Abstract

This research was pre-experimental research begun with development research that aims to produce good learning instrument of problem based learning for cube and cuboid in 8th grade, describe the effectiveness of problem besed learning for cube and cuboid in 8th grade, and compare the learning outcomes of student taught by problem based learning with the learning outcomes of student taught by commonly conventional learning implemented in the school for cube and cuboid at 8th grade. The development of learning instrument used Plomp model. The learning instrument which had been gained were Lesson Plan, Students Worksheet, and Test Instruments.The data source of this study was the students at SMPN 3 Srono Satu Atap in academic year 2014/2015 with VIII-2 was trial class, VIII- 3 as implementative class, and VIII-1 as control class. Based on the trial results, that is the learning instrument that fulfill criteria of (1) valid, (2) practical (3) effective. Based on the results of descriptive analysis on experimental study concluded that problem based learning is effective for teaching cube and cuboid. This can be seen from 1)the teacher abilities are good, 2) the students activities are effective, 3) the students responses are positive, and 4) the learning outcomes of student is completed, there is 84,4 % of students who got ?70 for their score. Based on inferential statistical analysis, it be conclude that the learning outcomes of student taught by problem based learning with the learning outcomes of student taught by commonly conventional learning implemented in the school for cube and cuboid at 8th grade.

Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran di jenjang prasekolah lebih banyak bermain sambil belajar. Pembelajaran matematika juga dapat diterima anak dalam dunia penddikan pra sekolah, yaitu dengan cara mengenal numerik 1-10. Hal demikian dilakukan dengan menggunakan media kartu numerik secara klasikal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian anak-anak pra sekolah dhiva school dengan jumlah 18 anak. Dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa siswa pra sekolah mampu mengenal numerik, mampu menulis dan mampu mengurutkan numerik 1-10. efektifitas media kartu numerik, dengan menggunakan 4 indikator hasilnya untuk indikator kemauan belajar siswa kategori sangat baik, dengan rata-rata 84,4. Untuk indikator keterampilan siswa juga kriteria sangat baik, dengan skor rata-rata 83,27. Indikator berikutnya mengenal angka 1-10 dengan benar dan tepat juga memproleh kriteria sangat baik, dengan rata-rata 83. Indikator yang terakhir diperoleh skor rata-rata 80,94 jika dibulatkan menjadi 81, jadi untuk indikator ini memperoleh kriteria sangat baik. The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of numeric card media for pre-school level students in terms of attitudes and abilities in understanding the material.Numerically kind of research this is the qualitative descriptive subject of study children preschool Dhiva school of 18. Children in this research are that students are, numerical know schools can pre and capable of writing. 1-10 numeric rank The effectiveness of media, numerical card using the 4 indicators for the student learning a very good, category with an average 84,4. To the student skills also excellent, criteria with the average score 83,27. Know the following indicators 1-10 correctly and precise criteria, get very well with an average of 83. The last average score obtained 80,94 if rounded into 81, so this question received excellent. So that the introduction of numeric card media for pre-school students is very effective in increasing the ability of students to learn to count (numbers).

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the branch of science which often applied in daily life , good in the implementation, practical needs , or developed other of earth sciences division. The role of math is very important, math taught so early on, namely in early childhood , are taught with how to play. Methods used in this research is qualitative descriptive , a subject in this research is that the school is paud , one of them is paud dhiva located in the village Karangsari, kecamatan Sempu, kabupaten Banyuwangi, as the number of students 18 student. Data retrieval techniques use observation, documentation, and interviews. Checking the validity of data using source triangulation. A strategy of learning the math on early childhood in the development of intelligence in a kinesthetic piaud dhiva school includes: coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. Of research being done can be concluded that teacher strategy piaud dhiva school in developing a kinesthetic intelligence in learning of mathematics in the category that is by train, good guiding, motivate, stimulant, as well as lean on kids to get the child has a kinesthetic intelligence good by 4 aspects had been determined.

Abstract

Pesantren is the oldest Islamic educational institution in Indonesia. Now its presence has undergone many changes, including in the development of its curriculum. In the implementation of education, the Pesantren Bustanul Falah Banyuwangi develops an entrepreneurship curriculum by establishing a formal educational institution in the form of a Bustanul Falah vocational high school (SMK). This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the entrepreneurship curriculum at the Islamic Boarding School Bustanul Falah Banyuwangi. This research is research that uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research data comes from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the collected data is interpreted and analyzed according to data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study found several findings, namely: first, the curriculum planning stage begins with the formulation of curriculum objectives, which is followed by the formulation of the entrepreneurship curriculum at the Bustanul Falah Islamic Boarding School Banyuwangi. Second, at the curriculum implementation stage, information was found about several policies implemented in curriculum development, the ability of teachers to implement the curriculum, and some of the obstacles faced in developing the entrepreneurship curriculum. Third, the evaluation stage is an evaluation of an objective model that is carried out at the end of curriculum development activities or better known as summative evaluation.
