Abstract

Investors need to invest wisely because the Covid 19 pandemic has gone global, so that the stock exchange has also begun to waver. Therefore, several methods are needed to determine investment decisions. This study uses the CAPM (Capital Asset Pricing Model) method and classifies and evaluates LQ 45 index companies based on the level of undervalued and overvalued. This type of quantitative descriptive research is the type of research applied in this research. In this study using saturated samples. Data processing was done using Microsoft Excel application program. The results of the study by comparing the beta value with the expected return have an inversely proportional relationship. from the 45 companies, there are 20 Undervalued companies and 25 Overvalued companies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that can affect firm value. These factors include liquidity, capital structure, profitability and company size. This research was conducted on companies that were consistently listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2016-2020 period using secondary data and an associative research approach. The population in this study were all companies listed on the JII index company. The sample obtained is 11 companies using purposive sampling using certain criteria and has 55 observations. The results showed that liquidity and profitability had a significant effect on firm value partially, while capital structure and firm size had no significant effect on firm value. However, simultaneously all variables have an effect on firm value.

Abstract

Organizational commitment has contributed to the development of human resources in the organization whose aim is to improve the performance of the organization's employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at the North Siantar District Office, Pematangsiantar City. The results of the research show that the research data have valid and reliable data results, the simple regression test shows the positive regression coefficient results from organizational commitment to performance. The partial hypothesis test shows that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employees who have low commitment can be able to improve the performance of their employees, employees who have low commitment will produce low employee performance.
