Abstract

Kendala dan tantangan yang dihadapi karang taruna Labuhbaru Barat Kecamatan Payung Sekaki antara lain; (a) Kegiatan karang taruna masih lebih bersifat rekreatif; (b) Masih kurangnya kader profesional terutama terkait dengan perannya sebagai agen pembaharu (change agent) dalam penyelenggaraan kesejahteraan sosial utamanya pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan usaha ekonomi produktif; (c) kurang tanggapnya sikap masyarakat terhadap pengembangan kualitas karang taruna. Hasil dari pengabdian adalah kecakapan individu dan sosial 90% peserta latih menunjukkan kategori “baik”, 7,5% berada pada kategori “cukup” dan hanya 2,5% peserta yang menunjukkan kategori “Kurang”. 100% peserta latih menunjukkan disiplin dan semangat yang baik. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, peserta pelatihan telah memiliki kemampuan dalam aspek; (1) kecakapan personal yaitu mampu memelihara dan memperbaiki sepeda motor yang berkaitan dengan keterampilan mekanik antara lain meliputi; system tune up, system engine, system kelistrikan, dan system chasis, (2) kecakapan sosial yaitu memiliki kemampuan bekerjasama dengan unit usaha lain, memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dan negoisasi dengan pelanggan (customer), (3) kecakapan akademik yaitu memiliki kemampuan memecahkan masalah, misalnya jika terjadi kesalahan teknis dalam pemeliharaan dan perbaikan sepeda motor dan memiliki keberanian belajar dari kesalahan (trial and error). Dan (4) kecakapan Vokasional yaitu memiliki kemampuan kecepatan menyelesaikan satu produk jasa service sepeda motor.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, keadilan organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan PT. Siegwerk Indonesia Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Siegwerk Indonesia Surabaya yang berjumlah 65 karyawan. Teknik penentuan jumlah sampel yaitu menggunakan sampel jenuh, sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dan uji signifikan dengan bantuan program SPSS version 24. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan uji t dapat disimpulkan variabel budaya organisasi, keadilan organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap komitmen organisasional dengan hasil budaya organisasi thitung=5,237 dengan nilai sig.0,000 keadilan organisasi thitung=4,463 dengan nilai sig.0,000 dan lingkungan kerja thitung=3,471 dengan nilai sig.0,001 sedangkan untuk uji f silmultan diperoleh hasil 15,908 dengan nilai sig.0,000.

Abstract

The capital market is a market (place, in the form of a building) prepared to trade stocks, bonds, and other types of securities using the services of stockbrokers. To add to the opening insights on the introduction of capital markets in Indonesia, the introduction of trading mechanisms on stocks and the steps to become investors in the capital market addressed to school teachers and students by practitioners who have been directly involved in the capital market in order to support the interests, knowledge and improving soft skill of teachers and students especially related to how to invest in capital market. This method of community service activities using lecture methods, direct demonstrations practiced by participants, and question and answer. Evaluation of activities generally works well and satisfies participants and training instructors. Participants hope that in the following years can be given the opportunity to get similar training. Overall activities of community empowerment through education of capital market run well and smoothly. This training provides skills and knowledge about capital market activities to teachers and learners as a provision to start a flexible and controllable side business.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to know if there is an influence in the use of Activity Based Costing toward competitive advantage and university performance in Pekanbaru. The Activity Based Costing variables were measured by seven indicators, namely top management Support, competition, performance evaluation and compensation, training, non-accounting ownership, resources and consensus and clarity of objective. The competitive advantage variables measuredby five indicators, namely price, quality, delivery dependability, product innovation and time to market. While the university performance variables will be measured by three indicators, research and productivity, employee commitment and industry linkage. The data used in this research was quantitative data, which were data in the numerical scale. The population ofthis research were all university in Pekanbaru. The samples of the research were 39 university in Pekanbaru. Based on the Partial Least Square that used in analyzing the data, the result showed that Activity Based Costing have influence towards competitive advantage, the Activity Based Costing have influence towards university performance, and competitive advantage have not influence towards university performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of third party funds, capital adequacy ratios, and non-performing loans on lending. The population in this study is commercial banks that have gone public in Indonesia in the 2014-2017 period as many as 19 banks. The entire population in this study was sampled. The data used in this study are secondary data, namely the company's 2014-2017 financial statements. The processing method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of third party funds and capital adequacy ratio have a positive effect on lending. While the non-performing loan variable has no effect on lending.

Abstract

Anemia complicated by CKD occurs 80-90% due to deficiency of erythropoietin. Erythropoietin Stimulating Agent (ESA) therapy is the main choice at Ciawi Hospital. Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) is the 7th 10th biggest disease in Ciawi Hospital. The aim of the study was to evaluate the success of Erythropoietin Stimulating Agent (ESA) treatment in Hemodialysis (HD) patients at Ciawi General Hospital. This research is descriptive in nature, collecting retrospective data from secondary data from medical records, laboratory data from Hb patients. Sampling was taken using the total sampling method, namely all outpatient Hemodialysis (HD) patients at the Ciawi Hospital for the period October-December 2021 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria totaling 47 patients. The results of this study show the sociodemographic picture of patients with Chronic Kidney Failure (CKD) with anemia complications, the most age range being 46-55 years, 18 patients (38.30%), the most sex being male, 25 patients (53.19%). The description of the duration of Hemodialysis (HD) therapy is that the most ? 12 months 27 patients (57.45%). The description of the highest frequency of ESA administration was at a frequency of 2 times a month with the Hb category increasing by 21 patients (63.6%) and the Hb category decreasing by 12 patients (36.4%). There is no relationship between the frequency of Erythropoietin Stimulating Agent (ESA) therapy with an increase in hemoglobin values in patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis and suffering from anemia as indicated by a significance value (P-value) of 0.659 > 0.05.
