Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide research based understanding of adding sinonyms to a concept in an ontology. We hypothesize that managing synonyms with a good taxonomy and a good integration process are good approaches to organize and share knowledge. This paper can give a discourse to a group of people in different societies that want to share data using different concepts in the same domain. We will generate a common set of terms based on the terms of several different storage devices, used by different societies, in order to make data retrieval independent of the different perceptions and terminologies used by those societies. We use ontologies to represent the particular knowledge of each society and integration techniques to find relations between terms used in those ontologies.

Abstract

AbstractPT. Angkasa Pura I branch Sepinggan, Balikpapan still uses the web with a little interactive (browsing or searching for certain information). The system still has some constraints between, the data searched only in accordance with the origin of the sender of the letter. Information gleaned from web searches will make it hard for users to find other broader content, consequently if the search keyword does not match the text contained in the information, the information will not appear. The method used is semantic ontology method, and use protege as ontology design, then use netbean and library Jena as interface design. The methodology used in this final project is the methodology methodology of Guidelines for Rapid APPlication Engineering (GRAPPLE). The GRAPPLE methodology is a simplified framework of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development method. GRAPPLE methodology is a system development methodology that each stage consists of several actions, and each action produces a UML diagram. UML is a good modeling language to apply in development. UML has the benefit of providing an overview of systems that are easily understood by developers. UML also makes it easy to translate diagram form into coding. The results obtained in making this application shows that the new application can cover the constraints existing in the previous application, so as to increase the effectiveness of searching a letter. Comparison of test results proved that new applications more minimize the constraints that occur. Keywords: Semantic Web, Ontology, Protege, Letter

Abstract

AbstractPresence using face already widely adopted as a way of monitoring employee attendance. Research on using facial Presence never been done before by applying algorithms and algorithms Eigenface linear discriminant analysis (LDA). However, previous research has found that there are still weaknesses in the algorithms used. The weakness is that the process of identifying which takes a long time because the process of calculating the value carried on the overall image or image and the distance of the face of the webcam can affect the process of identifying faces. In this study, the algorithm used is haar cascade classifier algorithm. Haar classifier cascade or known by other names haar-like features are the rectangular features (square function), which gives an indication of the specifics on a picture or image. Principle Haar-like features are recognizing objects based on simple values of the features but not the pixel values of the object image. This method has the advantage that the computation is very fast, because it depends on the number of pixels in a square instead of each pixel value of an image. Haar classifier cascade also still be able to identify faces even if the distance face with the webcam is considerably due to the value of the facial features can still be identified. Results from this study that the system can identify the face with a good degree of accuracy. Tests carried out to 13 employees Starcross Store with each employee doing 30 times the experiment presence. Attendance successful has the success rate is 87% and 13% of the total failure of the experiment 390 times. Some absences failed to happen because there are several factors that can affect attendance as high luminance, uplifted head position, and the use of attributes (hats, glasses, etc.).Keywords : Presence, face recognition, Haar cascade classifier algorithmPresensi menggunakan wajah sudah banyak diterapkan sebagai cara untuk pemantauan kehadiran pegawai. Penelitian tentang presensi menggunakan wajah pernah dilakukan sebelumnya dengan menerapkan algoritma eigenface dan algoritma linear discriminant analysis (LDA). Namun dari penelitian sebelumnya telah ditemukan kelemahan yaitu pada proses pengidentifikasian yang membutuhkan waktu cukup lama dikarenakan proses perhitungan nilai dilakukan pada keseluruhan citra atau image dan jauhnya jarak wajah dari webcam dapat mempengaruhi proses pengidentifikasian wajah tersebut. Pada penelitian ini algoritma yang digunakan adalah algoritma haar cascade classifier. Haar cascade classifier atau yang dikenal dengan nama lain haar-like features merupakan rectangular features (fungsi persegi), yang memberikan indikasi secara spesifik pada sebuah gambar atau image. Prinsip Haar-like features adalah mengenali obyek berdasarkan nilai sederhana dari fitur tetapi bukan merupakan nilai piksel dari image obyek tersebut. Metode ini memiliki kelebihan yaitu komputasinya sangat cepat, karena hanya bergantung pada jumlah piksel dalam persegi bukan setiap nilai piksel dari sebuah image. Haar cascade classifier juga masih dapat mengidentifikasi wajah walaupun jarak wajah dengan webcam terbilang jauh dikarenakan nilai fitur wajah masih dapat diidentifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa sistem dapat mengidentifikasi wajah dengan tingkat akurasi baik. Pengujian dilakukan kepada 13 karyawan Starcross Store dengan masing-masing karyawan melakukan 30 kali percobaan presensi. Absensi yang berhasil memiliki nilai keberhasilan 87% dan 13% gagal dari total percobaan 390 kali. Beberapa absensi yang gagal terjadi karena ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi absensi seperti pencahayaan yang tinggi, posisi kepala yang mendongkak dan penggunaan atribut (topi, kacamata, dsb).Kata Kunci : Presensi, Pengenalan Wajah, Algoritma Haar Cascade Classifier

