Abstract:Entrepreneurship is a field that is still less attractive to adolescents. But the efforts thathave been carried out by the government and the private sector have been many. It still needs thesupport of many parties, including community service activities carried out in Islamic boardingschools. The purpose of community service activities is to instill entrepreneurial values early on instudents. It is hoped that in the future students will become reliable and professionalentrepreneurs. This activity was carried out from April to July 2020. The method used was themethod of practice and providing counseling and monitoring of implementation. Students whoparticipated were orphaned students at the Ciputat Arrahman Foundation Tangerang, totaling 23students. The results of this activity indicate that students have been able to make several souvenirmodels from paper. The target results for each group are 100%, 80% and 70%. Students are giventhe opportunity to deliver the results of their products in the pesantren environment, some are alsosold in the cooperative and to the surrounding community. Masihperlu dukungan banyak pihak,termasuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakadilakukan di pondokpesantren. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk menanamkan nilai â€“ nilaikewirausahaan sejak dini pada siswa. Diharapkan pada waktu yang akan datang para siswamenjadi wirausahawan yang handal dan professional. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Aprilsampai dengan Juli 2020. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode praktek dan pemberianpenyuluhan serta monitoring pelaksanaan. Siswa yang ikut adalah siswa yatim piatu pada yayasanArrahman Ciputat Tangerang, sebanyak 23 siswa. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa siswasudah mapu membuat beberapa model souvenir dari kertas. Hasil target masing â€“ masingkelompok sebesar 100%, 80 % dan 70%. Siswa diberikan kesempatan untuk meamsarkan hasilproduk mereka di dalam lingungan pesantren, sebagian juga dijual dikoperasi dan kepadamasyarakat sekitar. Respon masyarakat kepada hasil dari para santriwan baik dan positif.Kata Kunci : Kewirausahaan, Pemberdayaan, siswa Yatim Piatu

Dalam era globalisasi dan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (T.I.K) yang bergerak begitu cepat, mengharuskan semua sistem dan tatanan pendidikan yang untuk menyesuaikan diri baik, visi, misi, tujuan, serta strateginya demi tercapainya pendidikan yang berkualitas dan bermutu. Salah satunya dengan melaksanakan pengelolaan pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis Teknologi Informasi pada Jurusan Teknik Industri Universitas Indraprasta PGRI.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket wawancara dan observasi dokumentasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis teknologi informasi pada minat mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha pada jurusan teknik industri. Dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa dalam membuka pelajaran, mendengarkan materi perkuliahan, kebanyakan mahasiswa Teknik Industri sudah mampu dan mahir dalam melaksanakannya dengan baik terutama menyiapkan alat-alat pendukung pembelajaran seperti leptop, flasdisk, infokus, dan layanan wifi internet online. Hasil penelitian melalui observasi mengenai penilaian perkuliahan mahasiswa pada jurusan Teknik Industri Fakultas MIPA sudah baik. Hasil wawancara dengan banyak mahasiswa pada jurusan Teknik Industri menunjukkan bahwa semuanya berupaya meningkatkan pengetahuan menjadi wirausaha dalam pembelajaran di ruang kelas, karena penilaian yang dilakukan adalah penilaian proses dan produk.

AbstractWith effective communication, the managerial functions that originated from thefunctions, implementation and monitoring can be achieved. This study used anexperimental method. Subjects were students of the seventh semester of IndustrialEngineering as many as 25. There is a significant influence effective communication toincrease student learning outcomes. The data was processed with SPSS 22. The resultsshowed, normality test, homogeneity and T Samples Paired with a significant level of α= 5%, the normality test results obtained prior to the effective communicationKolmogorof-Smirnov value Sig. 0190, and Shapiro-Wilk 0215 so that at α = 5% = 0:05<Sig. = 0, the sample data came from a normal distribution. While the test results ofnormality after the effective communication of values obtained Kolmogorof-SmirnovSig. 0134, and Shapiro-Wilk 0346 so that at α = 5% = 0:05 <Sig. = 0, the sample datacame from a normal distribution. At Variance Homogeneity Test Levene Value Sig.0096, at a significance level of α = 5% = 0:05 <Sig.0.096 so that it can be said of datasamples derived from the variances are homogenous, it can be concluded on aconfidence level of 95%, on average after the effective communication to improvestudent results mean for entrepreneurship courses 80.9600) compared to before usingeffective communication (mean of 64.7200), rose by 16:24. In other words, the use ofeffective communication wear a significant effect on improving learning outcomes95%. This study gives suggestions to overcome the problems found in the study.Keywords: effective communication, learning outcomes

The global era currently pushed the stage to the country?s to pay attention to world trade. Spare exchange was a clean position asset a broad governments assets that can be produced from UMKM. Foreign exchange reserves is important for a country and its position fluctuated. There for it is necessary to test the several factors that can affect the country?s foreign exchange reserve position that exports carried by UMKM. This research aims to determine the effect of exports to foreign exchange reserves. The analysis used multiple linear regression and processed using SPSS 20. The result showed there is significant and positive influence of export to foreign exchange reserves. That mean, if exports up to, the country?s foreign exchange reserves increase.

