Abstract

This research purpose to examine the influence of industrial relations to employee performance, the role of transformational leadership and compensation under the influence of industrial relations to employee performance, and the CV. In order Sari Jaya Karangploso Malang. This research is explanatory. Samples in this study using saturated sample of 80 respondents employees working on the CV. In order Sari Jaya Karangploso Malang. Results of analysis Partial Least Square (PLS) This study shows that industrial relations positive and significant effect on employee performance, strengthen the influence of transformational leadership style industrial relations to employee performance, and compensation for strengthening the influence of industrial relations to kienerja employees at CV. Abstract

In the current millennial era, guiding business people, especially in the service sector, to provide the best service. This study aims to analyze the effect of servicescape on revisit intention with customer satisfaction as a mediating variabel. Data collection was obtained by distributing questionnaires online. The population in this study were visitors to Roketto cafe Malang with purposive sampling as a sample determination with the criteria of having visited at least once. The sample used in this study were 186 respondents. The research data were analyzed using path analysis techniques with analysis tools using Partial Least Square (PLS). The facts found in this study are servicescape has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, servicescape has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention, and servicescape has a positive and significant effect on revisit intention through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The unexpected condition caused by coronavirus disease (Covid-19) in late December 2019 that spread all over the world has changed the human resource workforce. One of the Indonesian government decisions to reduce the infection is home base teleworking (working from home) policies for mostly all sectors in Indonesia, one of them is the public sector. This new work style that has never been experienced before may cause psychological stress of workload and affect satisfaction. This research aims to measure the effects of teleworking on job satisfaction mediated by the workload in 168 public sector workers all over Indonesia. Data obtained using an online questionnaire from February – March 2020 and analyzed use Smart-PLS software. The result showed that teleworking has a significant effect on the workload, but not significant effect on job satisfaction. Workload has a negative and not significant effect on job satisfaction. Hence, the workload is not the best predictor for mediating the effect of teleworking and  job satisfaction. Workers in the public sector feeling more stressed during teleworking and it caused their job satisfaction to decrease. This kind of situation can be a sign for the decision-maker on how to improve their worker's job satisfaction during the teleworking.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan  kepada kelompok tani di Desa Tulungrejo Bumiaji Kota Batu  akan pentingnya pengetahuan mengenai merk dan kemasan. Hasil identifikasi lapang ditemukan kurangnya pemahaman tentang pentingnya kemasan dan merek dalam proses produksi sebuah produk. Metode pendampingan yang digunakan adalah metode klasikal dengan pendekatan diskusi/tanya jawab dan simulasi dengan maksud agar pendampingan dapat diterima oleh peserta dengan baik serta. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah mitra mampu melakukan proses pengemasan dengan bantuan alat wrapping serta memberikan merek/ pelabelan untuk meningkatkan nilai jual hasil panen menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Since 2018, the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries has encouraged people to increase fish consumption through the Fish Eating Community Movement (GEMARIKAN) program. One of the popular fisheries commodities and has high nutritional value is catfish. Unfortunately, the catfish farming business is not widely known and uses technology and good marketing strategies. For this reason, assistance is needed regarding digital marketing in the catfish cultivation business in Mulyoagung Village, Dau District, Malang Regency. The implementation of this activity is carried out in a combination of online and offline, creating Google My Business, as well as using digital marketing in the catfish cultivation business. The results of this activity are brands, Google My Business links, and several social media platforms that are used as marketing strategies whose development will continue to be monitored regularly

Abstract

Online business competition requires business people who are able to improve the quality of the website to win market share. WebQual is a method developed by Barnes and Vidgen that measures website quality based on usability, information quality, and service interaction. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of website quality on Traveloka's online booking site on user satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis. Sampling uses a purposive sampling that is students in the city of Malang who have made online reservations on the Traveloka site with a sample of 186 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis found that: 1) usability has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, 2) information quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, and 3) the quality of service interactions has a positive and significant effect on user satisfactionhttps://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v8i1.3782

