The purpose of this research are: (1) to know the perception of Banjar Benai Village’s society about conflict understanding with PT. Duta Palma Nusantara; and (2) to know the expectation of Banjar Benai Village’s society about conflict understanding with PT. Duta Palma Nusantara. This research used survey method. The sampling method in this research used snowball method.The first purpose answered with qualitative descriptive analysis used 5W + 1H question. The second purpose to analyze the expectation of society can be measured with Likert’s Summated Rating Scale (SLRS). The result of this research was got from the society perception in Banjar Benai village with PT. Duta Palma Nusantara. It can be seen from 5W + 1H with sub variable perception to problem of the conflict, perceptions to the goal of conflict subject and perception of conflict subject. The conflict that occured between PT. Duta Palma Nusantara and society has persist. It start from the cultivate right and companies contract that not clear. Since 2004 until now there has been no settlement for this conflict. The third side of local government has been presented to clear that conflict, but the government it also can not to solved the conflict between the society and the company. The level of the society expectation with PT. Duta Palma Nusantara was in the high category perception. It can be seen in 3,71 scores were comparised of the sub goal variable, pathway thinking and agency thinking. Keywords: Conflict, Perceptions, and Expecations

The purpose of this research are: (1) To analyze the oil palm farm income;(2) Analyze the of structure household income; (3) Analyze the structure of house hold expenditure; (4) Analyze the oil palm small holder welfare in Rokan Hulu regency. The data used are primary data. Amount respondents as many as 30 sample. where there search was conducted in March 2014, results were obtained that the palm oil farm income of Rp39.260.217.33/year/RT, the structure of household income derived from agricultural income of Rp100.651.514/year/RT, and non-farm income of Rp100.8 million/year/RT, the structure of household expenditure is divided into two, namely food and non-food, non-food expenditure where the biggest cost incurred is on rice, while non-food is the cost of education, house hold welfare level at 0 - 3 indicator (7%),indicators 4 – 8 (86%),indicators 9 – 12 (7%) and indicators 13 – 14 (0%). The purpose of this research are: 1) Analyzing social capital owned rubber growers in Logas Tanah Darat subdistrict of Kuantan Singingi; 2) Analyzeempowerment rubber farmers in the Logas Tanah Darat subdistrict of Kuantan Singingi. This research was conducted in Logas Tanah Darat subdistrict of Kuantan Singingi starting on March to December 2015, this research was using survey methods of determining the sampling is specifiedPurpossive Sampling with the consideration that the people are planting rubber and largely incorporated in the farmers group, the number of respondents as much as 97 people were taken from the Perhentian Luas and Sikijang village. Data analysis using the method of the scale Likert.The results of this research showed that are: 1) Social capital rubber farmers in Logas Tanah Darat Subdistrickt the categored very high. 2) The empowerment of rubber farmers in Logas Tanah Darat Subdistrict the categoredquite empowerment.To the members of the Group of farmers in order to maintain the social capital that is owned by farmers will tend to empowerment so that the better and vice versa if the social capital of the farmer declined then empowerment rubber farmers will tend to get worse, Farmers group members to follow the activities of the development of the idea or the concept of farming that has been going on that are considered true and important, and always follow the farmers group activities in order to improve empowerment rubber farmers in the Logas Tanah Darat Subdistrict, to the Government to give attention for Community area in improve the economy by giving programs that are empowering communities aimed at the advancement of the Community area. The purpose of this research is knowing the pattern of partnerships run by PT. Gemilang Unggas Prima, also to know the motivation of broiler chicken breedersplasma in partnering, and partnership problems in broiler chickens in Kampar Kiri Tengah District, Kampar Regency. This type research is descriptive quantitative with using quantitative and qualitative data, collecting data is done with interviewing. Data analysis which is used is descriptive statistic with descriptive analysis and factor analysis. Descriptive analysis of patterns of partnerships demonstrate a partnership which is run by PT. Gemilang Unggas Prima is plasma system, with the system and partner acceptance procedures are clearly specified in the letter of agreement. In addition, the contract price of feed, DOC, and live chicken price agreed in the contract signed by each production period. The result of this research show 7 (seven) variable fill requirement so that it results 2 (two) form motivation namely basic and supporting motivation. Basic motivations which support breeder to determine partner are variable material needs, rewards, and achievements. Basic motivations have real influence of breeder to determine partner. Supporting motivations consist of variable jobs, company policies, supervision, and awards. Supporting motivations have smaller function than basic motivation. Descriptive analysis of the problems of partnership shows that the dominant problem is the contract unilaterally, price contract of livestock production facilities and production is determined unilaterally,deposit/guarantee aggravating plasma farmers,lack of clarity in the quality standards of livestock production facilities is given, and absence of supporting institutions. The purpose of this research is to determine the income level of Petalangan Malay community in Madang Village Pangkalan Lesung District. This research conducted by purposive sampling of 20 Petalangan Malay community samples determined using snowball sampling method. The result showed that.The income level of Petalangan Malay community in Madang Village consists of father income, Mother income, Child income. Father income who above regional minimum pay (UMR) as many as 13 respondents from 20 respondents (65.00%). Father livelihood consists of rubber farmer, palm farmer, farmworker, official employee, toke, civil servant and construction worker. Mother income who above regional minimum pay (UMR) as many as 4 respondents from 20 respondents (20.00%). Child income from 20 respondents there were 14 respondents (70.00%) who have not income and 6 respondents (30.00%) who have income under regional minimum pay (UMR), because the childs only working to helped farmers. The purpose of this observation is to explain local wisdom (ritual and myth) that existed in the agricultural environment of paddy and formulating strategies in maintaining local knowledge of agricultural environment of paddy in the village of Bungaraya sub Bungaraya district of Siak. