Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi infomasi tidak lepas dari pesatnya perkembangan teknologi computer karena komputer merupakan media yang dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi manusia dalam menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan. Perubahan dan dinamika masyarakat yang semakin cepat seiring dengan perkembangan jaman dan teknologi sehingga memerlukan kualitas informasi yang akurat, cepat dan tepat. Pengolahan data-data dalam bentuk berkas yang dilakukan oleh divisi tata usaha masih dimungkinkan hilang sehingga menyulitkan divisi tata usaha ketika akan membuat laporan hasil belajar siswa yang baru. Permasalahan yang sama juga terjadi dalam penerimaan informasi akademik karena pengolahan data laporan yang berjalan dilakukan dengan cara penginputan komputerisasi yang masih lokal dan manual kemudian file menjadi dokumen print out yang disimpan dalam berkas-berkas dilemari penyimpanan. Abstract

SMK Averus Jakarta yang terletak di Pondok Pinang, Jakarta Selatan merupakan salah satu institusi pendidikan yang belum menggunakan teknologi informasi karena data administrasinya sebagian dicatat dan diolah secara manual, walaupun sudah ada yang dicatat dan diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hal ini menyebabkan beberapa masalah seperti, banyak terjadi duplikasi data dan pembuatan laporan-laporan dari data-data administrasi cenderung lambat. Salah satu solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut yaitu pembuatan aplikasi administrasi sekolah menggunakan arsitektur Client Server dan Model View Controller (MVC). Arsitektur Client-Server membagi aplikasi dalam dua bagian yaitu server yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan basis data dan client yang berhubungan dengan antarmuka user. Sedangkan arsitektur MVC dapat mempermudah pengembangan aplikasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan di masa depan dan dapat mengurangi jumlah source code. Setelah pembangunan aplikasi selesai, disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat mengurangi duplikasi data, memperbaiki organisasi data/dokumen, mempercepat pembuatan laporan yang diperlukan, dan meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas pengembangan aplikasi. Averus Jakarta Vocational Administration Application Using Client-Server Architecture and Model-View-Controller Abstract: Averus Jakarta Vocational School, located in Pondok Pinang, South Jakarta is one of the educational institutions that has not used information technology because its administrative data is partially recorded and processed manually, although some have been recorded and processed using Microsoft Excel. This causes several problems such as, a lot of data duplication and making reports from administrative data tend to be slow. One solution to solve this problem is the creation of a school administration application using Client Server architecture and Model View Controller (MVC). Client-Server Architecture divides the application into two parts, namely the server that is associated with database management and the client that is related to the user interface. While the MVC architecture can facilitate the development of applications according to future needs and can reduce the amount of source code. After the application development is completed, it is concluded that this application can reduce data duplication, improve data / document organization, speed up the reporting required, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of application development. Abstract

Persaingan dalam dunia perbankan di era perkembangan teknologi seperti sekarang ini semakin ketat. Setiap bank sudah mempergunakan sistem informasi yang sudah terkomputerisasi dalam proses kerjanya. Salah satu sistem informasi ialah sistem informasi kartu kredit. Pada sistem kartu kredit Bank Panin Kantor Kas Permata Taman Palem masih menggunakan sistem informasi manual, dari proses promosi sampai proses pendaftaran dan juga informasi tagihan kartu kredit. Dari sistem kartu kredit yang masih manual ini banyak menimbulkan berbagai masalah diantaranya kurang efektif dan efisien pada proses promosi kartu kredit, proses pendafataran kartu kredit. Proses penginputan data registrasi yang masih manual juga sering menimbulkan kesalahan penginputan. Untuk proses informasi kartu kredit dan tagihan juga kurang bisa diakses dengan mudah oleh nasabah. Dari permasalahan diatas perlu dibuat suatu sistem informasi berbasis web yang bisa memberikan kemudahan dan solusi permasalan. Sistem informasi kartu kredit yang berbasis web nantinya bisa diganakan untuk promosi, pendaftaran kartu kredit online, memasukkan informasi kartu kredit dan tagihan serta akses informasi bagi nasabah tentang tagihan dan informasi kartu kredit itu sendiri. Each bank has used a computerized information system in its work process. One information system is a credit card information system. In the Bank Panin Kantor Kas Permata Taman Palem still uses a manual information system, from the promotion process to the registration process and also credit card billing information. From the credit card system that is still manual, there are many problems, including ineffective and inefficient processes in the promotion of credit cards, the process of registering credit cards. The process of inputting registration data that is still manual also often leads to input errors. To process credit card and billing information, it is also less easily accessible by customers. From the problems above it is necessary to make a web-based information system that can provide solutions and solutions. A web-based credit card information system can later be used for promotions, online credit card registrations, entering credit card and billing information and accessing information for customers about the bills and credit card information itself. Abstract