Abstract

Abstract. The dedication to Catering and Retail of the Children's Welfare Institution for Women (LKSAP) ‘Aisiyah Dau aims to increase knowledge about financial records, especially for children. The problem faced by partners is that they are less able to keep financial records up to making standard financial reports. Human resources at Catering and Retail of the Children's Welfare Institution for Women (LKSAP) isi Aisiyah Dau has education ranging from elementary school graduates to tertiary institutions, this causes difficulties in making the recording of cash, inventories and standardized accounts. The recording of standardized cash, inventories and receivables is indispensable for decision making for business managers in Catering and Retail LKSAP ‘Aisiyah Dau which they pioneered. The method of implementing the services carried out is by providing guidance, assistance, business development management training, administration training to recording cash, inventories and receivables. The output in this community service is that partners can actually make a record of cash, inventories and receivables independently, and can develop their business in terms of making income statements. This is necessary for the interests of partners in developing their business, so knowledge is needed, both in the field of recording in particular and business in general. The results of this community service activity are financial records in the form of bookkeeping regarding the recording of cash, receivables and inventories. The recording can help LKSAP ‘Aisiyah Dau in monitoring the financial of Catering and Retail owned so that it can be used for decision making.     Abstrak. Pelaksanaan pengabdian pada Catering dan Retail Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak Putri (LKSAP) ‘Aisiyah Dau ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan akan pencatatan keuangan khususnya pada anak-anak. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah kurang mampu dalam membuat pencatatan keuangan sampai membuat laporan keuangan yang standar. Sumberdaya manusia pada Catering dan Retail Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak Putri (LKSAP) ‘Aisiyah Dau memiliki pendidikan mulai lulusan SD sampai dengan perguruan tinggi, hal ini mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam pembuatan pencatatan kas, persediaan dan piutang terstandart. Pencatatan kas, persediaan dan piutang terstandart sangat diperlukan untuk pengambilan keputusan bagi pengelola usaha pada Catering dan Retail LKSAP ‘Aisiyah Dau yang mereka rintis. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara mengadakan pembinaan, pendampingan, pelatihan manajemen pengembangan usaha, pelatihan administrasi sampai dengan pencatatan kas, persediaan dan piutang. Luaran pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mitra benar-benar dapat membuat pencatatan kas, persediaan dan piutang secara mandiri, dan bisa mengembangkan usahanya dalam hal pembuatan laporan laba rugi. Hal ini diperlukan untuk kepentingan mitra dalam mengembangkan usahanya, sehingga diperlukan pengetahuan, baik dibidang pencatatan khususnya maupun bisnis pada umumnya. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pencatatan keuangan dalam bentuk pembukuan mengenai pencatatan kas, persediaan dan piutang. Pencatatan tersebut dapat membantu LKSAP ‘Aisiyah Dau dalam memonitor keuangan Catering dan Retail yang dimiliki sehingga dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan dan penyuluhan kepada individu/pengusaha kecil khususnya usaha mikro dan kecil (UMK) di sentra industri gamelan yang ada dilingkungan Desa Pendem tentang pengetahuan praktis dan sederhana mengenai mengelola keuangan sederhana sesuai dengan prinsip dalam manajemen keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode klasikal dengan pendekatan diskusi, tanya jawab, dan simulasi dengan maksud agar materi dapat diterima oleh mitra dengan baik. Diharapkan setelah dilakukannya program pengabdian ini, para peserta memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan sebagai pengusaha kecil yang terampil mengelola keuangan dan juga mampu mencari peluang untuk menambah keuangan keluarga sebagai bekal untuk meningkatkan taraf hidupnya agar menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Pelaksaan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk pembinaan peningkatan operasional pengemasan dan penyimpanan produk pupuk TPST 3R Mulyoagung Bersatu,  Desa Mulyoagung, Kec. Dau, Kabupaten Malang. Berdasarkan analisis situasi yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian didapatkan permasalahan diantaranya persediaan bahan baku untuk produksi pupuk, produksi produk, serta pemenuhan permintaan pasar. Metode pembinaan yang diimplementasikan pada pengabdian ini adalah metode bottom – up yaitu kegiatan yang berdasarkan survei kondisi lapang, data dokumen TPST dan wawancara dengan para pengelolanya. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah mitra mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi berupa pengadaan alas penyimpanan produk pupuk, proses pengemasan produk pupuk, dan tata kelola alur produk.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing the variable job satisfaction that mediated the effect of transformational leadership styles on employee performance in the food industry in Malang. The company guides each employee to improve their work performance. Leadership and satisfaction in work perceived by employees are considered to have a good impact on improving employee performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. In this study using a saturated sample of 80 respondents were employees who were workers in food industry companies. The tool analysis in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study, it was found that transformational leadership style and job satisfaction had a positive and significant influence on employee performance, and job satisfaction was able to mediate a positive relationship between transformational leadership scores on employee performance in the food industry in Malang.
