Abstract

Keindahan terumbu karang di Kepulauan Sumenep oleh para penyelam dijuluki sebagai Surga Tersembunyi di Timur Madura.  Wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Kepulauan Sumenep selama ini adalah komunitas-komunitas pecinta lingkungan, wisatawan backpacker dan wisatawan lokal Madura.  Peminat wisata bahari yang terus meningkat disertai permintaan fasilitas pendukung (peralatan selam, kapal, penginapan dan guide selam yang terlatih) menuntut pengelola wisata untuk lebih profesional dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan IbIKK saat ini, terbukti telah berhasil mempromosikan keindahan pulau-pulau dan destinasi wisata bawah air di Kepulauan Sumenep.  Semakin banyaknya kunjungan wisata dari dalam dan luar negeri yang dipandu oleh Travel Kangean Wisata, serta publikasi di media masa merupakan dampak dari telah dikenalnya keindahan alam Kepulauan Sumenep.  Promosi yang semakin gencar baik dari Tim IbIKK dan Pemda Sumenep, semakin meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisata di Kepulauan Sumenep.  Melihat hal tersebut menambah optimisme Tim IbIKK bahwa usaha Travel Wisata Snorkeling dan Diving antar Pulau akan terus berkembang pesat dari tahun ke tahun.

Abstract

Manajemen merupakan salah satu komponen vital sebuah lembaga pendidikan maupun institusi-institusi yang lain. Mekanisme manajemen yang jelek akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap mutu atau out-putnya. Pendidikan dapat dikatakan berkualitas jika berhasil menelorkan out-put atau lulusan yang sesuai dengan tujuan atau cita-cita pendidikan itu sendiri, sedangkan untuk merealisasikan tujuan pendidikan dalam proses pendidikannya banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh manajer dalam hal ini adalah kepala sekolah. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut secara efektif dan efisien, maka diperlukan diantaranya adanya manajemen yang professional. Dengan melaksanakan manajemen pendidikan tersebut, secara professional diharapkan untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan pendidikan TPA.

Abstract

ABSTRACTInternalization and development of the Islamic religious education curriculum in Islamic-based institutions such as Islamic boarding schools are required to have a solid foundation. The fundamental value of the development of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum is an important part of maintaining Islamic education buildings, especially in the development of inclusive pesantren. For this reason, the developer of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum needs to lay the foundation for the development of subjects to be used in Islamic boarding schools. Descriptive analysis is used to analyze in this research on the development of the Islamic religious education curriculum. Based on the results of the analysis, there are seven foundations that can be used in the development of the Islamic religious education curriculum in Islamic education institutions such as Islamic boarding schools, namely: theological foundation (religion), philosophical foundation, ideological foundation, psychological foundation, sociological foundation, science and technology foundation, and organizational foundation. By internalizing and developing these values, Islamic education institutions based on pesantren can be well

Abstract

Education has a very important role in the development of human capital. It affects the economic growth of a nation. Moreover, education is not only affect the productivity but also the creativity of the society. In improving the quality of Indonesian people, the government should be able to stand in a synergized system with the private sector and also the society itself, especially the parents. The relationship between government, private sector, and the parents is an integral part in improving the equality and quality of education. The classic problems that are often encountered by the educational institutions in this country are the equality of education and also education funding which are not optimal enough in its realization. The education funding is one of the important components that affect the quality of the education itself. A survey revealed that: the implementation of education could not run properly without the cooperation of the central government, local government, and the society in behalf to provide the optimum education funding system.

Abstract

Islamic religious education curriculum must have a strong foundation in its development process. The foundation plays important role to maintain the curriculum. Therefore, the curriculum developers need to establish a firm foundation in curriculum development used in madrasahs. This paper employs descriptive-analysis method in finding the foundations of the curriculum. Result shows that there are seven basic foundations in developing the curriculum, theological foundation (religion), philosophical foundation, ideological foundation, psychological foundation, sociological foundation, science and technology foundation and organizational foundation. With those foundations, madrasahs now have the firm base to foundation in determining the direction for their institutions and remain upright from the onslaught of globalization. The foundations will at least make madrasahs future-oriented in the development of Islamic civilization both nationally and internationally.
