Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the implementation of Bank Indonesia regulations on corporate governance for Islamic banking so as to avoid fraud. The research method in this article is a qualitative research method. The data sources of this article are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from field research on several Islamic banks, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and the Corruption Eradication Commission of the Republic of Indonesia (KPK) who were respondents. The secondary data in the form of legislation regarding corporate governance and those related to sharia banking corporate governance, also data on research results from international journals, as well as other relevant literature. The results of the study show that the regulations issued by Bank Indonesia regarding corporate governance for Islamic banking are not in accordance with the provisions of positive law and Islamic law, and there are provisions that allow fraud. Because there is no philosophical basis, there are weaknesses in some juridical aspects, and contain sociological weaknesses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of BMT in poverty alleviation in the Cianjur Regency. The research method used quantitative data collection using a questionnaire from 100 BMT members and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. This article concludes that the poverty alleviation variable proxied by the income variable of BMT members is influenced by the real sector driving variable (providing financing) (t count 1.747, sig 0.045), business education to the community (t count 2.324, sig 0.006), Fund utilization Baitul Maal (t count 3,515, sig 0,000) and work motivation of members (t count 2,599, sig 0,000). Meanwhile, the variable of micro business empowerment/business assistance did not significantly affect the income of BMT members (t count -0.621, sig 0.536). Meanwhile, the R Square result is 0.643, which means that BMT members' variable income is influenced by the real sector driving variables, business education, fund utilization, work motivation, and business empowerment by 64.3 percent. In comparison, the remaining 35.7 percent is influenced by other variables. Thus, the conclusion of this study is members' perceptions of the existence and role of BMT in increasing community income to reduce poverty levels due to activities that are social, educational, and increase work motivation.

Abstract

Financial inclusion aims to encourage unbankable people to have access to the formal financial system, so they have the opportunity to access financial services from savings, payments, financing, insurance, and various other financial services. Therefore, the implementation of financial inclusion becomes an urgent matter in the context of poverty alleviation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of sharia banking in implementing financial inclusion in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data are interview result with Bank Indonesia, Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Islamic bank. Secondary data in the form of financial statements of Islamic bank year 2013-2017. Qualitative data analysis using techniques developed by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing. This research is strengthened by quantitative data analysis using financial report analysis technique and ratio analysis from CAR, ROA, ROE, NPF, and FDR of Islamic bank. The conclusion of this research is that Islamic bank has big potential in implementing financial inclusion in Indonesia as evidenced by the increase of Third Party Fund (DPK) and increasing financing, especially micro financing, plus zakat fund and social fund which enable to give access to small and micro business unbankable people. Policy support that is responsive and synergic to stakeholders can help to accelerate the implementation of financial inclusion in Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengetahuan investasi di pasar modal dan motivasi yang rendah dikalangan mahasiswa FEBI UNSUR sedangkan Pasar Modal Syariah telah gencar mempromosikan produk-produk investasi. Matakuliah yang berkaitan dengan pasar modal syariah belum diaplikasikan oleh mahasiswa FEBI UNSUR. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh pengetahuan investasi dan motivasi terhadap minat investasi di Pasar Modal Syariah pada Mahasiswa FEBI UNSUR. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuisioner. Berdasarkan hasil uji t statistik, pengetahuan investasi diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,699 > 0,05 dengan hasil perhitungan SE X1 sebesar -0,84%. Hal ini berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan pengetahuan investasi terhadap minat investasi. Lalu hasil uji t statistik motivasi diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan hasil perhitungan SE X2 sebesar 77,88%. Hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi terhadap minat investasi. Kemudian, secara simultan kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi hal itu diketahui dari nilai uji Fhitung 137.247 > 3,11 Ftabel dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menghasilkan R Square sebesar 77% hal ini berarti pengetahuan investasi dan motivasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 77% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by knowledge of investment in the capital market and low motivation in FEBI UNSUR students while the Islamic Capital Market has been aggressively promoting investment products. Subject related to the Islamic capital market have not been applied by FEBI UNSUR students. This study aims to determine how much influence investment knowledge and motivation on investment interest in the Islamic Capital Market in FEBI UNSUR students. This study uses a quantitative approach with associative descriptive method. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. Based on the results of the t test, investment knowledge obtained a significance value of 0.699 > 0.05 with SE X1 calculation results of -0.84%. This means that there is no significant effect of investment knowledge on investment interest. The results of the motivational statistical t test obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 with the results of the SE X2 calculation of 77.88%. This means that there is a significant effect of motivation on investment interest. Simultaneously the two variables have a significant effect on investment interest with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The calculation of the coefficient of determination produce an R Square of 77%, this means that investment knowledge and motivation contribute 77% while the rest is influenced by other factors

