Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of budgetary goal characteristics of participation, clarity, feedback and difficulity on the government performance accountability Sleman district.  The number of samples used in the study as many as 98 respondents. Data collection is carried out by the methods of questionnaire. The results of the questionnaires were processed using SPSS Statisctics 18. The results show that budgetary participation and budgetary goal clarity have positive effect on the government performance accountability Sleman district. Meanwhile, the results of budgetary goal difficulity were found that have no effect on the government performance accountability leman district.

Abstract

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the most impactful Islamic economies country in the world which has various potentials in the development of the Islamic economic sector, including banking. This study aims to measure and analyze the performance of Islamic State-owned banks in Indonesia before merging into Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This research is descriptive quantitative research by measuring the financial performance of the bank through the level of profitability and risk ratios. The results of the study show that in general the performance of the 3 state-owned Islamic banks is good and experiencing growth, so it is assessed that by merging assets and markets, Islamic banks in Indonesia can grow faster.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a condition where employees feel satisfied with their work. People who express high satisfaction in their work tend to be more productive. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture, locus of control and job stress on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on 40 respondents at Super Dazzel Yogyakarta Branch.The method used in this research is quantitative with classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, namely between organizational culture variables (X­1), locus of control (X2), and job stress (X3) on job satisfaction (Y), F test ( simultaneous), t-test (partial) in order to determine how much influence locus of control organizational culture and job stress have on employee job satisfaction at Super Dazzel Yogyakrata Branch.Based on the results in this study, in general, organizational culture, locus of control and job stress have a significant effect on job satisfaction.
