Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi memberikan dampak yang besar pada sektor pendidikan. Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran menjadi salah satu hal yang harus dilakukan dengan diberlakukannya pembelajaran jarak jauh pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Faktanya, meski pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring, beberapa guru masih mengandalkan penggunaan Power Point untuk menyusun bahan ajar dan sebagai media pembelajaran yang digunakan. Hal ini menjadi masalah tersendiri, utamanya bagi guru SMK pada bidang keahlian akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga, karena materi akuntansi lebih banyak membutuhkan penalaran dan pemahaman. Dengan demikian, dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang memudahkan guru dalam menyampaikan materi akuntansi sehingga siswa juga mudah untuk memahami materi yang diajarkan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Mobile Learning Application (MLA) bagi guru. Hasil kegiatan membuktikan bahwa guru memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang meningkat dari yang awalnya memperoleh skor tes rata-rata 73.4% menjadi 81.5%. Maka dari itu, perlu adanya kegiatan pelatihan lanjutan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru, agar guru tidak sekedar tahu dan paham namun juga dapat mengembangkan sendiri media pembelajaran berbasis MLA.

Abstract

Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisa perkembangan e-learning sebagai sebuah pembelajaran modern yang efektif. Perkembangan teknologi yang serba canggih saat ini telah mendorong berbagai jenis adaptasi dalam kehidupan manusia termasuk e-learning. Pertama akan dibahas pola dari e-learning, contoh penerapan e-learning dalam pembelajaran termasuk pihak yang terlibat, terakhir akan dijabarkan strategi penerapan e-learning untuk mencapai pembelajaran modern yang efektif.

Abstract

The sustainability of the tourism industry, especially hotels and restaurants in Central Java and Special Region Yogyakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, is very crucial to be maintained and improved because it has a simultaneous impact on social and economic conditions. Through the policy of financial stimulation for hotel and restaurant tourism industry players, it is hoped that these businesses can survive when the number of tourist visits decreases and prepare for recovery efforts when new habits are implemented, including in tourism industry activities through the distribution of tourism grants. Considering that the allocation of grant funds is expected to provide stimulation and adjustment to new habits of the tourism industry, an empirical study using the approach of Quantitative Efficiency Analysis with Frontier Analysis (FA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) for 116 hotel and restaurant tourism actors, shows that the provision of Tourism Grants in the Province of Central Java and Special Region Yogyakarta has a positive effect, especially on the efficiency of the allocation of financial performance obtained from the allocation of employee salaries and operational costs to increase output efficiency in the form of hotel and restaurant receipts.