Algoritma Knuth-Morris-Pratt merupakan algoritma pencarian yang akan mencocokkan pattern atau susunan kata yang akan dicari dari kiri ke kanan pada awal teks dan kemudian menggeser susunan kata sampai susunan kata tersebut berada di ujung teks. Algoritma KMP memiliki keunggulan pencarian kecocokan pada file yang berukuran besar. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu metode Rapid Application Development. Metode RAD ini adalah strategi siklus hidup yang ditujukan untuk menyediakan pengembangan yang jauh lebih cepat dan mendapatkan hasil dengan kualitas yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil yang dicapai melalui siklus tradisional. Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Administrasi Sekolah ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul dari proses pengendalian dokumen secara konvensional agar lebih mudah dan tepat. Applying of Knuth-Morris-Pratt Algorithm to the Document Search Function for Website-Based School Administration Information Systems Abstract: Knuth-Morris-Pratt algorithm is a search algorithm that will match the pattern or arrangement of words to be searched from left to right at the beginning of the text and then shift the order of words until the word order is at the end of the text. The KMP algorithm has the advantage of matching matches on large files. The system development method used is the Rapid Application Development method. RAD method is a life cycle strategy aimed at providing development that is much faster and gets results with better quality compared to results achieved through traditional cycles. Application of School Administration Information System is expected to be able to overcome problems arising from conventional document control processes to make it easier and more precise. Abstract

Beasiswa merupakan pemberian berupa bantuan keuangan yang diberikan kepada perorangan. Beasiswa bertujuan untuk digunakan demi keberlangsungan pendidikan yang ditempuh. SMAN 1 Parung merupakan lembaga formal milik pemerintah yang bergerak pada bidang pendidikan. SMAN 1 Parung mempunyai program beasiswa untuk siswa berprestasi yang kurang mampu. Masalah yang kerap kali terjadi yaitu tidak tepatnya pemberian beasiswa karena hanya menggunakan rata-rata nilai rapor. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, penulis melakukan penelitian untuk menentukan penerima beasiswa menggunakan fuzzy inference system metode Mamdani, dengan kriteria rata-rata nilai rapor, pendapatan orang tua, dan jumlah tanggungan orang tua. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan penelitian melalui studi pustaka dari penelitian terdahulu tentang penentuan penerima beasiswa, teori tentang logika fuzzy metode Mamdani, kemudian menyusun tahap-tahap yang harus dilakukan dalam penelitian. Penerapan metode dan kriteri diharapkan dapat diperoleh perhitungan yang akurat sehingga menghasilkan penilaian yang akurat terhadap siswa-siswi yang berhak mendapatkan beasiswa. Analysis and Application of the Mamdani Method Fuzzy Inference System for Determining Scholarship Recipients Abstract: Scholarships are gifts in the form of financial assistance given to individuals. Scholarships aim to be used for the sustainability of the education being pursued. SMAN 1 Parung is a formal government-owned institution which is engaged in education. SMAN 1 Parung has a scholarship program for underachievers. A problem that often occurs is the inaccuracy of scholarships because they only use an average report card grade. Based on these problems, the authors conducted a study to determine the recipient of the scholarship using the Mamdani method of fuzzy inference, with criteria for the average value of report cards, parental income, and the number of dependent parents. The approach used to solve research problems through literature studies from previous research on the determination of scholarship recipients, the theory of fuzzy logic Mamdani method, then arrange the stages that must be done in research. The application of methods and criteria is expected to be obtained by accurate calculations so as to produce an accurate assessment of students who are entitled to scholarships. Abstract