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan ini merupakan pelaksanaan dari tridarma Perguruan Tinggi dalam melaksanakan pengabdian pada masyarakat. Bentuk pengabdian pada masyarakat ini mengambil tema kewirausahaan yang masuk kedalam kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di Desa Leuwikoja Kecamatan Mande Kabupaten Cianjur. Program kewirausahaan yang dilaksanakan diantaranya adalah Branding dan Marketing dari produk yang menjadi salah satu potensi desa yang bisa dikembangkan yaitu Keripik Pisang (Lantak). Kegiatan tersebut disertai dengan sosialisasi strategi pemasaran yang diberikan kepada pelaku usaha rumahan dimaksudkan untuk mengangkat potensi wirausaha masyarakat Desa Leuwikoja yang sudah ada. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari kegiatan sosialisasi pada aspek pengetahuan masyarakat terkait masalah produksi, pengemasan dan pemasaran. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara digunakan dalam menyusun hasil pengabdian ini. Setelah kegiatan analisis dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan didapat beberapa permasalahan dalam pengembangan produk diantaranya pelaku usaha rumahan masih menggunakan metode konvensional dan kurang inovasi baik dalam masalah produksi, kemasan, dan pemasaran. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terkait pengemasan dan pemasaran produk serta memberikan hasil peningkatan nilai ekonomi sebesar 30% pada produk keripik pisang yang diproduksi oleh masyarakat.ABSTRACTThis activity is an implementation of the Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi in carrying out community service activity. This form takes the theme of entrepreneurship which is included in the Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) activity in Leuwikoja Village, Mande District, Cianjur Regency. Entrepreneurship programs implemented include Branding and Marketing of products that are one of the village potentials that can be developed by means of Banana Chips (Lantak). The activity included marketing strategies is given to related home business actors to raise the entrepreneurial potential of the existing Leuwikoja Village community. The implementation of this activity aims to see the effectiveness of socialization activities on public knowledge related to production, packaging and marketing issues. A qualitative approach with interview techniques is used in compiling the results of this activity. After analyzing the activities with the research method used, several problems were found in product development, including home bussiness actors still using conventional methods and lack of innovation both in problems, packaging and marketing. The results of this activity indicate an increase in public knowledge about product packaging and marketing and in an increase in the economic value is 30% of banana chip products produced by the community.

