Abstract

The spread of the Covid-19 virus that has swept across the world has changed various aspects of human life, one of which is changes in the learning process in the educational environment, from elementary, junior high, high school, to university levels. Learning that initially relied on face-to-face lectures shifted to online learning. Not many students and students have to make an effort to keep up with the online learning process. Therefore the purpose of this research is to find out the problems / obstacles that students and students often face during online learning and to find out the role of Ruminjar in the effectiveness of online learning in Sopotinjak Village. This study uses a library research method where all data is taken based on journals, books, and direct observation.

Abstract

Penyebaran virus Covid-19 yang melanda seluruh dunia mengubah berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, salah satunya adalah perubahan dalam proses pembelajaran di lingkungan pendidikan baik dari tingkat SD, SMP, SMA, hingga Perguruan Tinggi. Pembelajaran yang awalnya bertumpu pada kuliah tatap muka beralih ke pembelajaran secara daring. Tidak banyak peserta didik maupun mahasiswa harus berusaha agar bisa tetap mengikuti proses pembelajaran daring. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian in I adalah untuk mengetahui permasalahan/kendala yang sering dihadapi pelajar maupun mahasiswa selama pembelajaran online serta mengetahui peran dari Ruminjar dalam keefektifan pembelajaran online di Desa Sopotinjak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan dimana semua data yang diambil berdasarkan jurnal, buku berikta, maupun pengamatan langsung.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what are the difficulties of tutors who hold degrees non-educational in the learning process of study group in Binjai. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with the research subjects were two tutors of learning groups holding non-education bachelor’s degrees in Binjai city which were determined purposively. Data collected by interview, observation and documentation techniques. Collected data is analyzed by steps: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The results showed that in the package B learning group learning process in Binjai City, tutors with non-education degrees had many difficulties in the learning process. The conclusion that can be obtained in this study is the difficulties identified are located in: (1) the learning planning process, namely the difficulty in preparing RPP and syllabus. (2) the process of implementing learning, namely difficulties in preliminary activities, core activities (exploration, elaboration, confirmation), closing activities, and (3) assessment of learning outcomes.