Abstract

Human beings as creatures of God has tremendous advantages in terms of process knowledge . Knowledge , ideas , predictions , and beliefs intertwined managed to produce a greater range of knowledge in the human brain . With its experience a human can easily distinguish them said the same but have different meanings , or otherwise different words but the same meaning . Of all the advantages it has, on one hand, humans also have various limitations in managing large amounts of data , the limitations of doing a quick search , to the limitations in considering complex data . This is the basis of this study . The research in this paper will focus on an ambiguous word search prototype system , where the system is expected later to understand user queries performed more easily . SPARQL , RDF and ontology is the technology that will be used to support the course of this study .

Abstract

Abstract:The performance of an agency is very dependent on the data and quality of information obtained, not least in the police agency. The Criminal Investigation Unit (SatResKrim) is one of the most important units in the police force. One form of handling SatResKrim is to manage crime data. Crime data is managed because it contains information to support the investigation process. The information used in the investigation process is included in the crime data, so it is necessary to search for documents of criminal data relevant to the investigation process. Currently, data on SatResKrim unit at East Sector Police Dept. of Yogyakarta Special Region still use Microsoft Excel application, so the process of searching data is still based on text not based on knowledge, consequently if the search keyword is not in accordance with the text contained in the data, then the data is not will appear, if the data does not appear it will slightly hamper the investigation process. From these problems raised the idea to represent police crime data into the form of knowledge as an effort in providing references to the police agencies against the form of development of data processing crime-based semantic ontology. Knowledge of crime data is limited to criminal data by category of theft. Knowledge related to theft criminal data is then stored or represented in an ontology-based semantic model. In representing knowledge using language Ontology Web Language (OWL) and SPARQL as its query. Software used to build systems in this study include protégé 3.5, NetBeans and Jena API as its library. The programming language used is Java Server Page (JSP). Based on the results of research that has been done, by representing crime data into the form of semantic ontology-based knowledge and tested into the form of search-based applications, can generate semantic-based search or search that is able to understand the meaning. It is also supported by test results using recall and precision methods, each of which results in a value of more than 90%. Abstrak:Kinerja suatu instansi sangat bergantung pada data dan mutu informasi yang diperoleh, tak terkecuali pada instansi kepolisian. Satuan Reserse Kriminal (SatResKrim) merupakan salah satu unit terpenting dalam kepolisian. Salah satu bentuk penanganan SatResKrim adalah dengan mengelola data kriminalitas. Data kriminalitas dikelola karena mengandung informasi guna menunjang proses investigasi. Informasi yang digunakan dalam proses investigasi diantaranya terdapat pada data kriminalitas, sehingga diperlukan adanya pencarian terhadap dokumen data kriminalitas yang relevan dengan proses investigasi. Saat ini data yang berada pada unit SatResKrim pada Kepolisian Sektor Depok Timur Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta masih menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel, sehingga proses pencarian data masih berdasarkan teks bukan berdasarkan pengetahuan, akibatnya apabila kata kunci pencarian tidak sesuai dengan teks yang terdapat pada data, maka data tidak akan muncul, jika data tidak muncul maka akan sedikit menghambat proses investigasi. Dari permasalahan tersebut memunculkan gagasan untuk merepresentasikan data kriminalitas kepolisian kedalam bentuk pengetahuan sebagai upaya dalam memberikan referensi kepada instansi kepolisian terhadap bentuk pengembangan pengolahan data kriminalitas berbasis semantik ontologi. Pengetahuan-pengetahuan mengenai data kriminalitas dibatasi pada data kriminalitas dengan kategori pencurian. Pengetahuan-pengetahuan terkait data kriminalitas pencurian kemudian disimpan atau di representasikan dalam model semantik berbasis ontologi. Dalam merepresentasikan pengetahuan menggunakan bahasa Ontology Web Language (OWL) serta SPARQL sebagai query-nya. Software yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem dalam penelitian ini meliputi protégé 3.5 ,NetBeans serta Jena API sebagai library-nya. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah Java Server Page (JSP). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dengan merepresentasikan data kriminalitas kedalam bentuk pengetahuan berbasis semantik ontologi dan di ujikan ke dalam bentuk aplikasi berbasis pencarian, dapat menghasilkan pencarian berbasis semantik atau pencarian yang mampu memahami makna. Hal tersebut juga didukung oleh hasil uji dengan menggunakan metode recall dan precision yang masing-masing hasilnya menunjukkan nilai lebih dari 90%.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to measure success and determine the factors that support or hinder the success of the Jogja Istimewa application.Methodology: This study uses a modified DeLone and McLean Model 2003. The data used are primary data obtained from interviews with the DISKOMINFO and answers to 125 users of the Jogja Istimewa application as respondents in a distributed questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire were processed using SPSS to test the validity, reliability and normality of the data. After that, the data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the inner model and outer model which includes hypothesis testing.Result There are nine hypotheses tested using the SEM model. Nine hypotheses were proposed, it was stated that five hypotheses were accepted and four other hypotheses were rejected. the Jogja Istimewa application has a high success rate. The factors that are stated to influence the success of the Jogja Istimewa application are Information Quality, Service Quality, System Quality and User Satisfaction. The factors that are stated to hinder the success of the Jogja Istimewa application are Format of Output and Reliability in the Information Quality variable, the System Quality variable in the Language indicator, and the Charges for System Use indicator on the Intention to Use variable.Value: Based on previous research, this study has a fairly similar reference but different case studies, indicators, and conceptual models to test hypotheses in addition to knowing the factors that hinder and support the success of the Jogja Istimewa application.