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to describe the application of digital literacy at the elementary school level during online learning. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study design at Masehi Elementary School in Pekalongan City. The informants of this study were six educators and six parents. The data were obtained using interviews, observation, and documentation. The study results showed that using a communication platform, namely WhatsApp, could function as a learning medium at the elementary school level. Teachers did not use Learning Management systems (LMS) such as Google Classroom because it was not acceptable to parents and students found it difficult to operate in online learning. The results of this study have contributed to the lack of literature discussing the weaknesses of LMS and learning applications for elementary school students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of curriculum attendance (CA) and extracurricular activities (EA) on entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) and entrepreneurial intentions (EI) in Indonesian students. This research is elaborated using the quantitative method with SEM-PLS to find out the studied phenomena. Decision questionnaires from questionnaires that have been used in previous studies. The questionnaire was responded to by 733 students who had studied entrepreneurship education during COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that the presence of the curriculum attendance and extracurricular activities had a positive impact on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intentions. Extracurricular activities and entrepreneurial self-efficacy have a positive impact on entrepreneurial intentions. However, the presence of the curriculum has no impact on entrepreneurial intentions. This is the first step for universities and students to realize that the presence of the curriculum needs to be reconstructed in order to have an impact on entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSmall and Medium Industries (SMIs) have an important role in realizing community development and welfare. In the current Industry 4.0 era, SMIs are required to keep up with technological developments, including SMIs players who must be able to use digital media as the main support for their business success. To support SMIs in optimizing the use of digital marketing, it is necessary to have effective assistance activities. The community service activities are in partnership with the assisted SMIs in Kingkang Village, Wonosari, Klaten. These activities focus on assisting SMIs in increasing promotion and sales through digital media business accounts, namely Instagram and Shopee e-commerce. The method used is to provide direct assistance in creating and managing business accounts. The assistance was done for one month with 13 sessions. The results of this program show that 100% of SMIs in Kingkang Village have had an Instagram business account and 70% of them have a Shopee account. SMIs are proven to have understood the use and management of these two digital media as promotion and sales media. Furthermore, SMIs felt the improvement in skills in how to use various features on Instagram and Shopee. Suggestions after these assistance activities are the need for follow-up activities with continuous guidance in using digital marketing effectively and optimally so it can support marketing activities and increase sales of SMIs’ businesses.Keywords: digital marketing, small and medium industries, Instagram for Business, Shopee.ABSTRAKIndustri Kecil Menengah (IKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mewujudkan pembangunan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Di era Industri 4.0 saat ini, IKM dituntut untuk terus mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, diantaranya pelaku IKM di mana mereka harus bisa memanfaatkan media digital sebagai pendukung utama kesuksesan usahanya. Untuk menunjang IKM dalam optimalisasi penggunaan digital marketing, maka diperlukan adanya kegiatan pendampingan yang efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bermitra dengan IKM binaan yang ada di Desa Kingkang, Wonosari, Klaten. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada pendampingan IKM dalam peningkatan promosi dan penjualan melalui akun bisnis media digital yaitu Instagram dan e-commerce Shopee. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan memberikan pendampingan langsung pembuatan dan pengelolaan akun bisnis. Pendampingan dilakukan selama satu bulan dengan 13 sesi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa 100% IKM di Desa Kingkang telah memiliki akun bisnis Instagram dan 70% memiliki akun Shopee. IKM terbukti sudah memahami penggunaan dan pengelolaan kedua media digital tersebut sebagai media promosi dan penjualan. Selain itu, IKM merasakan adanya peningkatan keterampilan tentang cara penggunaan berbagai fitur di Instagram dan Shopee. Saran setelah kegiatan pendampingan adalah perlunya kegiatan tindak lanjut dengan pembinaan berkelanjutan di dalam menggunakan pemasaran digital secara efektif dan optimal sehingga dapat mendukung kegiatan pemasaran dan meningkatkan penjualan usaha IKM.Kata Kunci : digital marketing, industri kecil menengah, Instagram Bisnis, Shopee.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the perception of the ease of online learning for teachers in SMK 5 Muhammadiyah Kepanjen. The learning management systems (LMS) application used is Schoology as a form of online learning. The activity was carried out virtually between instructors and teachers at SMK 5 Muhammadiyah Kepanjen to prevent the spread of Covid-19. After the training, the teacher was given a statement questionnaire that measured the perceived ease of use of Schoology in terms of 1.) appearance, 2.) attendance system, 3.) assignment & assessment, 4.) and ease of use. The results show that the teacher's perception of the four aspects agrees. In other words, teachers agree that Schoology is easy to use for online learning. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan persepsi kemudahan belajar daring bagi guru-guru di kalangan SMK 5 Muhammadiyah Kepanjen. Aplikasi learning management systems (LMS) yang digunakan adalah Schoology sebagai bentuk dalam pembelajaran daring. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara virtual antara instruktur dengan guru-guru di SMK 5 Muhammadiyah Kepanjen sebagai bentuk pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19. Setelah pelatihan, guru diberikan kuesioner pernyataan yang mengukur persepsi kemudahan penggunaan Schoology dari segi 1.) tampilan, 2.) sistem presensi, 3.) penugasan & penilaian, 4.) serta kemudahan penggunaan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap keempat aspek tersebut menyatakan setuju secara keseluruhan. Dengan kata lain, guru menyatakan setuju bahwa Schoology mudah digunakan untuk pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

  Kabupaten Boyolali memiliki reputasi yang terkenal dalam usaha jamu gendong secara turun-temurun, salah satunya di Desa Kadipaten. Penjual jamu gendong di Kabupaten Boyolali identik dengan profesi yang ditekuni oleh perempuan, namun tidak banyak yang meneliti terkait mengapa mereka banyak menekuni profesi jamu gendong hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran dan kontribusi perempuan penjual jamu gendong pada perekonomian keluarga, mendeskripsikan faktor pendorong perempuan di Dusun Kadirejo, Desa Kadipaten, Kabupaten Boyolali dalam menekuni profesi penjual jamu gendong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Data diperoleh menggunakan wawancara mendalam dari 12 informan. Keabsahan data penelitian menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontibusi perempuan berperan penting pada perekonomian keluarga dan rata-rata mampu manajemen waktu yang baik. Faktor yang mendorong perempuan berprofesi sebagai penjual jamu gendong dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal meliputi rendahnya penghasilan suami, modal relatif kecil, rendahnya tingkat pendidikan dan keinginan produktif dalam ekonomi keluarga. Faktor eksternal meliputi meneruskan bisnis keluarga dan faktor lingkungan sosial. [Boyolali Regency has a long history of jamu gendong producers, one of which is located in the Kadipaten Village. Jamu gendong sellers are likewise identical to woman professions, but   little studies why so  many  women  are  involved in  jamu gendong profession. The purpose of this study is to examine the function and contribution of women selling jamu gendong to the family economy, as well as to identify the reasons that motivate women in Kadirejo Village, Kadipaten Village, Boyolali Regency to start businesses as jamu gendong sellers. This study employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. The data were gathered through in-depth interviews among 12 informants. Source triangulation was done to determine the legitimacy of the research data. The findings indicate that women contribute significantly to the family economics and are generally capable of effective time management. Women are encouraged to work as sellers of  jamu gendong because of  internal reasons such as their husbands' low income, limited capital, low educational attainment, and a desire to contribute to the family economy. The external influences include family business continuation and social contextual issues.]

