This study aims to determine: 1). How is the implementation of a marketing strategy that has been applied by the industry rengginang players in the Sakra Center district, 2). Any internal and external factors that affect the marketing strategy at industrial rengginang in the Sakra Central District, 3). Alternative marketing strategies such as what is selected by the perpetrators of industrial enterprises rengginang in the Sakra Center district. The research method using a mix of methods.The nature of this research is comparative to come up with new in marketing strategies rengginang in the Sakra Centre District. Data collection instruments using questionnaires. Questionnaire data were analyzed using matrix IFE (2,380), EFE matrix (2.943), IE matrix (0.291 and 0, 288). SWOT analysis produced 8 alternative strategies that can be selected by the company are: 1) Maintain the price and improve product quality to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2) Engaging with potential distributor agents to increase market share. 3) Utilize strategic locations to attract potential customers. 4) Create a product with the form and a new taste. 5) carry out the management system of the company's internal organization. 6) Build or rent a kiosk at strategic places to increase sales. 7) Conducting promotional activities and advertising to attract potential customers and expand the marketing area. 8) Build and develop joint ventures (Joint Venture) with those who provide capital and raw materials to increase production capacity.The results of matrix analysis QSPM, from eight strategic alternatives that exist, there is one alternative strategy that prioritized to be done by the company is maintaining prices and improve product quality to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty with TAS score of 6.445.

This Research was occupied due to the frequent flood disaster in Indonesia especially in Banjarbaru city. South Kalimantan’s Research and Development Council in 2010 stated that the largest endangered flood are from spatially classification was Bangkal Village in Banjarbaru City. It became necessary to control by doing area zonation which determine the recharge area. This research was conducted survey method and data analysis by using information overlay from Geographic Information System. This research resulted the recommended recharge zone width was 2801,7 ha. In this research zone, the researchers gained 9 group of recharge zone and the development plan or activities to do. The researchers also configured some flooding potential classification, vary from 0,064 m/second to 0,078 m/second. The flooding water could be dried in at last 9,127 hours. The flood controlling efforts in settlement area biopores application and recharge wheel, for the water bodies were rivers normalization, planting trees or fruits and medical plants in buffer area. Social approach also could empowered the Bangkal Village Society with clean and sustainable environment competitions, environmental extension course about waste economic value and waste bank management.

Banyak ditemukan metode untuk pemeriksaan hemoglobin, tetapi belum ada metode pemeriksaan yang akurat 100%, mudah, dan biaya pemeriksaan yang terjangkau. Saat ini banyak tenaga klinis yang masih memakai Metode Sahli. Metode tersebut sering digunakan dengan pertimbangan biaya yang murah dan mudah dilakukan, namun kemungkinan kesalahan dengan menggunakan metode ini sebesar 10%-15% berdasarkan penelitian Muhilal dan Sukati Saidin, menjelaskan ketelitian pemeriksaan Hemoglobin dengan metode sahli yang dibandingkan dengan metode cyanmethemoglobin, menghasilkan nilai Hb lebih rendah 10-13 %, sehingga hasil pemeriksaan kadar Hb dengan metode sahli bila hasilnya dikalikan dengan faktor 1,10 untuk Kadar Hb di atas 10,0 g% atau 1,13 untuk kadar Hb kurang dari 10,0 g% akan menghasilkan nilai kadar Hb yang penyebaranya tidak berbeda secara bermakna dengan metode cyanmethemoglobin. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini dilakukan perbandingan hasil pemeriksaan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil dengan menggunakan beberapa metode, yaitu : Metode Sahli, Cyanmethemoglobin, fotometri dengan hematologi analizer. Hasil rerata dari beberapa metode pemeriksaan hemoglobin adalah 11,6 untuk metode Sahli (dengan faktor koreksi); 12,2, untuk metode Cyanmethemoglobin; 11,9 untuk Hematologi Analizer. Berdasarkan uji ANOVA diketahui nilai F hitung 0,303 dan p-value (sig) 0,739 yang berarti perbedaan antara hasil pemeriksaan Hb menggunakan metode Sahli dengan faktor koreksi, dan metode Cyanmethemoglobin, serta Hematologi Analizer tidak signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Metode Sahli dengan faktor koreksi bisa dijadikan pilihan untuk pemeriksaan kadar Hb pada Ibu hamil.