Abstract

Nowadays many department (community) are thinking how to get more knowledges and metadata by linking more systems from other community. There are great challenges to make all systems organizing knowledge and sharing metadata – to make it easy searched, indexed and used in different context. In this paper we will focus on metadata in specific domain - ‘Poverty’2. Regardless of the various definitions of poverty, in this paper we will focus on managing metadata in “Poverty” with many different terms therein. Ontology Mapping is the process of relating similar concepts or relations from different sources through some equivalence relation. Mapping allows finding correspondences between the concepts of two ontologies. If two concepts correspond, then they mean the same thing or closely related things. Currently, the mapping process is regarded as a promise to solve the problem between ontologies since it attempts to find correspondences between semantically related entities that belong to different ontologies. It takes as input two ontologies, each consisting of a set of components (classes, instances, properties, rules and axioms). Based on the presented reasons, we believe that ontologies with common terms and common concepts are very important in a metadata sharing process.

Abstract

Effective information access involves the semantic interaction between users in searching activity to diverse information in the Digital Library. This is the focus of this research. The weakness of the online library system that is running is the difficulty of users looking for data collection library. There are many different perceptions that have the same meaning (synonym) in in terms of library collections such as Author and Writer. Therefore, in this research will focus on mapping between terminologies that supports to detect different meaning of perceptions .This technique can be considered as an attempt to understand the difference between perceptions in the interaction between users and information in digital libraries.

Abstract

Sekolah Gajahwong didirikan di bantaran sungai gajahwong di sisi selatan Yogyakarta. Sekolah ini didirikan olrh yayasan taabah untuk mengakomodasi anak anak di bantaran sungai yang minimm perhatian pemerintah dari sisi pendidikan. Sekolah ini bertahan dengan perjuangan secara madiri, dari berjualan kambing Qurban setahun sekali serta mendirikan kedai kambing dengan nama “Kedai Kambing Balai Kota”. Promosi dan pemasaran menjadi masalah utama dalam pengembangan usaha yang dijalankan oleh sekolah gajahwong. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan pendampingan teknologi informasi untuk membantu pemasaran dan promosi penjualan kambing Qurban dan masakan kedai kambing balaikota. Hasil luaran dari PbM ini adalah Web, Foto foto produk dan karya tulis.

Abstract

Trans Jogja adalah upaya Pemerintah Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik khususunya pada sektor transportasi darat dikawasasn perkotaan DIY dengan berbasis bis, mengganti sistem setoran menjadi sistem pembelian pelayanan bis yang berhenti di halte-halte khusus yang mirip dengan busway Trans Jakarta. Namun persoalan muncul jika pencarian mengenai informasi bis Trans Jogja harus sesuai dengan pengetahuan masing-masing pengguna. Pada penelitian ini, pengetahuanpengetahuan mengenai data jalur bis Trans Jogja disimpan ke dalam model ontologi berbasis Web Ontology Language. Software yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini meliputi Protégé, NetBeans, Jena API sebagai library-nya. Bahasa pemrograman menggunakan Java Server Page (JSP) dan bahasa query menggunakan SPARQL.
