Abstract

The development of information technology has grown exponentially and various of data collections and its method has been obtained. In the era of big data, data has now become an asset that held important values, while in the implementation of data delivery, it clearly is not always safe. One of the method to secure data delivery is data encryption using Cryptography. Cryptography provides an encryption service to secure data delivery by transforming it to random values so that it can no longer be read. The goal in this study was to produce an application that could be used to encrypt data, using ElGamal's cryptography method and hash checking using the SHA256 algorithm. After encryption, to ensure the encrypted data is still the original data without any changes or manipulation by unauthorized 3rd party then done by checking the hash generated using SHA256 algorithm. The data used in this study was a sample of raw data from the ATPWTP survey (ability to pay and willing to pay) conducted by the BPS Cirebon (Central Statistics) in 2019 and the data was in the form of Excel and txt files. The encryption process resulted in a cipher larger than the plaintext and takes longer for the data encryption process than during the data cipher decryption process.

Abstract

As of today, the mobile apps may be downloaded everywhere. The development of mobile apps depends on the type of the work. An increasing use of mobile app is scanner apps due to an easy use. This paper presents the regression analysis on employment and educational background of the mobile scanner app because this research used category in the questionnaire. The use of logistic regression is to prove that any different comparisons are detected between employment and educational background so that the use of mobile scanner can be optimally used. The results show that educational background and employment have vital roles for mobile scanner adoption. This study also proves that previous researches on mobile scanner adoption were true for UTAUT model and comparison analysis.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence between independent variables on the dependent variable of employee performance. In this case how the influence of Application of Information Technology on Employee Performance, Compensation to Employee Performance, Work Environment on Employee Performance either partially or simultaneously. This sampling method used in this research is nonprobability sampling with sub categories of purposive sampling because the number of samples taken from some population with certain categories with a specific purpose, The sample in this study are all employees who have a minimum education level D3 with the consideration of employees with D3 minimum level of education must have the ability in the field of information technology, as many as 55 people. Data were collected by using a questionnaire in the form of a list of statements. The analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, hypothesis test with partial regression test (t-test). Data analysis technique used in this research is correlation and regression, that is Multiple Linear Regression, to determine contribution of each variable X1, X2, X2 either partially (each) or together to variable Y. Based on the calculation of the regression analysis, the computed value of the compensation variable (X2) is ≥ 2.528 ttable (1.6794) with significance level 0.015 (p < 0.05). From these results then Ho is rejected and Ha means accepted. This means that there is a significant influence between the variable Compensation (X2) on Employee Performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja pegawai. Dalam hal ini bagaimana pengaruh Penerapan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan sub kategori purposive sampling karena jumlah sampel diambil dari sebagian populasi dengan kategori tertentu dengan tujuan tertentu, Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang memiliki jenjang Pendidikan minimal D3 dengan pertimbangan pegawai dengan tingkat Pendidikan minimal D3 harus memiliki kemampuan dalam bidang teknologi informasi, sebanyak 55 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunanakan kuesioner yang berupa daftar pernyataan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif yang meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linier sederhana, uji hipotesis dengan uji regresi secara parsial (uji t). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi dan regresi, yaitu Regresi Linear Berganda, untuk menentukan kontribusi masing - masing variabel X1, X2,X2 baik secara parsial (masing-masing) maupun secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel Y. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis regresi, Nilai thitung variabel Kompensasi (X2) sebesar ≥ 2,528 ttabel (1.6794) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.015 (p < 0.05). Dari hasil tersebut maka Ho ditolak dan berarti Ha diterima.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of Profitability, Leverage and Managerial Ownership on Corporate Value through the Dividend Policy as Intervening Variable. In addition, this study also aims to examine the effect of dependent and independent variables either directly or indirectly to the decision of the Dividend Policy and the creation of Company Value in order to provide Analysis for Stakeholders that which variables that influence significantly in decision making. To test the variable, the researcher uses three independent namely profitability, leverage and managerial ownership and two dependent that is dividend policy and firm value as research object. The results showed that the results of Profitability and Leverage value significantly influence both directly and indirectly to Dividend Policy decisions and the creation of Firm Value on companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia, especially in the Manufacturing sector used in this study. But the decision in Managerial Ownership of the company has no significant effect either directly or indirectly to the decision of the Dividend Policy and the creation of Firm Values used in this study. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode pengambilan data secondary perusahaan yang terdaftar PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia melalui website resminya di www.idx.co.id khususnya di sektor manufaktur sebanyak 136 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa hasil profitabilitas dan nilai leverage berpengaruh signifikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap keputusan kebijakan deviden dan terciptanya nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia khususnya di sektor Manufaktur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Tetapi keputusan dalam Kepemilikan Manajerial pada perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap keputusan Kebijakan Deviden dan terciptanya Nilai Perusahaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract This research is a descriptive verification study using cross sectional study. In a cross sectional study, researchers looked for the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The independent variable in this study is the influence of DOTS service factors which consist of the dimensions of the Behavior, Knowledge and Quality of health workers. The dependent variable in this study is patient satisfaction. Based on the partial test results, it turned out that the independent variables of behavior, knowledge and quality of service have a partial effect on patient satisfaction in the Outpatient Room at the Lung Hospital of West Java Province. Based on the results of simultaneous testing it turns out that the dependent variable of behavior, knowledge and quality of service together have a significant effect on patient satisfaction in the Outpatient Hospital of the West Java Province Lung Hospital. Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif verifikatif yaitu menggunakan studi cross sectional. Dalam penelitian cross sectional, peneliti mencari hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat . Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah pengaruh faktor- fator pelayanan DOTS yang terdiri dari dimensi Perilaku, Pengetahuan Dan Kualitas pelayan petugas kesehatan. Variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah kepuasan pasien. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial ternyata variabel bebas perilaku, pengetahuan dan kualitas pelayanan memberikan pengaruh secara parsial terhadap Kepuasan pasien di Ruang Rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Paru Provinsi Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan ternyata variable terikat perilaku, pengetahuan dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien di Ruang Rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Rumah Sakit Paru Provinsi Jawa Barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Profitabilitas, Leverage dan Kepemilikan Manajerial Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan melalui Kebijakan Deviden sebagai Variabel Intervening. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara motivasi kerja (X1), kompetensi perawat (X2), dan kinerja perawat (X3) terhadap pelayanan keperawatan (Y) di Rumah Sakit Jantung Hasna Medika Cirebon. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan teknik survei berupa penyebaran kuesioner yang terdiri dari atas 9 butir untuk variabel X1, 6 butir untuk variabel X2, 10 Butir untuk variabel X3, dan 14 butir untuk variabel Y. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga keperawatan yang berada di Rumah Sakit Jantung Hasna Medika Cirebon dengan jumpah 30 responden, peneliti mengambil sample sebanyak 30 atau keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi yang ada. Kata Kunci : Motivasi kerja (X1), Kompetensi perawat (X2), Kinerja perawat (X3), Pelayanan keperawatan (Y)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of empowerment of Human Resources, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Indramayu Regency. Data analysis techniques in this study by using multiple regression analysis test used to determine the effect of independent variables namely empowerment of human resources, organizational culture and job satisfaction on the dependent variable namely employee performance, multiple linear analysis test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (t test partial and simultaneous f test). The results of that HR empowerment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partial job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and simultaneously Empowerment of HR, Organizational Culture and Work Authority has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. That Empowerment of HR, Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction partially and simultaneously influences Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of Indramayu Regency. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Indramayu. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi berganda yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable independen yaitu permberdayaan sumber daya manusia, budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap variable dependen yaitu kinerja pegawai, uji analisis linear berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (uji t parsial dan uji f simultan). Kesimpulan bahwa pemberdayaan SDM secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, secara simultan Pemberdayaan SDM, Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasa Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Jadi, Pemberdayaan SDM, Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Indramayu.