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and SWOT with a sampling technique that uses snowball sampling technique or performed in sequence to ask for information on people who have been interviewed. The number of samples in this study is 13 samples. The analysis is used qualitative data analysis. Research shows that local knowledge rice farmers that once existed in the village of Bungaraya sub Bungaraya numbered 61 local wisdom. Local wisdom of rice farmers who still exist in the village Bungaraya sub Bungaraya numbered 19 local wisdom,local knowledge is still preserved farmers because of the tradition that can not be abandoned and still profitable. The purpose of this study are: (1).To determine the implementation of agricultural extension in the village of Bente; (2).To determine the role of education and the empowerment of farmers in the coconut farm self pattern; (3) To analyze the relationship counseling role towards the empowerment of farmers. This research was conducted in the village of Bente District of Mandah Indragiri Hilr. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method with consideration that the location of its extension activities and the active oil production areas. 30 self-help coconut farmers were taken as respondents. Analyzing the validity and reliability of measuring instruments. Analysis of the data to answer the first goal is to use descriptive qualitative, the second destination using a Likert scale. On the third goal using Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results showed: (1).In the implementation of the extension such as the elements of counseling in the village of Bente quite done well. (2). The extension .peran overall quite a role in non-farming activities coconut pattern, consisting of variable education, information dissemination, and consultation is instrumental category and facilitation, supervision, and monitoring and evaluation are in a category quite a role. Empowerment of farmers as a whole has cukub powerless in empowering self-help coconut farmers pattern, consisting of variable human resources, productive economy and institutions are in a category quite helpless. (3). Relationship counseling role towards the empowermentof self-help coconut farmers patterns are at the level of the relationship is strong enough, powerful and significant. Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) is the closest and very importantinstitution, because this institution is very useful in the life of the rural economy. One of the co-operative which has the purpose of the welfare of its members, located in Kulim Jaya Village, namely KUD Tani Bahagia. The purpose of the cooperative is to meet the needs of its members.The purpose of this study are: 1). to determine the participation of members of Koperasi Tani Bahagia 2). to know the problems faced by members of Koperasi Tani Bahagia. The method used in this study was a survey method. Data collected include primary and secondary data.Results of the research have shown: 1). The overall participation level of members of the cooperative was categorized as high participation with the score of 3.55. Consisting of: A). The overall participation of members in decision-making activities was categorized in medium level with a score of 3.26. B). Participation of members in the implementation of the overall cooperative activities were classified in the high category with a score of 3.67. C). Participation of members in overall service utilization were classified in the high category with a score of 4.12. D). Participation of members in the overall evaluation classified in the high category with a score of 3.55. While on goal 2). Constraints faced by members were the lack of liveliness, presence, and lack of contributions to the meeting members of the cooperative and the calculation of net income. Rubber is one of the biggest living people of Riau. Most of the existing rubber plantations in Riau owned by non-farmers, who cultivated only on a small scale, unlike the case with a rubber plantation owned by the government or private parties. Not match results and widely owned by farmers, the government provides one solution to increase the productivity of farmers' production. The purpose of this study was to determine the roles of what is already run by agricultural extension in rubber farming in District XIII Koto Kampar Kampar District. Koto Kampar District XIII with an area of smallholder rubber plantation in 2012 covering an area of 14.226 Ha chosen as the study site because it is a district with the largest non-pattern rubber plantation in Kampar regency. This research was conducted in the Village and Village Inscribed Stone Mountain Youngest District XIII Koto Kampar Kampar District. This method uses survey methods and data analysis performed by quantitative descriptive analysis using Likert scale. The results showed that the role of education has been less a role in the activities of non-pattern rubber farming in District XIII Koto Kampar Kampar District. Judging from education, dissemination, facilitation, consultation, supervision, monitoring and evaluation. The average value of the role of education is 2,73 (Self Serve), socialization is 2,62 (Self Serve), facilitated by 2.32 value (less a role), consultation is 2,26 (Less Acting), supervision of 2,38 (Less role) as well as monitoring and evaluation were 1,60 (Very Less role), so that the average overall role of education that 2,32 (Less Contribute). This study aimed to analyze the dynamics of a rubber farmer groups in XIII Koto Kampar. The method used in this study was a stratified random sampling method. The sampling was done by purposive, the research area intentionally was determined by the consideration that in XIII Koto Kampar have many rubber farmer groups or a direct appointment of farmers belonging to the largest and smallest farmer groups. Data analysis was performed using a Likert scale. Data collected consist of primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and from relevant agencies. These results indicated that the dynamics of rubber farmer group in XIII Koto Kampar which was seen from the purposes of the group, the group structures, the group functions, the development and the maintenance of the group, the group atmosphere and the pressure groups were included in the criteria of "average" which was shown by the average score 3.28.