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) soft skill values instilled in students by accounting teachers, (2) the process of instilling soft skills in students by accounting teachers, (3) Barriers and supporting factors in instilling soft skills in students. This research is qualitative using ethnographic design. Data sources of the study are accounting teachers and first-grade students in the accounting department. Data collection techniques were performed through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique conducted during the study was analyzing the data contained in the research site in which the results were used as conclusions to answer the objectives of the study. The research results revealed seven aspects of soft skills, namely self-confidence, communication skill, emotional intelligence, critical thinking skill, teamwork ability, time management, and leadership. The instilling of soft skills in students through cooperative learning strategies and providing positive habituation to students was performed during the teaching-learning process. The barriers of instilling soft skills, which are the lack of students’ abilities, the difficulty to control students, and the lack of teachers’ competences in developing learning methods. Whereas, the supporting factors are the small number of students in each class so the instilling of soft skill became sufficient and the numerous supports given by the school community.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by Samira Travel's partners is marketing and skills in utilizing technology, especially WhatsApp business. This social media is very popular in Indonesian society, but not all Indonesian people, especially Samira Travel partners, know this application. For this reason, there needs to be a training activity so that Samira Travel partners can take full advantage of this application. This activity was carried out using the Training of Trainner (TOT) method which was carried out for approximately 6 hours which was divided into 2 sessions, lecture sessions and hands-on practice. The activity was held at the Samira Travel Soloraya branch office which was attended by the head of the Samira Travel Soloraya branch and 30 partners of Samira Travel. The purpose of this training activity is that Samira Travel's partners can implement strategies to take advantage of digital marketing through the WhatsApp business. The results of this training activity showed that 97% of those present already had a WhatsApp business account and 3% did not have a WhatsApp business account because cellphones were not supported. Samira Travel partners have proven to understand the use or management of whatsapp business as a sales medium. In addition, Samira Travel's partners feel that there is an increase in their skills on how to optimize various features in WhatsApp business. Suggestions from training activities are the need for follow-up activities with different materials, namely how to create promotional contentSalah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra Samira Travel adalah pemasaran atau marketing dan ketrampilan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi khususnya whatssapp business. Sosial media ini sangat popular di masyarakat Indonesia, namun tidak semua maysrakat Indonesia khususnya mitra Samira Travel mengetahui aplikasi ini. Untuk itu, perlu ada suatu kegiatan pelatihan agar mitra Samira Travel dapat memanfaatkan apliaksi ini secara maksimal. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan Metode Training of Trainner (TOT) yang dilaksanakankurang lebih selama 6 jam yang dibagi menjadi 2 sesi, sesi ceramah dan praktik secara langsung. Kegiatan dilaksakan di kantor cabang Samira Travel Soloraya yang dihadiri oleh kepala cabang Samira Travel Soloraya dan mitra Samira Travel yang berjumlah 30 mitra. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah mitra Samira Travel dapat menerapkan strategi untuk memanfaatkan digital marketing melalui whtassapp business. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa 99% yang hadir telah memiliki akun whatssapp business dan 1% belum memiliki akun whatsssapp business dikarenakan handphone tidak support. Mitra Samira Travel terbukti sudah memahami dalam penggunaan ataupun pengelolaan whatsapp business sebagai media penjualan. Selain itu, mitra Samira Travel merasakan adanya peningkatan ketrampilan tentang cara mengoptimalkan berbagai fitur yang ada di whatssapp business. Saran dari kegiatan pelatihan adalah perlunya kegiatan tindak lanjut dengan materi yang berbeda yaitu bagaimana cara membuat konten promosi