Abstract : This Research aims to develop Student Activities Worksheets Based on Hierarchy of Concept on the buffer solution subject valid based on the feasibility aspect of content, language, serve and graphic. The type of this research is research and development (R and D) with reference to the development process of 4-D model. The subject of this research is student activities worksheets based on hierarchy of concept. Instrument of data collection are validation given to three validators, and from analysis data obtained by the validity of aspect of content, aspect of language, aspect of serve, and aspect of graphic are 93,45%, 91,67%, 95,83%, dan 89,58% with valid category. Student activities worksheets which validated by the validators tested to 30 students and get response result with percentage of 88,07% with positive category, and assessed the praticality by three teachers and get response result with percentage of 95,28% with very practical category. Based on the result of data analysis can be concluded that student activities worksheets based on hierarchy of concept that produced is valid and can be used for the subject buffer solution.Keywords : Buffer Solution, Student Activities Worksheet, Hierarchy of Concept

In this study, we want to see the economic basis and pattern of economic structure in JambiProvince, This study uses secondary data, namely Jambi Provisional PDRB and 11 municipaldistricts in Jambi province in 2010 - 2017 in this study to see the basis of the economy and the mixof economic sectors in Jambi province using the LQ model and the classification typology. Theresults of this study indicate that from the results of the classic typology analysis, it can be seen thatthe patterns and structure of economic growth from 9 districts and 2 cities in Jambi Province, WestTanjung Jabung and East Tanjung Jabung districts are classified into Quadrant III decliningprosperous regions (potential to be left behind ), which means that the rate of growth and incomeper capita of Tanjung Jabung Barat district is higher than the per capita income of Jambi Provinceand the growth rate of Tanjung Jabung Barat district is lower than the rate of growth of JambiProvince. Whereas the City of Full Sei is classified into the prospereus quadrant type I area whichmeans that the per capita income of Sei Full City is greater than the income of the Perkapita ofJambi Province and the growth rate of the city of Full Sei is greater than the Growth Rate in JambiProvince.

This study was aimed to analyzethe effect of project based learning model to understanding concepts and critical thinking skills in optics lecture at undergraduate student of Physics Educational Program of IKIP Mataram in academic year 2013/2014. This study included in quasi experiment with posttest onlycontrol group design. All of 75 populations are included as sample. The datawere analyzed with multivariate analysis (MANOVA).The conclusion can be stated based on analysis result is (1) project based learning model having an effect on understandingconcepts of undergraduate students ((Fcal = 37,88 > Ftable = 3,91), with pvalue<0,05. (2) project based learning model having an effect on critical thinking skill of undergraduate students ((Fcal = 5,47 > Ftable = 3,91), with pvalue<0,05. (3) project based learning model having an effect on both understandingconcepts and critical thinking of undergraduate students ((Fcal = 34,86 > Ftable = 3,91), with pvalue<0,05.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar budaya organisasi dan efektivitas pengendalian internal berpengaruh terhadap kecurangan (fraud). Unit analisisnya adalah Dinas Pemerintahan di Kota Bandung; Penulis menganalisis budaya organisasi dan efektivitas pengendalian internal pada 21 Dinas Kota Bandung menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diambil menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan multiple regression. Temuan penelitian berhasil mengkonfirmasi bahwa budaya organisasi dan efektivitas pengendalian internal berpengaruh terhadap kecurangan/fraud. Implikasinya adalah, bahwa setiap Dinas Pemerintahan harus melakukan reformasi dalam memperbarui budaya organisasi dan meningkatkan efektivitas pengendalian internal untuk mengurangi tingkat kecurangan