Ginjal merupakan organ penting dalam sistem metabolisme tubuh. Banyaknya aktivitas seseorang akan mempengaruhi kesehatan ginjal apabila organ tersebut tidak dijaga. Pola makan yang tidak teratur, kurangnya asupan serat dan air mineral, serta konsumsi makanan atau minuman instan berkalori tinggi akan memperberat kerja ginjal mulai dari proses filtrasi, reabsorpasi, sampai augmentasi dari zat-zat makanan yang di bawah ke ginjal melalui darah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu sistem pakar untuk penyakit ginjal menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Eclipse Juno. Sistem tersebut mampu memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dan penyampaian informasi yang berkaitan dengan penyakit ginjal. Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit ginjal pada manusia, dapat memberikan manfaat yang cukup berarti antara lain proses pengolahan data dan proses konsultasi dilakukan dengan cepat serta menghasilkan laporan yang cukup akurat, sehingga membuat pekerjaan akan lebih efektif dan efisien. Expert System for Diagnosing Kidney Diseases Abstract: The weather station helps in planning socioeconomic activities Kidney is an important organ in the body's metabolic system. The amount of activity a person will affect kidney health if the organ is not maintained. Irregular eating patterns, lack of fiber and mineral water intake, and consumption of instant high-calorie foods or drinks will aggravate the kidney's work starting from the process of filtration, reabsorption, until augmentation of food substances below the kidneys through the blood. The purpose of this study is to create an expert system for kidney disease using the Eclipse Juno programming language. The system is able to provide services to the community and delivery of information related to kidney disease. In this study data collection was carried out using observation and literature study methods. The results of this study indicate that with an expert system of diagnosing kidney disease in humans, it can provide significant benefits including data processing and consultation processes carried out quickly and produce reports that are quite accurate, so as to make the work more effective and efficient Keywords: Expert System, Disease, Kidney.

Abstract

PT. Matahari Putra Prima merupakan perusahaan yang cukup berkembang dibidang ritel di mana terdapat banyak karyawan yang dipekerjakan di sana. Penyeleksian karyawan berprestasi merupakan masalah yang sangat penting bagi pihak HRD karena perlimpahan karyawan untuk meningkatkan penghargaan untuk perusahaan tersebut. Untuk menentukan yang karyawan berprestasi ini, manajer harus mempertimbangkan lebih banyak faktor, dan pengajuannya harus dilakukan sesuai tujuan. Pengguna dapat memberikan hasil sesuai kebutuhan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Dari hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan metode SAW melalui pengumpulan hirarki dan atribut keputusan yang ditambahkan alternatif dan penilaian yang telah ditentukan akan memudahkan manajer dalam menentukan keputusan terhadap karyawan mana yang layak dipertimbangkan berprestasi. Untuk melakukan perhitungan semua kriteria dalam pengambilan keputusan ini, dilakukan dengan alat bantu aplikasi yang dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java. Performance Appraisal for Outstanding Employees Using the Simple Additive Weighting Method Abstract: PT. Matahari Putra Prima is a well-developed company in the retail sector where there are many employees employed there. The selection of outstanding employees is a very important issue for the HRD because of the delegation of employees to increase appreciation for the company. The method that can be used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). From the results of the study using the SAW method through the collection of hierarchies and decision attributes that are added alternatives and predetermined assessments will facilitate managers in determining decisions on which employees are worth considering achievement. To calculate all the criteria in making this decision, it is done with application tools developed using the Java programming language. Abstract

Breast cancer is an important medical problem, especially for women, computer-aided medical diagnosis is very important in terms of prevention and early detection. This paper presents early detection of breast cancer using two methods, namely genetic algorithm and fuzzy inference system which will be used for early detection of breast cancer which will be used by doctors with computer assistance to obtain medical diagnosis of breast cancer in Indonesia. Our research shows that the diagnosis of breast cancer using these two methods has a high level of accuracy.

