Abstract

Language maintenance of regional languages ​​is one phenomenon that appears in the middle of a language shift polemic. This phenomenon also occurs in the Minangkabau community where People began to ignore their own language. On the map of West Sumatra, place names are no longer in Minang language. On the other hand, technological developments have led us to an advancement in IT-based mapping technology. This technology has been widely used in various fields including the social sector. However, currently there is no GIS application that focuses on language maintenance, especially Minang, which is a very rich language. This study aims to make an application design based on the name of the place in the Minang Kabau area which has undergone many changes. The method used in this application is the SDLC with a waterfall model. The result is a GIS-based language maintenance application that can be used easily for users to find out the original word, the meaning of the word, and information related to places in West Sumatra.

Abstract

CV. Multi Studio Engineering merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa konsultansi konstruksi pada perencanaan maupun pengawasan proyek konstruksi. Selama ini pada proses administrasi telah menggunakan teknologi komputer untuk mengolah data, namun belum maksimal, karena pengentrian data kontrak masih mengandalkan ketelitian manusia sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan entri data yang dapat mengakibatkan bentroknya jadwal personil yang terlibat dalam kontrak. Penyimpanan data terpisah memperpanjang waktu pencarian data apabila diperlukan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut, dilakukanlah penelitian kepustakaan, penelitian lapangan, dan tahapan System Development Lyfe Cycle (SDLC). Penelitian ini berfokus untuk menghasilkan system informasi yang baru dan dapat membantu administrator dalam pengolahan data yang lebih efektif dan efisisen. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL untuk databasenya. Dengan adanya sistem administrasi ini, maka proses pengentrian data administrasi dan pemilihan personil pada CV. Multi Studio Engineering menjadi lebih mudah dan meningkatkan kinerja pada CV. Multi Studio Engineering khususnya untuk para administrator.

Abstract

Apprentices are employees who work within the context of a real learning process in the workplace to hone skills and self-quality in achieving maturity in learning science in the world of education, apprentices are also commonly referred to as temporary employees who have a short period of time permitting work in a company , it is not uncommon for a company to appoint an apprentice immediately to become a permanent worker because it is considered capable of minimizing the time in the process of selecting new employees needed to fill employee positions required by a company, several companies also collaborate a lot with a university to accept participants educate them to be able to work in the company they want. In determining an apprentice to become a permanent employee of the company, of course, careful assessment and consideration is needed as is done in other employee selection processes, to eliminate subjective and unfair selection and to improve the quality of the company's assessment of target apprentices who will be appointed as permanent employees. need to build a decision-making system. This is widely applied by other leading companies. In this research, the application of a decision support system was carried out in determining the apprentice's assessment to be selected as a permanent employee of a company using the combination method by applying the weight of the data assessment using the ROC method and the MOORA method ranking method, the results obtained were 0.365 the highest point from the acquisition of the value obtained out of 10 apprentices, the highest score is data recommended by the system as interns who have the best potential to become permanent employees of the company.
