needed by the community makes the village funds do not function optimally. Most of it is only for infrastructure development and only a small portion for sustainable productive activities. Village funds were poured into Village-Owned Enterprises (VOE) by opening village tourism destinations. The ignorance of the village government and the VOE management manage the potential tourism destinations of each region resulting in village tourism destinations being built almost the same in all villages in Indonesia without looking at the backward relations and future relationships of the concept of tourist destinations. This research method uses extraction from the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), SWOT Analysis with the Travel and Tourism Competitive Index as a measure of the sustainability of investments, how big is the effect on the original income of the village. The results show that investments made by the village government through VOE are inversely proportional to the village's original income. This study found the concept of novelty to balance investment with genuine village income called Competitiveness Financial Services

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dinamik Computer Numerical Control Router 4 Axis dengan menggunakan metode Bump Test. Pengujian dilakukan dengan cara menempatkan sensor Accelerometer Khoctek 107b pada Mesin CNC Router 4 Axis pada sumbu x, y, z dikerangka atas, kerangka bawah, dan spindle. Hasil eksperimen pengujian getaran Mesin CNC dibagi kedalam dua proses pengujian yaitu kondisi normal dan kondisi rusak pada masing-masing sumbu. Diperoleh bahwa pengujian ini menghasilkan frekuensi global dimana frekuensi 8 Hz, 24 Hz, dan 40 Hz muncul disetiap sumbu x, y, dan z pada kerangka atas, kerangka bawah dan spindle. Pada mesin dengan kondisi rusak muncul frekuensi lokal pada sumbu y kerangka atas sebesar 5 Hz. Kemudian pada sumbu y spindle muncul frekuensi lokal sebesar 10 Hz, 56 Hz, dan 88 Hz. Munculnya frekuensi lokal menandakan adanya kerusakan pada CNC oleh sumbu tertentu selain frekuensi global.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of investment returns, premium income and claims for the growth of assets life insurance at the Financial Services Authority. The population in this research are life insurance companies on the Financial Services Authority at period 2014-2017. The analyze technique used is multiple linier regression.The results of calculations with the F test of 7.168 with growth of assets 0.000 means that simultan investment returns, premium income and claims affect the growth of assets. The results of calculations with the t test of the coefficient of investment returns of -3,294 with a significance level of 0.001 smaller than 0.05 then there is the effect of investment returns on the growth of assets, the value of the premium income coefficient of 4,564 with a significance level of 0,000 less than 0.05 then there is an influence of premium income on the growth of assets, and the claims coefficient value of -3,617 with a significance level of 0,000 less than 0.05, there is an influence of the claims on the growth of assets.

Abstract

Penulisan jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aturan hukum yang berlaku tentang pelanggaran hak cipta melalui aplikasi telegram serta menjelaskan mengenai sanksi bagi pelaku penyebar film melalui telegram tersebut. Jurnal ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif yaitu melalui peraturan perundang-undangan dan berbagai macam literatur dan kaidah hukum. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penyebaran film melalui aplikasi telegram termasuk dalam unsur-unsur pelanggaran hak cipta sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta. Karena telah melanggar hak eksklusif yang dimiliki oleh pencipta sebuah karya seperti hak ekonomi dan hak moral.
