Usaha kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) memiliki peran yang penting dalam meningkatkan darajat kesehatan di lingkungan sekolah. Hal ini tertuang dalam Tias program pokok UKS diantaranya upaya pendidikan kesehatan, pelayanan kesehatan dan menciptakan lingkungan kehidupan di sekolah. Dengan demikian adanya upaya dari berbagai pihak khususnya pihak sekolah dalam mengembangkan peran dan fungsi UKS merupakan factor utama penentu keberhasilan dari tujuan UKS. Salah satu tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk dapat meningkatkan fungsi UKS adalah meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) sebagai pelaksana dalam UKS di sekolah. Pengetahuan dan pemahanan yang cukup dari pelaksana UKS (sekolah) tentang Usaha kesehatan Sekolah, serta program-program dalam UKS seperti Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), dan Pertolongan Pertama pada Kecelakaan (P3K0) di sekolah diyakini dapat meningkatkan peran dan fungsi UKS di sekolah. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan Guru Pembina UKS, guru dan peserta didik terhadap UKS, PHBS dan P3K di sekolah sehingga dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatan warga sekolah. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 05 Tapung dengan rangkaian kegiatan yaitu memberikan penjelasan atau pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan konsep UKS, PHBS dan P3K di sekolah. Metode yang di gunakan yaitu ceramah, diskusi dan Tanya jawab. Manfaat pengabdian ini yaitu mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang berhubungan dengan UKS, PHBS dan P3K di sekolah pada guru Pembina, guru dan siswa

The Youth Information and Counseling Center, better known as PIK-R, is one of the BKKBN programs as a forum for youth activities that is very useful for adolescents and for improving school health programs. The PIK-R socialization activity was the first step before the establishment of the PIK-R at the Muhammadiyah 1 Aliyah Madrasah in Pekanbaru. The purpose of this community service was to improve the quality of adolescent knowledge about reproductive health as an effort to plan healthy and positive adolescent lives. at Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru with the form of information dissemination of the Youth Information & Counseling Center by providing insights on adolescent life and steps that must be taken by adolescents to become healthy and planning adolescents. The method used is lecture, discussion and question and answer. The results of dedication showed that all participants wanted the formation of PIK-R in Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru Aliyah Madrasas. Thus the benefit of this service was that in addition to students getting knowledge about adolescent health which could be useful as a beginning of the formation of PIK-R at Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru Islamic Senior High School.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence on employee performance at PT. Wisesan Jaya Makmur. The method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling using a sample of 60 employees of PT. Wisesan Jaya Makmur Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis, the value of the regression equation Y = 17.603 + 0.566X1, the correlation coefficient of 0.638 means that competence and performance have a strong level of relationship. The value of determination or contribution of the influence of competence (X) on employee performance (Y) is 0.407 or 40.7% while the remaining 59.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing is obtained by the value of t arithmetic > t table or (6.314 > 2.002), this is reinforced by the probability significancy 0.000 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted meaning that there is a partially significant effect between competence on employee performance at PT Wisesan Jaya Makmur

ABSTRACT The Covid 19 pandemic, which we are still experiencing, has almost no certainty of ending. There are so many impacts caused by the plague that has hit the world, including in Indonesia. The most significant impact is the loss of community income due to the closure of many businesses in order to reduce the level of outbreak transmission through meetings between personnel. The closure of many business establishments has resulted in a decrease in income, even loss of income for employees and the community, which has led to a decrease in the purchasing power of the community.In facing the condition of society in general, it is very important that the role of the government and those who are able to revive the community's economy through the right programs. through Community Service activities. In Increasing Family Economic ResilienceLecturers at the Faculty of Economics, University of Pamulang, actively take part in the surrounding community, by carrying out activities in raising catfish and water spinach plants in improving the family economy in the community around the QUBATUL ISLAM mosque, Bambu Apus Village, Pamulang District, South Tangerang. The community has activities that not only provide solutions for the community in meeting their primary needs in food, but also provide additional income, so as to improve the family economy in general. Banyak sekali dampak yang diakibatkan karena adanya wabah yang melanda di dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Dampak yang sangat terasa adalah hilangnya penghasilan masyarakat akibat penutupan banyak usaha demi megurangi tingkat penularan wabah melalui bertemunya antar personil. Penutupan banyak tempat usaha mengakibatkan penurunan penghasilan, bahkan hilangnya penghasilan karyawan datau masyarakat, yang mendorong turunnya daya beli masyarakat tersebut. Dalam meghadapi kondisi masyarakat umumnya sangatlah penting peran pemerintah dan pihak- pihak yang mampu membangkitkan perekonomian masyarakat melalui program-program yang tepat. melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Dalam Meningkatkan Ketahanan Ekonomi Keluarga. Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Pamulang, ikut aktif mengambil peranan dalam masyarakat sekitar, dengan melakukan kegiatan Budidaya Ikan Lele dan Tanaman Kangkung Dalam Meningkatkan Ekonomi Keluarga Pada Masyarakat Sekitar Mesjid QUBATUL ISLAM, Kelurahan Bambu Apus Kecamatan Pamulang Tangerang Selatan, Dengan Pelatihan dilanjutkan praktek langsung, sehingga diharapkan masyarakat memiliki aktifitas yang bukan saja memberikan solusi bagi masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan utama dalam pangan, tapi juga memberikan penghasilan tambahan , sehingga mampu meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga secara umum.Kata Kunci: Budamber dan Ketahanan Ekonomi Keluarga

This study will examine the improvement of the quality of human resources, namely the implementation of good governance and Corporate Social Responsibility in the development of human resources in the environment of MSME actors, especially in Iwul Village, Bogor, Indonesia. CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is an activity carried out by a company for social and environmental issues, Human Resource Development is micro and macro. Human Resource Development Macro is a process of improving the quality or human ability in order to achieve development goals nation. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation process, Human Resource Development, and to find out the implementation of good governance and corporate social responsibility in developing human resources for SMEs that are already running. The method used is descriptive-qualitative and this research explores the role of PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) in developing human resources and small business entrepreneurs through partnership programs. The result of this training is the increasing insight and productivity level of human resources which is improving compared to before the existence of CSR.
