Abstract

Abstract : The development of the Era of Globalization in the 21st century has caused many remarkable changes. These changes also arise problems that can cause destruction and damage in many ways, not apart also in the world of education. Bringing great impact with the occurrence of behavior deviation among students, one of which is smoking addiction behavior. The high level of cigarette consumption for teenagers as well as the young age of starting to smoke among students need to get special attention again. Objectives of the study 1) To know the description of smoking addiction behavior of high school students Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru. 2) To know the confidence of students addicted to smoking in SMA Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru. The research method is descriptive quantitative, with purposive sampling technique. Research conclusions 1) The level of smoking addiction behavior in students is in the high category. While the behavior of smoking with the number of cigarettes in the suction per day between 10-20 stems per day; the amount of cigarettes per day between Rp 10.000-20.000; age started smoking at age 9 years; the source of the cigarette money comes from work; daily smoking time which starts with 5 minutes after waking up; the reason to start smoking is because they have friends who smoke and smoke together; and where smoking is marked by smoking in public places with friends in familiar places of association. 2) The level of confidence in students is in the high category. While confidence shows responsible results; rational; optimistic; belief in self-efficacy; and objective. For confidence in the show include able to complete personal needs; schools make rules to be more disciplined; has advantages that can be developed; doing something will be done to completion even if it is difficult; and are confident of a good future if you want to learn earnestly and success is gained by trying.Key Words : Smoking Addiction Behavior, Self Confidence

Abstract

Salmonella sp. is a bacteri that causes of contamination on broilers and salmonellosis in humans.  The acording of SNI 7388 (2009), chicken meat safety for comsumption is must be negative Salmonella sp content.  The porpuse of this research was to identify Salmonella sp. contamination on boilers at traditional market and modern market in Bandar Lampung.  This research used samples of chicken meat from 3 traditional markets (Gintung Market, Rajabasa Market and Tamin Market) and 2 modern markets (Robinson Super Market and Chandra Super Market).  All of samples were isolated on to selective media Xylose Lysine Desoxycholate (XLD) agar with 3 replication.  The result showed that contamination of SalmonellIa sp. was identified on boilers at traditional market and modern market with the contamination level on Gintung Market was 4,80x108 CFU/g – 2,48 x109 CFU/g, Rajabasa Market was 3,68x108 CFU/g, - 1,24x109 CFU/g, Tamin Market was 3,30x108 CFU/g – 3,68x109 CFU/g, Robinson Super Market was 3,27x104 CFU/g – 1,50x105 CFU/g and Chandra Super Market was 3,30x104 CFU/g – 1,13x105 CFU/g. The conclusion was this research was the contamination level at traditional markets was higher then the modern markets.Keywords: broilers, contamination, modern market, Salmonella sp., traditional market.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the presence of formaldehyde in some fresh fish commodities and to trace formaldehyde distribution in Bandar Lampung City. The  formadelhyde tests were done  on the storage water of fresh fish samples. The study conducted in July to October 2013 was devided in two stages: a survey to fill out a questionnaire to a number of respondents, followed by sampling some storage water of fresh fish to be tested in the laboratory.  The tests were  carried out on 52 sampling points taken from the fishing boats in the fishing landing port (17 boats), fish supplier car from outside Bandar Lampung (6 cars) as well as some fish sellers in 5 traditional market in Bandar Lampung (29 sellers). By conducting a laboratory test using Formaldehyde Test Kit, there were 2 samples that were purple (positively contain formaldehyde), which were taken from 2 boats in fish landing port of Lempasing. Then the assertion test was carried out to the positive samples using chromotropic acid (SNI 01 – 2894 – 1992). The results showed that the samples positively contained formaldehyde indeed, which was characterized by a bluish purple color. Based on the survey results and tracking, there was a distortion of formaldehyde distribution in Bandar Lampung, where domestic industries (including fisherman) obtained formaldehyde illegally, either from End Users, a local manufacturer or drugstore/hospital/other health care facilities. Abstract

