Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya prestasi yang diraih oleh pemain bolavoli putra SMA 2 Pariaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan tentang gambaran kondisi fisik yang dimiliki pemain bolavoli putra SMA 2 Pariaman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain bolavoli putra SMA 2 Pariaman berjumlah 14 orang yang terdaftar pada kegiatan Eksrtrakulikuler di sekolah. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sample jenuh, jadi jumlah sampel sebanyak 14 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur daya ledak otot tungkai dengan vertical jump test, daya ledak otot lengan diukur dengan one hand medicine ball putt, dan daya tahan digunakan dengan VO2max yaitu bleep test. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus distribusi frekuensi dalam bentuk persentase X 100 %.Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut (1) daya ledak otot tungkai diperoleh nilai rata-rata 91,40 k4 m/sec meter dikategorikan cukup; (2) daya ledak otot lengan diperoleh nilai rata-rata 8,68 meter dikategorikan cukup; (3) daya tahan diperoleh nilai rata-rata 40,26 dengan kategori cukup.

Abstract

This research originated from the low skills of grade IV SDN (public school) 1 Sigli students in writing short stories. Learning media to write short stories is an alternative means of delivering material to students through animated film media. This study aims to determine the improvement of short story writing skills using animated film media in fourth grade students of SDN 1 Sigli. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) which was conducted in three cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were 24 students of grade IV SDN 1 Sigli, consisting of 12 female students and 12 male students. The data collection technique was done by using tests, observations, and field notes. The data analysis used was a comparative descriptive analysis technique. The results of data analysis showed that the acquisition of student learning outcomes with an average value in cycle I: 60%, cycle II: 80%, and cycle III: 91%. Thus it can be concluded, the use of animated film media can improve students' short story writing skills, and teachers always improve their skills in using instructional media. This can be seen from the cycles obtained by students in each cycle.

Abstract

Due to outbreak of the Covid 19, the implementation of education and learning has extremely changed. Face to face meetings as a conventional learning is no longer conducted, in contrast, online learning is more often employed. Thus, a solution to this problem is required to respond to this problem. Online learning is an alternative that can overcome this problem. The purpose of this research is to get a reflection of the implementation of online education by using online media to reduce the outbreak of Covid-19 in universities. The research subjects were PGMI students who were interviewed through Zoom Cloud Meeting to collect the data. The data analysis employed was an interactive analysis method Miles & Huberman. The results of the research showed that: (1) the students had already had the basic facilities needed to explore online education; (2) the online education was flexibly being implemented, encouraging learning independently, motivating to learn more actively; and (3) long distance education urges the students to get used to social distancing attitude and minimizes crowds to reduce the outbreak of Covid-19 in institutions tertiary. The lack of supervision of students, lack of internet signals in remote areas, and high quota payments were challenges in online education. The increasing of independent learning, attention, motivation, and the courage to express ideas and problems was another advantage of online education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the achievement of basic competencies (BC) and evaluate Indonesian language learning for each basic competency. This study uses qualitative descriptions and quantitative data. The results showed that in class VIIIE there were five students who had not reached the KKM and 7.5% was in the low category, 62.5% was in the medium category, and 30% was in the high category. Class VIIIF there are three students who have not reached the KKM and 2.5% is in the low category, 50% is in the medium category, and 47.5% is in the high category.

Abstract

To measure the achievement of learning objectives, it is necessary to conduct an assessment. This study aims to describe and explain the assessment, the suitability of the assessment with learning achievement, the readability of the listening assessment aspect in the Indonesian language textbook Class X Curriculum Merdeka: Smart and Intelligent in Indonesian Language and Literature. The data in this study will be qualitative and presented in words and sentences. Sources of data obtained from documents. Data was collected by document analysis. The data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model (Milles and Huberman). The results show that there are two aspects of listening assessment in the textbook, namely knowledge and skills. The dominant knowledge technique uses the assignment technique, then the writing technique, and verbal techniques are not used while the skills aspect only uses one technique, namely performance; the listening assessment in the CCBBI book already contains the learning outcomes of listening elements in accordance with the Independent Curriculum; and the readability of the textbook is in accordance with the PUEBI rules and is easy to understand. Abstract

