Persamaan linier merupakan sebuah persamaan aljabar dimana tiap sukunya mengandung konstanta atau perkalian konstanta dengan tanda sama dengan serta variabelnya. Untuk memecahkan sistem persamaan linier denngan mengganti sistem yang diberikan dengan sistem baru yang mempunyai himpunan pemecahan yang sama dengan pemecahan yang lebih mudah. Untuk menghitung keuntungan pada Usaha Cubby masih menggunakan kalkulator dan penulisan pada buku. Dengan sistem yang berjalan saat ini, dalam perhitungan keuntungan maksimum seharusnya terselesaikan dengan cepat dan tepat sehingga memiliki perhitungan yang akurat. Berdasarkan masalah yang ada diatas, maka perlu sebuah perancangan sistem yang dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam hal mengitung keuntungan. Adapun untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penulis menggunakan metode Simpleks dalam proses penghitungan keuntungan maksimum. Alat bantu analisis dan perancangan meliputi Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram. Perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Micosoft Visual Basic. Net 2008 dan Microsoft Access 2007. Perhitungan keuntungan maksimum diharapkan dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat proses perhitungan. Kata Kunci: Persamaan Linier, Simpleks dan Visual Basic.Net 2008

Data mining, often also called knowledge discovery in database (KDD), is an activity that includes the collection, use of historical data to find regularities, patterns or relationships in large data sets. The output of data mining can be used to improve decision making in the future. PT. Pyridam Frama Tbk is a multi-national company that produces pharmaceuticals. The problems that often occur at PT Pyrida Farma are estimation problems such as out of stock of goods at distributors, lack of labor, running out of raw materials at the factory. Another problem contained in the agency is that it does not yet have a system to predict the estimated drug sales each year, so we need an algorithm, the Expectation Maximization Algorithm. then with this made the Application of Data Mining for Estimating Drug Sales Based on the Effect of Brand Image. Expectation Maximization algorithm which is a method that supports in estimating or predicting sales target estimates for the coming period. Algorithm testing is done using SPSS and MYSQL software. From the results of research that has been done it can help the PT. Pyridam Farma to make it easier to predict drug sales estimates by using SPSS Software

The hoax is the most massive problem in Indonesia that requires more attention from the government and elements of society. People who easily receive hoax news from information that is disseminated instantly change their mindset and emotional feelings towards the contents of news that contain hate speech. The government is trying to prevent and oversee every hoax news disseminator, and will even give penalties to hoax spreaders. The reason is that hoax news only harms and gives a bad reputation to others for the delivery of incorrect information. To prevent this, a grouping of data is made to detect the level of accuracy of the news disseminated by the Naive Bayes classifier method in Android-based. This method was chosen in addition to new developments in spam filtering programming, it also has a higher level of accuracy.

The purpose of this study was to find out the Impact of Superior Leadership on job satisfaction of Administrative Staff at BUDI DARMA University, Medan and to analyze whether superior Leadership variables affect Employee Employee Satisfaction Administration (Case Study: BUDIDARMA University Medan), The Data Collection Method used in this study is to use questionnaires, The data analysis model used is simple Linear Regression analysis. Sampling uses the stratified random sampling method, which first classifies a population, Probability sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for each element (member) of the population at once the sample.The results of research at BUDIDARMA University, in Medan showed that superior leadership variables have an impact on satisfaction that can affect administrative staff to improve their work, this shows that the level of job satisfaction of administrative staff has not been considered maximally by the management of the company.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of banking and labor loans on small business income and to find out and explain how the role of small businesses in regional development. As a source of data and information for banking policymakers in terms of providing small business loans, especially to support regional development in the city of Medan. The results of this study can be used to formulate wisdom programs and as a basis for making predictions of regional development in the city of Medan. The results of this study can be used as a tool to evaluate economic policies in the banking industry that have been implemented in the city of Medan. The regression equation can be obtained as follows: Y = 0.838 + 0.106 X1 + 0.261 X2, Where: Y = Total small business income per month X1 = Amount of banking capital / credit received X2 = Number of workers. Based on the equation above, it can be concluded, that the significant value between the amount of bank credit received and the total income per month (small business income) of 0.059 shows the result of the correlation of these two variables is significant which means that these two variables have a related relationship. The significant value between the number of workers and the total income per month of 0.000 shows that the correlation between these two variables is significant, which means that these two variables have a related relationship. In the appendix table, we can see that column R shows the correlation coefficient number, which is 0.702. This shows the relationship between the variables is very strong.

The problems that exist at Khairul Imam IT Junior High School can be seen from the behaviour or attitude of its personnel, including teachers who are unable to do work based on the tasks and responsibilities that have been assigned. This tendency can be seen from the teachers' preference to accumulate or collect work. This research is conducted with inferential principles where the relationship between various variables tests hypotheses and makes generalisations. The population in this study were all teachers of SMPIT Khairul Imam, totalling 45 people. To determine the performance of SMPIT Khairul Imam teachers, the sampling procedure in this study used the saturated sampling method, namely the entire population (all teachers) who were used as respondents. This research data has 2 variables, namely the dependent variable is the performance of teachers (Y) and as an independent variable is the leadership style of superiors (X). In this study, it was found that the leaders at this research location have been able to carry out their functions well in directing, guiding, motivating, and supervising teachers to carry out their duties. All of that takes place because there has been interaction, communication and cooperation in the school environment. If the teacher has a good impression of the leader then the teacher will carry out the tasks that have been set with full seriousness and responsibility. So in this study it was concluded that the leadership style has an influence on the performance of Khairul Imam IT Junior High School teachers..