Goat milk is perishable foodstuffs and has  low shelf life. One way to preserve it is process goat milk into ice cream. This is usefulforreducingthe damagenutritiongoat milk. Purple sweet potatoes which contain some anthosianin can be added to inprove the texture. However, the amount of purple sweet potato  added will affect the texture and body of icecream.  Therfore this research is needed. This research was purposed to find concentration of purple sweet potato that will produce the best ice cream especially on organoleptic characteristic. The experiment was arranged in  Latin Square design in single factor that consist of 5 levels  concentrations of purple sweet potato paste. There were 0% (reference), 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40% (b/b) with 5 replications. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance . further tested using the HSD Test in 5% level of signiificance. The The results showed that addition of  30%  sweet potato paste produced the best quality of goat milk ice cream of Etawa . The score of aroma was 3,5 (not specific goat milk), the taste’s score was 3,47 (sweet), color’s score was 2,8 (rather purple), texture’s score was 3,5 (soft), and the overall  of acceptance was 3,203 (rather like). This ice cream contained water, protein, fat, ash, crude fiber, and total carbohidrate as amuch as 66,98%, protein was 5,5%, 11,86%, 1,34%, 0,3% and 14,2%. Abstract

This paper aims to identifying the numerical method accuracy of the analytical solution of the damped oscillation equation motion. Adams method of  4th order, Milne method and Adams-Simpson method are used to find numerical solutions. Value of y(1), y(2), y(3) obtained from The 4th order Runge-Kutta method. They used as initial value of multistep method. Then, the numerical solution result was compared with analytical solution. From the research result, it is found that 4th order Adams method has the best accuracy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the existence of changes in the emotional behavior of students toward the Tsubasa animated serial film. The approach used in this study is a qualitative research approach. In principle, this qualitative research is a procedure to result a number of descriptions of what is written and what is spoken by people who become the target of research and descriptions of their behavior which can be observed. Qualitative research is neither aiming at measuring nor using procedures in explaining the results of research. This approach is used to explain and describe the focus of research, which is about changes in emotional behavior of fifth grade students to the Tsubasa animated serial film. The appearance of emotional changes of the students out of 38 students in this study as many 21 children experienced high emotional changes, while 17 children experienced moderate emotions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Gambaran Tingkat Kepadatan Lalat di Desa Teluk Melano Kecamatan Simpang Hilir Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang tingkat kepadatan vektor lalat di Desa Teluk Melano Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Obyek penelitian ini berkisar pada lokasi pasar, TPS (tempat pembuangan sementara) dan peternakan ayam. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepadatan lalat di Desa Teluk Melano Kecamatan Simpang Hilir Kabupaten Kayong Utara adalah berjumlah 11 (padat : 6 – 20 lalat), suhu di Desa Teluk Melano Kecamatan Simpang Hilir Kabupaten Kayong Utara yaitu 31,560C dan kelembaban di Desa Teluk Melano Kecamatan Simpang Hilir Kabupaten Kayong Utara yaitu 73,47%.Abstract: The Describe The Density of Flies in Teluk Melano Simpang Hilir, North Kayong. This is descriptive study, which is to obtain a picture of the density of the vector flies in Teluk Melano North Kayong district. Object of this research revolves around the market place, TPS (Dumpster) and a chicken farm. From these results it can be concluded that the density of flies in Teluk Melano Simpang Hilir, North Kayong are a total of 11 (solid: 6-20 flies), the temperature in Teluk Melano Simpang Hilir downstream District of North Kayong is 31,560C and humidity in the village of Teluk Melano Simpang Hilir, North Kayong that is 73,47%.