The problem in the research is that the implementation of Indonesian language learning in SD Negeri Teubeng is not optimal, especially for fourth grade students. From the observations obtained, that in the implementation of teaching and learning activities the teacher has not been able to develop students' awareness of self-confidence in learning. Most of the students were afraid so they did not dare to speak about mastering the language. The problem of this classroom action research is whether the ability to speak by telephone can be improved by using the role-playing method in class IV SD Negeri 1 Teubeng. The aim of the study was to improve students' speaking skills by telephone by using the role-playing method in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 1 Teubeng. The subjects in this study were all fourth grade students, totaling 32 people. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were teacher activity observation sheets and student activity observation sheets during the implementation of learning through the role playing method and the results of the cycle action test. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycles. Based on the results of this classroom action research, it shows a gradual increase in each cycle. From the results of the first cycle of action research, the average value of students was 67.5% with classical learning completeness of 68.75%, then in the second cycle, the average value increased to 76.04% with classical completeness of 87.5 %. Based on these results, it can be concluded that through the role playing method, fourth grade students of Negeri 1 Teubeng can improve their speaking skills by telephone in learning Indonesian

Abstract

The problem in this study was there were a lot of students at SDN 2 Tijue who had low competence in reading skill. The fact indicated that there were still many students who spell, could not distinguish letters, adding the word and reducing word. This study aims to determine the effect of reading skills by using the index card match method for second grade students at SDN 2 Tijue, Pidie District. The population in this study were all students of second grade at SDN 2 Tijue. The number of the students were 50 while the samples in this study were class II as many as 50 students. The result of the study showed t count > t table. The result was 2,655 > 1,711 and df 48. It showed that there was an effect of the index card match method on reading skills of at second grade students in Pidie District.

Abstract

The aim is to find out the increase in the ability to read children's drama scripts in class IV MIN 41 Pidie by using a modeling model. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach to the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data taken from test results, observations, and interview results. The data source is students in class IV MIN 41 Pidie totaling 38 students with various levels of ability. The results showed that the modeling method could improve students' ability to read children's drama scripts. This is evidenced by the increasing number of students who have finished learning from 39% at the pre-action test or before learning takes place. Then it increased to 76% in the first cycle, and increased again to 89% in the second cycle. The use of modeling methods can also increase the activity of teachers and grade IV students at MIN 41 Pidie when learning to read children's drama scripts. This is proven by an increase in the percentage of teacher activity in the first cycle 81% to 91% in the second cycle. Student activities in the first cycle that is 83% to 93% in the second cycle.

Abstract

Indonesian as the official language of the country has been used as an oral and written communication tool in a variety of purposes, both formal and informal. Indonesian plays an important role in all aspects of life. The current situation is that the function of the Indonesian language has begun to be replaced or displaced by foreign languages ​​and there is behavior that tends to slip foreign terms, even though there is an equivalent in the Indonesian language, because of an attitude that believes that it will look modern, and educated and with the reason to facilitate communication in the millennial era. The symptoms of the above language phenomena are examined using sociolinguistics qualitatively. Data collection using a questionnaire containing 35 foreign vocabularies, to be answered equivalents in Indonesian form by respondents. Respondents in this study were MAS Unggul Nurur Rasyad Al-Aziziyah Tijue students and Tarbiyah Al-Hilal Sigli High School students, who were sampled from the population using purposive and random sampling techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the matching method with a translational langue determination tool. The results obtained, MAS Unggul Nurur Rasyad Al-Aziziyah Tijue based on a questionnaire were all students mastering the equivalent in Indonesian from 9 vocabularies, then vocabulary only partially mastered by 3 students and for vocabularies that were not mastered by the Indonesian equivalent by all 23 students . While out of 35 foreign language vocabularies, all students of Tarbiyah Al-Hilal Sigli High School semester VI of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education Study Program, did not know the Indonesian equivalent of 16 vocabularies, then 6 vocabularies were mastered by only a small proportion of students and all students knew the equivalent in Indonesian 13 vocabulary words.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of comic learning media on Indonesian language storytelling skills of 3th grade students. This research is a quantitative study using the Quasy Experimental type of research method with the type of The Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The population of this study included all 3th grade students of SDN Jaticempaka VI in the second semester of the 2020/2021 school year. The sample studied was 32 students from class III A and class III B. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling model. The research instrument was a description of 6 questions. The data analysis technique consists of two stages of data distribution on the results of students' storytelling skills and hypothesis testing includes the t-test by seeing the differences in storytelling skills in the experimental class and the control class with a significant level of 0.05%. Based on the results of the post-test, it was found that the average score of students' storytelling skills after being taught using comic media (experimental class) was higher than the average score for storytelling skills of students who did not use comic media (control class). The average post-test score of the experimental class was 96 and the control class 82.