Abstract

After the launch of aviation law number 1 of 2009 by the government, of course, the hope of the Indonesian people that the atmosphere of commercial flights in Indonesia will be increase and guaranteed that the safety factor will improve and be accompanied by an increasingly better quality of service in accordance with the spirit of the consumer protection law number 1 of 1999. Consumer rights are the most Priority in the issuance of aviation law. Many airlines ignored the issue of long delays, changing flight schedules, and lost passengers' items of baggage as well. With the aviation law 1/2009, it is hoped that all of the above problems will subside because if the airline is reputable, it can be subject sanctions up to the heaviest revocation of flying permits for certain, fatal revocation of the Air Operator Certificate. However, since the issuance of Law 1/2009, the government has also been miss conduct by the bankruptcy of the state-owned airline Merpati Nusantara, which should have been avoided. We hope that all of us stakeholders of aviation in Indonesia will become loyal customers to board the Indonesia domestic airlines as their choosing transport and the airlines can improve the level of service and maintain the level of safety.Keywords: keep safe flights, serve customers, keep the fleet growing increase

Abstract

Under the previous aviation regulations before year 2009, scheduled commercial airlines had to own five aircraft and control five aircraft. Whereas in the new rules, airlines only have to own one unit of aircraft and control two units of aircraft. With the new rules, the initial investment for the establishment of a scheduled commercial airline was drastically reduced. Meanwhile, with the new rules, the initial investment for aircraft for the first year is reduced to only around IDR 3 trillion for new jets. It can be cheaper if you use old planes or turboprops. Working Capital other than aircraft such as human resources, systems, other facilities and infrastructure as well as initial administration costs can also be cheaper because the business capacity is smaller. This provision is indeed in accordance with the Government's desire to stimulate investment in scheduled commercial airlines for passengers with AOC 121 (aircraft with 30 seats or more). Considering that in the last 10-15 years, almost no new airlines have appeared. In fact, many airlines have gone bankrupt, such as Adam Air, Batavia Air, Mandala Tiger, Kalstar, Sky Aviation, Riau Airlines, Linus Airways, Merpati and several others. Currently, aviation business in Indonesia are controlled by four airline groups, namely Garuda Group (Garuda and Citilink), Lion Group (Lion, Batik, Wings), Sriwijaya Group (Sriwijaya and NAM) and Indonesia AirAsia. Only 12 airlines of this type remain, out of around 30 airlines registered since 1997. Lion Group and Garuda Group are the two largest with a total market share of more than 80 percent. Before years of 2000 we have baout 15 scheduled airlines . Plus Kartika airline , Mandala air,Batavia air,Linus air, Merpati air e.tc at that era of 2000. This aviation deregulation recalls the 1999-2000 era when the government also deregulated and relaxed investment rules. This resulted in the emergence of many new airlines such as Lion, Adam, Sriwijaya, Batavia and others. The public really seems to be spoiled by the price of airplane tickets which can be very cheap, cheaper than train or bus tickets on the same route. Unfortunately the appearance of these airlines did not last long. In just 10-15 years, they have fallen again for various reasons, both safety and business reasons. As a result, it has an impact on losses for travel agents, airline employees and passengers who have ordered tickets and other related businesses. Apart from that, what is more worrying is that the level of national aviation safety has also dropped sharply After of someterrible accident of aircrash and all Airlines indonesia banned to fly enter Europe , finally at year 2009 Indonesia goverment launched Aviation Law nbr.1 year 2009 to reduce strong complaint and t0 increase safety level .