Abstract: The aim of this research was to improve the student activity andachievement used active learning strategy Jeopardy Review on the subject of colloid inclass XI science 7 MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in twocycle. Each cycle consisted of two meetings. Learning activity data is collected byobservation sheet and learning result data is collected by test. The analysis data wasdescrib with descriptively. The result of action showed that learning activity percentageof student improved and reached the success criteria. The learning activity of studentpercentage in first cycle was 56,35% with enough category and the second cycle was69,90% with good category. Student learning activities are good in line with thelearning outcomes obtained by student. Student achievement was seen from masterylearning that enhances and have achieved success criteria. The percentage of studentachievement in the first cycle was 73,08% and the second cycle was 88,46%. Based onthe results obtained, it can be concluded that using active learning strategy jeopardyreview can improve the activity and student achievement.Keyword: Active learning strategy Jeopardy Review, student learning activity, student achievement, colloid

Abstract: This research aims to develop Student Worksheets Based Learning Cycle 5-E on the Colloid which are valid based on the feasibility aspect of content, language, presentation and graphic. The type of the research is research and development (R and D) with reference to the development process of 4-D model. The object of this research is student worksheets based learning cycle 5-E. The instrument of data collection are validation sheets given to three validators and the result of data analysis was obtained by the validity of aspect of content, language, presentation and graphic are 90,28%, 90%, 91,67% and 91,67% with valid category. The students activities worksheets which validated by the validators tested to 20 students and get response result with percentage of 90,71% with positive category and student worksheet was also assessed by twochemistry teachersand get response result with percentage of 96,88% with positive category. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that student worksheets based learning cycle 5-E that produced is valid and can be used on Senior High School chemistry subject of colloid.Key Words: Colloid, Student Worksheet, Learning Cycle 5-E

The objective of this research is to evaluate the balanced shariah mutual fund performance compared with the balanced conventional mutual fund performance during the bull market of 2010-2012. Mutual fund performance can be measured by using Jensen Index, Sharpe Index, Treynor Index, MM Index, and TT Index. The information about security selection and market timing ability can be measured by using Henriksson-Merton Model and Treynor-Mazuy Model. The statistic methods used are Mixed Method to test hypothesis are one sample t-test, independent sample t-test, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Finally, the results show that the conventional mutual funds have been able to outperform the shariah mutual funds. This underperform of shariah mutual fund performance can be happened because portofolio managers do not have superiority skills in security selection and market timing and also the differences of each mutual fund attributes. Based on the investigation of the data that is ot significant it indicates implication that investors and potential investors have the option to switch between these shariah mutual funds  and  conventional mutual funds depending on the market conditions and their personal preferences.   Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi syariah kinerja reksa dana dibandingkan dengan kinerja reksa dana konvensional yang seimbang dari 2010-2012. Kinerja reksa dana dapat diukur dengan menggunakan Jensen Index, Sharpe Index, Treynor Index, MM Index, dan TT Index. Informasi tentang pilihan keamanan dan kemampuan market timing dapat diukur dengan menggunakan Henriksson-Merton Model dan Treynor-Mazuy Model. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah mix model untuk menguji hipotesis adalah salah satu sample t-test, sample t-test independent, analisis regresi sederhana, dan analisis regresi berganda. Akhirnya, hasil menunjukkan bahwa reksa dana konvensional telah mampu mengungguli syariah reksa dana. underperform ini kinerja reksa dana syariah dapat terjadi karena manajer portofolio tidak memiliki keterampilan keunggulan dalam seleksi keamanan dan timing pasar dan juga perbedaan atribut masing-masing reksa dana. Berdasarkan penyelidikan data yang ot signifikan ini menunjukkan implikasi bahwa investor dan calon investor memiliki pilihan untuk beralih antara reksa dana syariah ini dan reksa dana konvensional tergantung pada kondisi pasar dan preferensi pribadi mereka.
