Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and leadership on job satisfaction and its implications for labor discipline Medics On General Hospital Dr. R.M. Pratomo Rokan Hilir and partial simultaneously. The samples were whole paramedics at the Hospital Dr. R.M.Pratomo totaling 100 people. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data obtained in this study was processed using SPSS (statiscal Program For Social Science) 19.0 for windows. These results indicate that in partial motivation no positive effect on job satisfaction paramedics, whereas the leadership variables have a significant influence on job satisfaction. While simultaneously motivation and leadership variables significant influence on job satisfaction paramedics. While the link between job satisfaction and discipline did not have a significant effect. It can be concluded that only partial variable that has pengauh leadership on job satisfaction while no motivation. Simultaneously both variables have an influence on job satisfaction influences job satisfaction, while there is no influence on the discipline. From these results it is expected that management leadership is expected to be a factor of concern in order to provide job satisfaction for employees, while the motivation despite having no effect, but the organization is expected to provide positive motivation for employees to be more employee satisfaction levels increased and in improving discipline in addition to creating job satisfaction then management needs to implement a system of monitoring and sanctions to discipline paramedics who are not in work. This solution can be expected to further improve the performance of the paramedics in Hospital Dr. R.M.Pratomo Rokan Hilir.Kata Kunci : Motivation, Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Discipline and motivation oemployee job satisfaction. Discipline influence on job satisfaction. Motivatio influence on job satisfaction and job satisfaction influence on employe performance at Palm Oil Mill PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Business Unit Sunga Galuh.The population in this study were employees of Palm Oil Mill PT. Perkebuna Nusantara V Business Unit Sungai Galuh amount to 162 people. The magnitud of the sample to be used is 115 people. Data analysis and interpreting the data descriptive analysis method and analysis methods verification. Descriptiv analysis method is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and th research variables, whereas the verification method used to test the researc hypotheses by using relevant statistical tests. While the verification method use in this study is a two-stage regression.The results of the study Discipline and Motivation effect on job satisfaction. Thi shows that the Discipline and motivation are very important in determining jo satisfaction, the better discipline and motivation will determine job satisfaction i positive, and vice versa. Discipline affects the Employee Satisfaction on. Thi indicates that Discipline is very important, the higher the level of employe discipline will determine job satisfaction is positive, and vice versa. Motivatio affects the Employee Satisfaction on. This suggests that the motivation is ver important, the higher the motivation will determine employee job satisfaction i positive, and vice versa, and job satisfaction affect the performance Employees a Palm Oil Mill PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VBusiness Unit Sungai Galuh. Thi shows that job satisfaction is so important to cause employees who are satisfie will improve performance.

Abstract

This research aims to ascertain the influence of human resources management (HRM) whichis consist of commitment management, empowerment, feedback and review and reward to theEMS ISO 14001 performance. The results of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS19 suggests that management commitiment, empowerment, feedback and review and rewardhave a siginificant positive relationship to EMS ISO 14001 performance with the coeficiencorelation accordingly 0.704, 0.695, 0.809 dan 0.702 . Feedback and review has thestrongest relationship to EMS ISO 14001 performance according to this coeficientcorrelation. The research aslo suggests that there is significant influence of commitmentmanagement to EMS ISO 14001 performance which is indicated by t-value 2.938 > t-tabel1.96, but there is no significant influence of empowerment to EMS ISO 14001 performance ast-value 1.092 < t-table 1.96, there is significant influence of feedback and review to EMSISO perfromance where the t-value 7.174 > t-table 1.96 and there is significant influence ofreward to EMS performance which is indicated by t-value 2.801 > t-table 1.96. Furthermore,the research suggest that simultaneously there is significant influece of managementcommitment, empowerment, feedback and review and reward to EMS performance using F-Test where F-value 130.018 > F-table 2,80 with the degree of significant 0.05 (5%). Usingdetermination coeficeint analysis it is found that R Square value (R2) is 0.691 or 69,1% thatmeans the infleunce of independent variable of commitment management, empowerment,feedback and review and reward is 69,1% while the rest are others factors which is notstudied.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan meneliti pengaruh Kecerdasan Spiritual dan Kompetensi Sosial Guru terhadap Moral Kerja Guru Di SD Negeri Kecamatan Salo  Kabupaten Kampar Riau. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1).  Terdapat  pengaruh positif Kecerdasan Spiritual terhadap Moral Kerja dengan koefisien korelasi  = 0,316, persamaan regresi Ŷ = 86,612 + 0,015X1.   2).  Terdapat pengaruh positif antara Kompetensi Sosial  terhadap Moral Kerja dengan koefisien korelasi  =  0,411, persamaan regresi  Ŷ = 45,873 + 0,444X2. Dan  3). Terdapat pengaruh positif  antara Kecerdasan Spiritual dan Kompetensi Sosial terhadap Moral Kerja Guru pada SD Negeri Kecamatan Salo, dengan koefisien korelasi = 0,432, dengan persamaan regresi   Ŷ = 52,792+ 0,128 X1+ 498 X2. Sabjek penelitian adalah guru-guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Salo,  populasi 240 orang  dengan menggunakan  simple random sampling (secara acak) maka diperoleh sampel 150 orang guru.  Instrumen pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket (quisioner), untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan uji validitas dan reliabelitas.Hasil analisis  menunjukkan bahwa Kecerdasan Spiritual dan Kompetensi Sosial secara positif berpengaruh terhadap Moral Kerja  pada Guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar Riau adalah sebesar 18,7%.Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara Kecerdasan Spiritual dan Kompetensi Sosial terhadap Moral Kerja Guru SD Negeri Di Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar Riau

Abstract

This studi examined the behavioral intention of sustainable waste management inelementary school student using the framework of Theory of Planned Behavior. The objectiveof this study was to know the relationship of knowledge, attitude, and the behavioral intentionof sustainable waste management. Population and sample in this study were elementaryschool students in the Padang City, West Sumatra. The data collected for this study wereanalyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study stated that theknowledge about sustainable waste management has a significant relationship with attitudestowards sustainable waste management. Knowledge and attitudes towards sustainable wastemanagement had a significant association with the behavioral intention of sustainable wastemanagement. These findings have important implications for the school as well as for policymakers.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the classification of economic growth and regionalchanges before and after autonomy in the area of Indragiri, Indragiri Hulu, IndragiriHilir and Kuantan Singingi regencies. The data used is secondary data compiledfrom publications or data published by BPS which includes the PDRB data ADHK1995-1999 and 2014-2018, population number 1995-1999 and 2014-2018. Theclassification between the districts is calculated using Tipologi Klassen, while forincome inequality is calculated using the Williamson index. The results of theanalysis using Tipologi Klassen at the time of 1995-1999 showed that the districtIndragiri Hulu entered the area forward, District Indragiri Hilir developed area butdepressed and Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi rapidly developing areas, while theresearch results in the period 2014-2018 showed that the district Indragiri Hilirentered into the category of developing areas rapidly, while the district Indragiri Huluand Kuantan Singingi Regency entered in the category of areas developed butdepressed which means in the period before the autonomy and after Region. As forthe results of the analysis using the Williamson index of districts in the Indragiriregion, the income gaps between the regions are low with the average of theWilliamsonnya index 0.07 for the period 1995-1999 and during the period 2014-2018or after the autonomy of the value of the Wiliamson index indicates the value of 0.09index which means that it is sufficiently low or evenly.