Influence of business plan proposal (business plan) is the beginning of human activity in developing its business. The creation of business plan proposals important things must be learned and understood. The training plan of business plan in SMK Bhakti Husada gives correlation (R) value of 0.411 and explained the percentage of influence of independent variable to the dependent variable called coefficient of determination which is the result of squaring R. From the coefficient of determination R2 contributed of 16.9%, while the rest is influenced by other variables. The value of t arithmetic = 2.387 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is accepted, which means there is a significant effect (significant) variable making business plan proposals to entrepreneurship variables.

The Purpose of this research is to explain about implementation concept from development of manpower through their interest and motivation at Taufidzul Qur’an Ar Rahmani Institution. The method for this research is Qualitative descriptive. The data has been collected by interview, quisioner, direct observation and also documentation. The method for credibility data on the reseach is using Triangulation method which is comparison between the result of direct interview and comparison betweenthe result of interview, summary of the result for quisioner data with documents that has been prepared before. Data analytical that has been using for this research is interactive analysis which is reduction data, presentation of data and summary of conclusions. Through this research, its known that the development of human resources at Taufidzul Qur’an Ar-Rahmani Institution are using various program in practice on the field or theory. Top program at Taufidzul Qur’an Ar-Rahmani Institution is Tafidzul Qur’an 30 Juz for boarding student. Term for this program is 6 years and after finished the program will graduating from the Institution. Then program how to learning Al-Qur’an also will giving to the community near the Institution. And then boarding studentalso get enterpreneurship knowledge in theory and practice with business partner and hopefully they can change their thought about enterpreneurship and also living indipendently in the future. We are hoping that Taufidzul Qur’an Ar-ramani Institution can contribute for moslem community especially for orphan anddhuafaand also theycan produce good students who remembered and understand the content of Al-Qur’an and able to apply it in their daily life. Beside of the education of Al-Qur’an, We also hoping Taufidzul Qu’ran Ar-ramani Institution can develop formal education and knowledge of enterpreneurship (Theoritical and practical) for their students. So in the future their students able to living indipendently, creating employment for theirself and others, has good manner and also has high education.

Learning in schools requires continuous innovation and development. This needs to be done, because students must get quality and creative learning. One method that emphasizes cooperative learning is cooperative learning assisted by scrabble media. The purpose of this study was to describe scrabble-assisted cooperative learning in social studies for grade IX students. The method used is a classroom action research method. The results showed that the use of scrabbled-assisted cooperative learning methods could assist classroom learning in social studies subjects. The increase in value from pre-cycle to second cycle is 12 points. Learning is more dynamic and runs actively. The students are active and always looking for good answers.

Entrepreneurship is an activity that can provide independence to students. Teachers and parents, can contribute to the maximum, if between parents and teachers can work well together. But there are still many schools that have not given a large portion of the value of entrepreneurship, while entrepreneurship is very important in developing students to improve economic and social independence. The purpose of this study is to describe the role of entrepreneurial training and student interest in the Tangerang Arrahmani Foundation. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The population was 30 students, and the sample was 10 students. The sampling method uses a purposive sample method. The results of the study produced the role of entrepreneurship training and interest in supporting entrepreneurship. Teachers can help in school with the training that has been given. While parents can help familiarize training at home.

This study aims to describe flexibility in the era of globalization. The method uses the literature review method. All documents, articles, books, scientific sources are processed and analyzed, and conclusions are given. The results of mass production research of standard products are no longer a feasible way to adopt the challenges of changing market demands, short product life cycles. In reality, the priority of competition based on cost, quality, time, flexibility or innovation and then paying attention to all resources to get something does not support competitive advantage. World-class factory owners must use strategic flexibility to overcome many uncertainties.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online service and timeliness of service on customer satisfaction at BPSR Al Salam. The background of this research is online services that have been booming lately, influenced by the ongoing Corona pandemic. For this reason, many financial institutions have changed face-to-face services to online services. This raises many problems and adaptation is not easy. This research uses quantitative methods. Researchers used SPSS 20 to process the data. Data is taken from a questionnaire. The data were processed by classical test, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity test. After being tested classically, the data was continued with multiple regression test. The sample used is the customers of BPRS Al Salam. The data collection method used the simple random sampling method. Samples were taken randomly from the entire existing population. The researcher used the normality test for the homogeneity test, the multiple linear test and the coefficient of determination test. The results show that online service affects customer satisfaction, timeliness of service affects customer satisfaction, online service and timeliness of service simultaneously affect customer satisfaction