Abstract

                                              ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan bagi hasil, pembiayaan jual beli dan NPF(Non perfoming financing)  terhadap ROA (Return On Assets) Perbankan Syariah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder yang dipublikasikan oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dari tahun 2018-2020. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pembiayaan bagi hasil berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap ROA. Pembiayaan jual beli berpengaruh negatif dan siginifikan terhadap ROA. NPF berpengaruh negatif dan siginifikan terhadap ROA. Pembiayaan bagi hasil, pembiayaan jual beli, dan NPF secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap ROA dengan hasil uji F yang menunjukkan nilai Fhitung 23,023 > Ftabel 2,90 dan R square sebesar 0,683 yang berarti Pembiayaan bagi hasil, pembiayaan jual beli, dan NPF secara simultan berpengaruh positif sebesar 68,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 31,7% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.ABSTRACTThis research aim to find out the influence of profit sharing financing, buying and selling financing and NPF(Non perfoming financing) to ROA (Return On Assets) of Islamic Banking in Indonesia. The methode used Quantitative approach by multiple regression linear. The data collected was secondary data from OJK that published from 2018-2020. The results of the study concluded that sharing financing has positive effect and significant to ROA. Buying and selling financing has negative effect and significant to ROA. NPF has negative effect and significant to ROA. And also Profit sharing financing, buying and selling financing, and NPF simultantly have positive effect and significant to ROA about 68,3% showed by the value of R Square 0,683. While the remaining of 31,7% influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKualitas pelayanan adalah totalitas fitur dan karakteristik produk atau jasa yang tergantung pada kemampuannya untuk memuaskan kebutuhan yang dinyatakan atau tersirat. Kepuasan pelanggan adalah tingkat perasaan seseorang setelah membandingkan kinerja (atau hasil) yang ia persepsikan dibandingkan dengan harapannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan Customer Serviceterhadap kepuasan nasabah dan menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Customer Service terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BJB KCP Cipanas. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik. Populasi pada penelitian iniJ yaitu sekuruh nasabah Bank BJB KCP Cipanas, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan Customer Service terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BJB KCP Cipanas. ABSTRACTService quality is the totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that depends on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs. Customer satisfaction is the level of a person's feelings after comparing the performance (or results) he perceives compared to his expectations. This study aims to analyze the quality of Customer Serviceon customer satisfaction and to examine the effect of Customer Servicequality on customer satisfaction at Bank BJB KCP Cipanas. The author uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis methods and statistical analysis. The population in this study were all customers at Bank BJB KCP Cipanas, with a total sample of 100 people. Meanwhile, the data collection tool used was a questionnaire. The results of the research analysis showed the influence of Customer Servicequality on customer satisfaction at Bank BJB KCP Cipanas.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena ketidaksesuaian penurunan nilai pembiayaan dengan kenaikan tingkat ROA di Bank Umum Syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti (1) Seberapa besar pembiayaan mudharabah berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2017-2020 (2) Seberapa besar pembiayaan Musyarakah berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2017-2020 (3) Seberapa besar pembiayaan mudharabah dan musyarakah secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2017-2020. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder bulanan yang bersumber dari SPS BUS yang dipublikasikan oleh OJK selama periode Januari 2017 sampai Desember 2020 sebanyak 48 sampel. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,775 > 0,05. Pembiayaan musyarakah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA dengan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,039 < 0,05. Pembiayaan mudharabah dan pembiayaan musyarakah berpengaruh signifkan terhadap ROA, dengan nilai sig. 0,000 <  0,05. Nilai R Square sebesar 46,9% yang artinya pembiayaan mudharabah dan pembiayaan musyarakah memberikan kontribusi atau pengaruh sebesar 46,9% terhadap ROA dan sisanya sebesar 53,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel yang diteliti.the phenomenon of discrepancy between the decrese in value of financing and increase in ROA level in Islamic Commercial Banks. This research was conducted to examine (1) How big is the mudharabah financing affect the Return On Assets in Islamic Banks in Indonesia period 2017- 2020 (2) How large Musyarakah financing affect the Return On Assets in Islamic Banks in Indonesia period 2017-2020 (3) How large financing mudharabah and musyarakah simultaneously affect the Return On Assets in Islamic Banks in Indonesia period 2017-2020. This research approach uses a quantitative approach with an associative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are secondary data of monthly sourced from SPS BUS published by the OJK during the period from January 2017 to December 2020 as much as 48 samples. The results of the research concluded that the mudharabah financing does not affects significant impact on ROA. With the significance of 0,775 > 0.05. Musyarakah financing influential Musyarakah financing significant effect on ROA. with the significance 0.039  < 0.05. Financing mudharabah and musyarakah financing influential significantly to the ROA, with the significance 0,000 < 0.05. The value of R Square is 46.9%, which means that the financingmudharabah and musyarakah financing contribute to or influence by of 46.9% against the ROA and the rest from 53.1% influenced by other factors beyond the variables studied.
