Abstract

Cultural tourism is the main attraction in the traditional village of Kemiren, Banyuwangi Regency. Macananegara tourists as well as domestic tourists visit the traditional village of Kemiren to witness first-hand the life of the Osing tribe which is still traditional. This research was conducted to determine the impact of tourism on the socio-cultural aspects of the people of the Kemiren traditional village, Banyuwangi Regency. This research is a qualitative research. Meanwhile, the strategy carried out by the government is in the form of preventive actions such as outreach to MSME players, making local regulations on tourism and study tours of tourism management with tourism business actors. The basic conclusion in this study later is, as a cultural tourism destination in general, the ongoing tourism industry activities affect the socio-cultural aspects of the Osing community, the Kemiren traditional village, Banyuwangi Regency. In addition, the increase in the community's economy is also encouraged due to changes in the livelihoods of local residents, as well as local government strategies in the form of policy making are expected to be able to minimize the negative impact of tourism. Cultural tourism in the traditional village of Kemiren, Banyuwangi Regency is used as a tool to maintain the cultural existence of the Kemiren traditional village, which is currently being abandoned by the Osing tribe, the traditional village of Kemiren, Banyuwangi Regency.Keywords: Tourism, Socio-culture, Osing Tribe

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship experience, and gender of the entrepreneurship attitude either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were students S1 class of 2012 and 2013 the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya consists of two majors, namely accounting and management which all are 206 students with a sample of 103 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship experience, and the gender type have significant effect on the attitude of berwirusaha either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

Kemultikulturan merupakan suatu kekuatan dan kelemahan bagi sebuah bangsa oleh karena itu, kemultikulturan harus dikelola untuk menghindari disintegrasi. Salah satu solusi alternative dalam mengelola kemultikulturan pada pedesaan adalah dengan cara mengemas kemultikulturan tersebut menjadi daya tarik wisatawa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis wujud multikultural masyarakat Desa Patoman Blimbingsari, Banyuwangi dan menganalisis model desa wisata berbasis multikulturalisme di Desa Patoman, Blimbingsari, Banyuwangi.  Metode penelitan yang digunakan adalah Deskriftif Kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumen. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan simpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wujud kemultikulturan terintegrai dalam nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam kemultikulturan masyarakat Desa Patoman meliputi: Nilai Social, Simpati, Toleransi dan Empati, Religious, Nasionalisme, Gotong Royong, Demokrasi, Bersahabat/Komunikatif, kecintaan terhadap lingkungan, cinta damai, dan peduli sosial. Selain itu, terjadi interaksi intra dan antar agama dengan pola interaksi asosiatif. Sedangkan model desa wisata berbaisis multikultur yang berkembang menggunakan model terpadu dan berkelanjutan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari indikator yang ada berupa demand, suplay, dan ekternal factor dengan didukung oleh sistem pemberdayaan masyarakat desa.
