Abstract

Supermarket dan minimarket adalah tempat orang-orang sering membeli produk shampoo yang mereka inginkan. Metode Markov Chain digunakan untuk melihat transisi dari masyarakat dalam mengubah pilihan produk shampoo dan tempat perbelanjaan selama dua periode ke depan. Produk shampoo yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah Clear, Lifebuoy dan Sunsilk merupakan tiga dari sekian banyak produk shampoo yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan multinasional Unilever. Metode Game Theory diterapkan untuk membandingkan keunggulan dari Transmart dan Carrefour yang beroperasi di Karawang, walaupun di bawah satu naungan. Namun manajemennya berbeda sehingga service-nya pun berbeda. Selain supermarket, persaingan minimarket Alfamart dan Indomaret juga dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Game Theory. Hasil pengolahan data pada metode Markov Chain menunjukkan bahwa probabilitas transisi dan market share untuk dua periode ke depan dari ketiga produk tersebut adalah sebesar 31,45% untuk shampoo Clear, 39% untuk shampoo Lifebuoy, dan 29,55% untuk shampoo Sunsilk. Lalu, probabilitas transisi dan market share untuk dua periode ke depan dari tempat perbelajaan (supermarket) terhadap ketiga produk tersebut adalah sebesar 38,94% untuk Hypermart, 19,87% untuk Giant, dan 41,18% untuk Transmart. Sedangkan probabilitas transisi dan market share untuk dua periode ke depan dari tempat perbelajaan (minimarket) terhadap ketiga produk tersebut adalah sebesar 47,61% untuk Alfamart, 43,06% untuk Indomaret, dan 9,33% untuk Toko Kelentong. Selanjutnya, pengolahan data pada Game Theory menunjukkan bahwa saddle point dalam persaingan antara Transmart dan Carrefour adalah 12 untuk kualitas pelayanan Carrefour dan fasilitas untuk Transmart. Sedangkan saddle point dalam persaingan antara Alfamart dan Indomaret adalah 4 untuk fasilitas Indomaret dan pelayanan untuk Alfamart.

Abstract

Queue is the density or the number of customer waiting. However, the density of customers will also lead to the loss of potential customers. In this study, the aim of this research is to determine the queuing discipline applied by Mc Donald’s Galuh Mas Karawang and the characteristics of the queues needed to wait for the queue. Based on these problems, this study used is single channel-single phase model, where there is only one path for its service. The results showed that the queuing discipline used is First In First Out (FIFO) and the characteristics of the queue include average of 3 people queuing in the system, average queuing in the queue is 2 people, waiting time in system is 5.53 minutes, time expected by customers to wait in the queue is 4.183 minutes, with a server busy rate is 75,60% and a server unemployment rate is 24,40%.

Abstract

The problem that is happening in the field in the form of agricultural products is information that is often found today. From these problems linking farmers and distributors, of course, has an impact on long shipping flow. In addition, coupled with the presence of Pandemi Covid-19 which caused agricultural distribution to be hampered. So the purpose of this service designs applications that are the needs of farmers, so that vegetables can be directly to consumers. Sis-Log in Apps (Agricultural Logistics System Application) is an application designed by researchers and can be used for the needs of farmers and consumers. The method used in this service is a field method. The results in this service are in the form of sis-log design in apps. Applications are useful to facilitate the process of buying and selling directly between farmers and consumers. Without going through other intermediaries that make the shipping network long. Then the quality of the freshness of vegetables is maintained and directly to the hands of consumers. In addition, this application uses technology that is looking for the closest distance between farmers and consumers. So this makes the effectiveness and efficiency of vegetable delivery.

Abstract

Intisari— Alat bermain di taman kanak-kanak merupakan salah satu fasilitas dan sarana yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian, mengingat besarnya fungsi dan manfaat alat tersebut dalam aktivitas belajar atau bermain anak-anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang beberapa alat bermain atau belajar, diantaranya; perosotan, panjatan globe, dan jembatan lingkar yang ergonomis menurut data antropometri siswa-siswi Taman Kanak-Kanak R.A Nurul Iman. Data tersebut digunakan sebagai parameter dalam membuat rancangan terbaru yang diusulkan secara ergonomis. Langka-langkah penilitian yang dilakukan dalam merancang alat bermain atau belajar tersebut. Dengan mempertimbangkan prinsip pengendalian perancangan yang ergonomis. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian terbagi data primer dan data sekunder. Tujuan dan sasaran komponen dalam prinsip pengendalian perancangan yang ergonomis, terdiri dari: lokasi, tata letak, peralatan permainan, kontruksi dan material atau bahan. Selain itu dengan memperhatikan aspek yang dikendalikan (issue of concern), terdiri dari: keselamatan, kesehatan, kenyamanan, kemudahan, keamanan, dan keindahan.Abstract— Play equipment in kindergarten is one of the facilities and facilities that need attention, given the magnitude of the functions and benefits of these tools in learning activities or children's play. This study aims to design several play or learning tools, including; ergonomic slides, globe climbing and ring bridges according to anthropometric data of R.A Nurul Iman Kindergarten students. The data is used as a parameter in making the latest proposed ergonomically proposed. The research steps taken in designing the play or learning tool. By considering the principles of ergonomic design control. The data used in this study are divided into primary data and secondary data. Objectives and component objectives in the principle of ergonomic design control, consisting of: location, layout, game equipment, construction and materials or materials. In addition, taking into account aspects that are controlled (issue of concern), consisting of: safety, health, comfort, convenience, security, and beauty.
