Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of liké geleng and its relationship with strengthening social cohesion among the Aneuk Jamè ethnic group in Kampung Balai, Samadua, South Aceh. The research objective is to find a link between the implementation of liké geleng and the strengthening of social cohesion in the Aneuk Jamè ethnic community. This research uses a qualitative approach. The informants consisted of religious leaders, traditional leaders, women leaders, and the community involved in carrying out the Maulid Nabi memorial in the village. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of liké geleng among the Aneuk Jamè ethnic group as an activity in commemoration of the Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW is an activity that can strengthen social cohesion among the community. This is indicated by the development of closer friendship and kinship, increasingly frequent social interactions, and stronger cooperation between communities.

Abstract

Reformation-era opened the opportunities for political freedom and the development of religious life among the Islamic community in Indonesia. It can be seen in the strengthening of the identity and the movements of religious groups outside the mainstream religious groups, namely radicalism. Acceptance of different narratives based on religious sentiments is shown in the public space by building a distinction between "us" and "them". There is a need for an antidote toward radical understanding that resulted in acts of terror naming the deradicalization. By qualitative methods, this study indicated that during the nine years of the establishment of the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) the programs are still static because the program has not been able to minimize or even eliminate radical understanding that led to acts of terror. All elements of civil society must strengthen the deradicalization program of BNPT. Both NGOs (Wahid Institute and SETARA Institute) stated that the process of deradicalization was not only on individual problems, but the social environment also played an active role. It is the state that has the ability in the process of deradicalization, but the state must involve civil society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kerendahan hati pemimpin, pengawas yang kasar, dukungan organisasi, kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan kreativitas karyawan untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja pada karyawan retail di daerah Jabodetabek. Kepuasan kerja karyawan menjadi hal yang penting dalam mempengaruhi kinerja seorang karyawan yang dapat membawa keberlangsungan serta keuntungan bagi suatu perusahaan. Kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal, seperti kerendahan hati pemimpin, pengawas yang kasar, dukungan organisasi, dan kreativitas karyawan. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui metode survey dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online menggunakan google form. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 200 karyawan di perusahaan retail wilayah Jabodetabek. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM). Sehingga diperoleh hasil pengolah data sebagai berikut: pertama, kerendahan hati pemimpin tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kedua, pengawas yang kasar berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Ketiga, dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Keempat, kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap kreativitas karyawan. Kelima, peran mediasi kepuasan kerja karyawan.
