Abstract

The addition and spread of COVID-19 cases globally is happening quite quickly, not only in the Special Capital Region of Jakarta and other densely populated cities, but has spread to rural areas in remote areas. To overcome this, the government has intensively taken steps to break the chain of transmission of COVID-19 in a fast, precise, focused, integrated, and synergistic manner between ministries/agencies and local governments. Socialization efforts were carried out related to the prevention, promotion and management of COVID through the implementation of the COVID-19 Handling Health Protocol. Other efforts have been made by various countries, including Indonesia, to develop an ideal vaccine for the prevention of SARS-CoV-2 infection with various platforms. The COVID-19 vaccination aims to reduce the transmission/transmission of COVID-19, reduce morbidity and mortality due to COVID-19, achieve herd immunity and protect the community from COVID-19 in order to remain socially and economically productive. The implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination at the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (BAKAMLA) is a form of community service aimed at helping the government in breaking the chain of transmission of Covid-19 and accelerating the implementation of vaccinations in government employees. The vaccination takes place for 1 day with 2 (two) dose stages (Dose I and II are 14 days apart) with the type of vaccine being given, namely Sars-cov II Biofarma (Sinovac). After the service activities, most of the employees of the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (BAKAMLA) have received the COVID-19 vaccination. Keywords : vaccine, COVID-19, BAKAMLA RI

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on every aspect of Indonesian life. The Covid-19 vaccine has been created and its distribution has proceeded progressively, especially in Indonesia. The Indonesian government has launched a massive use of the Covid-19 vaccine and it is hoped that approximately 118 million Indonesians have succeeded in getting the vaccine. This is carried out with an effort to create community immunity (herd immunity) in every community in order to break the chain of spread of Covid-19. Lion Air Group is a company engaged in air transportation that demands human movement. In order for this mobilization need to work, the Lion Air Group participates in the success of the Indonesian government's program in eradicating Covid-19 through a vaccination program. Thus, the air transportation mode is no longer a threat to the community so that the circulation of mobilization needs continues. The potential group as the target of this activity is the entire workforce of the Lion Air Group. The method of carrying out the activity is by injecting the Sars-Cov 2 (Sinovac) vaccine with a dose of 0.5 ml in the muscular deltoid area of the left. This activity takes place for 10 days each in March and April 2021 in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and mandated Health Workers. This activity succeeded in targeting 15,733 (Phase 1) and 14,233 (Phase II) participants. Thus, the implementation of the vaccination activity can be a scourge in the creation of herd immunity. Keywords: Covid-19, herd immunity, vaccine

Abstract

Abstract

AbstractDiabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that could be worse if it is not handled well and sustainable cared. One microvascular complication is a peripheral neuropathy that is reflected by losing peripheral sensory. The prevalence of diabetic foot ulcers is high in Indonesia. Immediate detection of the risk of diabetic foot ulcers is a good strategy to prevent and to decrease the number of diabetic foot ulcers. Monofilament 10 gr is one of the easy tools to detect peripheral neuropathy. This social activity was conducted among type 2 diabetes patients in a chronic disease management program (PROLANIS) in primary care services in Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk. We educated the patients to practice foot self-care and also trained the community nurse to apply Monofilament 10 gr test to detect peripheral neuropathy. As a result of this activity, we found that the majority of the patient had peripheral neuropathy and community nurse could apply Monofilament tests on the patients.