Abstract

Abstrak: Efektifitas Kembang Sepatu (Hibiscu Rosa Sinensis. L) dan Kurkumin dalam Pemeriksaan Kandungan  Boraks pada Bakso di Pontianak Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi experimen) yaitu penelitian yang mendekati percobaan sungguhan, tetapi tidak mengadadakan kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pedagang bakso kaki lima yang menetap di wilayah Pontianak Utara dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 27 sampel bakso. Hasil penelitian yaitu ada perbedaan jumlah bakso yang positif boraks dengan variasi dosis estrak kembang sepatu (sepatu 20%, 22,5%, 25 %, 27,5%, 30%) dengan dosis efektif yang di gunakan adalah sebesar 30% dimana di peroleh nilai p = 0,000. Tidak ada perbedaan hasil yang di peroleh antara kurkumin dengan kembang sepatu dalam menditeksi boraks. Masyarakat dapat menggunakan estrak bunga kembang sepatu sebagai indikator boraks pada makanan.Abstract: Effectiveness of Flower Shoes (Hibiscu Rosa Sinensis, L) and in The Examination Content Curcumin of Borax in Meatballs in North Pontianak. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research (quasi experimental) research that approach real experiment, but not organize control. The population in this study are all meatballs traders sidewalk settled in the North Pontianak with a total sample of 27 samples meatballs. The results of research that there are differences in the number of positive borax meatballs with dose variation estrak hibiscus (shoe 20%, 22.5%, 25%, 27.5%, 30%) with an effective dose used was 30% which was obtained p = 0.000. That is no difference in the results obtained between curcumin with hibiscus in menditeksi borax. Communities can use estrak hibiscus flower as an indicator of borax in food.

Abstract

Abstrak: Rancangan Ovitrap Mix Sticky-Autocidal untuk Menurunkan Densitas Larva dan Virus Dengue di Wilayah Endemis DBD Kota Pontianak. Jenis penelitian ini rancangan ekperimental quasi yaitu Control group,  pree and pos test design Control group,  pree and pos test design.. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelurahan endemis DBD  yakni kelurahan Sungai Bangkong sebagai lokasi intervensi dan Kelurahan Sungai beliung sebagai pembanding. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 200, masing-masing kelurahan sebanyak 100 rumah. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan rerata indeks kepadatan larva House Index (HI) nilai  p:0,014,  larva Container Index (CI) dg nilai p:0,026 dan Breteu Index (BI) dengan nilai p:0,007 antara sebelum dan sesudah pemasangan rancangan Ovitrap Mix Sticky-Autocidal. Namun tidak terdapat perbedaan rerata indeks transmsi transovarial (ITT)  sebelum dan sesudah intervensi menggunakan rancanagan ovitrap  Mix Sticky-Autocidal dengan nilai p:1,0.Abstract: Design of Ovitrap Mix Sticky-Autocidal to Lower Larva Density and Dengue Virus in Endemic DBD Region of Pontianak City. This research type is quasi experimental design that is Control group, pree and post test design. Control group, pree and post test design. Population and sample in this research is dengue endemic village that is Sungai Bangkong as the location of intervention and Sungai Beliung urban village as comparison. The number of samples is 200, each kelurahan is 100 houses. The result of this research is there is difference of mean of House Index (HI) larvae density index p value: 0,014, Container Index (CI) larva with p value: 0,026 and Breteu Index (BI) with p value: 0,007 between before and after installation of Ovitrap Mix Sticky-Autocidal. However, there was no difference in the mean of transovarial transmision index (ITT) before and after intervention using sticky-autocidal Mix ovitrap plan with p value: 1.00.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran metode demonstrasi sehingga siswa dapat beraktifitas dan berpartisipasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas sholat siswa pada pembelajaran PAI tentang sholat berjamaah. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas model Kurl Lewin yang terdiri dari dua siklus yang setiap siklusnya terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa melalui model pembelajaran demonstrasi sebagian besar siswa sudah memperlihatkan prediket MK (Membudaya/Kebiasaan) yaitu siswa terus menerus memperlihatkan perilaku yang dinyatakan dalam indikator secara konsisten. Adapun belajar dengan menggunakan LKPD, sangat membantu merangsang minat dan aktifitas siswa belajar, sehingga suasana dalam berdiskusipun berkesan asik dan menyenangkan. Dengan adanya kegiatan demonstrasi yang dilakukan berulang-ulang, siswa sudah dapat memposisikan dirinya ketika menjadi imam, menjadi makmum biasa maupun makmum masbuq.
