Abstract

This research was conducted on Bank Tabungan Negara (PERSERO) branch Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture om employee performance on Bank Tabungan Negara (PERSERO) branch Pekanbaru and also to find out which factors affect the performance of the more dominant. The population in this study were all employee of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (PERSERO) branch Pekanbaru, up to December 2012 quantity f employee in Bank Tabungan Negara Pekanbaru is 72 people and all of them were sampled, so that the method of data collection is done by census.Based on the research results and discussion it is know that the leadership and organizational culture have a significant effect on performance of employees simultanceously on PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (PERSERO) branch Pekanbaru. Transformational leadership and organizational culture partially significant effect on employee performance on Bank Tabungan Negara (PERSERO) branch Pekanbaru. Transformational leadership and organizational culture has contributed a high and strong relationships to employee performance PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai is located at 31 km East Cross street, District Bandar Sekijang, Pelalawan. The purpose of this study to determine how the workplace environment, work discipline and motivation affect the productivity of employees of PT. Sinar Siak Dian scenic. To find out which factor is the most powerful influence on employee productivity in PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai. To achieve these objectives the research conducted using a sample of respondents totaled 137 people, using census method. Methods of data analysis using simultaneous test and the partial test. Based on the research results which indicate that there is a significant influence on the work environment, discipline and motivation on employee productivity.Based on the above calculation of the value obtained by the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0534.this suggests that the working environment, discipline and motivation simultaneously provide 46.6% of the effect on labor productivity in the production of PT. Sinar Siak Dian Permai Bandar Sekijang. Recommendations can be submitted is to PT.Sinar Siak Dian Permai that further enhance the work environment, discipline and motivation because these variables affect employee productivity which certainly have an impact on the performance of the employee in carrying out activities in the company.Keywords: work environment, discipline, motivsi and work productivity.

Abstract

This research held in Rumah Sakit Ibu & Anak (RSIA) Andini. The purpose of this study is to analyze the hospital service quality dimension which is consist of reliability, tangible, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty and the effect to patients’ satisfaction. Population are patient or their family in RSIA Andini. Sampling number determined by using Slovin that produce 95 person and selected by using purposive sampling method. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linier regression analysis.Result of this study shows that all hospital service quality dimension consist of reliability, tangible, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty influence positive and significantly, either partially or simultaneously, to patients’ satisfaction. Assurance is the most strongest dimension that influence patients’ satisfaction, while emphaty becomes the most weakest one to patients’ satisfaction. It is recommended to the management in order to enhance some less optimum hospital service quality, particularly to the dimension of reliability, tangible and responsiveness.Keywords: Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. suka fajar Ltd. located in Jalan Belimbing Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, commitment and intensity turnover significant effect on employee performance in PT. suka fajar Ltd Pekanbaru and to know which is more influential factor against employee performance. The population in this study were all employees who work in the company of PT. suka fajar Ltd., while the sampling is done by using the formula Slovin, in order to obtain 55 employees to be sampled. Data analysis tool that is used is the F test, t test and the coefficient of determination (R2)Based on the results of research and discussion, it is known that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intensity significant effect on employee performance, either partially (t test) or simultaneously (F test). This is evident from the t test and F test significant at the alpha level of 5%. Thus the first hipotisis this study may be accepted at the 95% confidence level. Employee satisfaction has the most dominant influence on employee performance compared with the effect of variable intensity organizational commitment and turnover, it is seen from the regression coefficients of each variable. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine empirically the effect of the inflation rate, debt to equity ratio, the liquidity of the bond, and the bond rating of the ield of corporate bonds and relationship between the independent variables on the dependent variable. The sample was the company that issued corporate bonds from 2009 until the end of 2012 were listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Samples were selected using purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 30 companies. Hypothesis testing was performed using multiple regression analysis. The research proves that the bond ratings affect the yield to maturity, while the rate of inflation, debt to equity ratio, the liquidity of bonds and bond rating has no effect on bond yields. Thus, investing in bonds Bondholder need to pay attention to bond ratings.Keywords: Inflation, debt to equity ratio, the liquidity of bonds, bond ratings, yield corporate bonds.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially Job Stress and Organizational Commitment Against Employee Dicipline At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. Consists of three variables: the dependentvariable and two independent variables. The study was conducted with a sample of 72 people. Research using census techniques by giving questionnaires to the respondents. In terms of data analysis, using qualitative and quantitative methods using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 20.0. The analysis showed that the variables Job Stress and Organizational Commitment affect the Employee Dicipline At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. Job Stress and Organizational Commitment jointly affect the Employee Dicipline At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru significant 0.000. The influence of partial variable Job Stress and Organizational Commitment to Employee Morale At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru. The work stress variables negativelyaffect the Employee Dicipline At PT. BPR Indomitra Mega Kapital Pekanbaru while variable Organizational Commitment positive effect on Employee Morale At PT.
