Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of Job Barriers and Employment Resources onSafety Performance in PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Banda Aceh. The sample used inthis study is the field workers of PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Banda Aceh, amountingto 48 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The samplingtechnique used is saturated sampling. Multiple linear regression is used as an analytical method todetermine the effect of all the variables involved. The results showed that partially the Excess Roleand Job Resources variables had a positive and significant effect on the Safety Performancevariable. But the variable Job Insecurity shows a negative and significant effect on the SafetyPerformance variable.

Abstract

Batasan dalam kegiatan  hidup sehari-hari disebabkan  oleh  sesak napas  merupakan temuan umum pada pasien dengan gagal jantung kelas fungsional II dan III. Penilaian spesifik keterbatasan kegiatan hidup sehari hari dapat digunakan sebagai parameter dari perkembangan penyakit dan respon terapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan perbedaan keterbatasan aktivitas sehari-hari pasien gagal jantung kelas II dan III dan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia dengan keterbatasan aktivitas sehari-hari pada pasien gagal jantung kelas II dan III. Dengan sampel 35 partisipan, usia 45-85 tahun, kedua jenis kelamin, diagnosis Gagal Jantung kelas fungsional II dan III. Pasien memiliki skor keterbatasan kegiatan hidup sehari hari rata-rata 6 yang menunjukkan 60% partisipan  mandiri pada aktivitas sehari-harinya dan 40% dengan bantuan pada aktivitas sehari-harinya. dengan nilai p-value 0,003. Berdasarkan  usia  pun  diperoleh  53,3%  (45-65  tahun)  dan  46,7%  (66-85  tahun)  dengan nilai p-value 0,001.

Abstract

The main function of a bank is based on banking law no. 7 of 1992 is as an intermediary institution. As an intermediary institution, banks must be able to maintain profitability ratios and capital adequacy ratios. This is because the capital adequacy ratio of a bank is an important benchmark for consumers or users of these banking services. The focus of this research is to determine how much influence the profitability ratio of a bank, namely the ratio of NIM, OEOI and ROE to the Bank's Capital Adequacy, namely the CAR variable. The research method used is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that all profitability ratios had a simultaneous effect on bank capital adequacy. Meanwhile, for the individual effect, only the ROE variable has no effect, while the other variables, namely NIM and BOPO, have a partial effect on CAR.

Abstract

Breastmilk Management adalah salah satu cara yang dilakukan bagi ibu-ibu pekerja atau disebut juga wanita karir untuk dapat mengatur dan mengetahui cara pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) kepada bayinya. Seorang ibu yang bekerja terkadang tidak mempunyai waktu untuk memberikan ASI secara eksklusif kepada sang bayi sehingga akhirnya memutuskan untuk menyediakan ASI perah untuk sang bayi. Kurangnya pengetahuan sang ibu tentang ASI perah seperti berapa banyak pemberian ASI atau kurang tahunya tentang masa kadaluarsa dari ASI perah tersebut dapat mengakibatkan keracunan pada bayi. Tulisan ini ingin memaparkan pembangunan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan tentang manajemen ASI perah yang disebut dengan Aplikasi Breastmilk Management berbasis android. Aplikasi ini telah berhasil dibangun, harapan selanjutnya aplikasi ini dapat digunakan oleh ibu-ibu pekerja sekaligus menyusui sehingga dapat memanajemen pemberian ASI perah serta menambah pengetahuan tentang ASI perah.

Abstract

This research was conducted to know yearling weight and yearling body measurements of Boerawa grade 1 (G1) from some bucks, to estimate heritability, and to estimate breeding value (BV) of yearling weight and yearling body measurements of Boer bucks. Fifty tails Boerawa G1 from 5 tails Boer bucks was used as research sample decided by purposive sampling. Survey method was done in this research located at Sumberejo subdistrict began August up to September, 2015. Variables observed were yearling weight and yearling body measurements. The body measurements consist of circumference of chest, body length, and shoulder height. Yearling weight and yearling body measurements were adjusted to yearling weight and yearling body measurements corrected. The data corrected was used to estimate heritability of Boerawa G1 and to estimate Breeding Value of each Boer bucks. Result of this research indicated that the average of yearling weight 33,78 ± 1,19 kg, yearling circumference of chest 68,28 ± 3,20 cm, yearling body length 63,73 ± 2,17cm, and yearling shoulder height 63,72 ± 2,96 cm. Heritability of yearling weight 0,19 ± 0,40, yearling circumference of chest 0; 0,15 ± 0,38, yearling body length 0,20 ± 0,41; yearling shoulder height 0,17 ± 0,39. Breeding value of Bursan buck for yearling weight 34,06 kg, yearling circumference of chest 69,10 cm, yearling body length 64,02 cm, and yearling shoulder height 64,42 cm. The breeding value of Bursan buck was highest. It could be concluded that Bursan buck was the best Boer buck. Abstract

Abstract: This sudy aims to measure the influence of passion on organizational citizenship behavior at teachers of SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh with organizational commitment as mediating variable. Sampling method in this sudy using saturation sampling with 57 respondents. The result showed that obsessive passion was unrelated to organizational citizenship behavior, while harmonious passion to organizational citizenship behavior has positively and significantly. Obsessive passion was unrelated to affective commitment, while harmonious passion has a significant positive relationship on affective commitment. Affective commitment has significent positive relationship on organizational citizenship behavior. Affective commitment doesn’t mediate the relationship between obsessive passion on organizational citizenship behavior. Affective commitment mediated partially the relationship between harmonious passion and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Implementasi Program Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Umum Kabupaten Padang Lawas. Masalah yang diteliti adalah sejauhmana sasaran dari program BPJS. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan didukung data skunder. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer di peroleh dari hasil wawancara dan data sekunder diperoleh data pengolahan data dan observasi. Tehnik analisa data dimulai dari pengumpulan informasi melalui wawancara dan pada tahap akhir dengan menarik kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Implementasi Program Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Kesehatan yang diterapkan di Rumah Sakit umum Sibuhuan Kabupaten Padang Lawas sudah berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera in conducting employee recruitment is fully carried out by the head office or regional office, while agent recruitment is carried out by branch offices using two internal methods and external methods. Second, the selection process carried out at PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Jambi Branch is in line with recruitment, during the internal recruitment process the selection process is carried out internally and does not go through many series of selections, while during the external recruitment process the selection stages are carried out gradually starting from from administrative tests, interviews, academic tests, written tests and to the final interview that determines whether the application is accepted or not. Third, the factors that become the internal strength of the recruitment and selection of PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Jambi Branch are using different procedures between internal recruitment and external recruitment, optimizing existing resources, and having a conducive work environment. While the factor that becomes a weakness in the recruitment of PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera Jambi Branch is when internal recruitment is used, it means that there will be employee transfers between units which will cause problems if there is no replacement, while using external recruitment procedures and costs are not small. Fourth, external factors that become opportunities for recruitment and selection of PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, namely the opening of opportunities for contract employees and non-permanent employees to become permanent employees of PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, opening opportunities for the general public to have a career at PT Asuransi Jiwa Syariah Bumiputera, and opening up opportunities for old employees to develop games. While the factors that pose a threat are prospective employees who are not in accordance with the company's needs, in addition to employee recruitment and marketing personnel can cause internal piracy, and promotions cause disharmony and competition between employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of bondholder-shareholder conflict,bonus plan and firm size on accounting conservatism in the consumer goodsindustry companies on the IDX for the period of 2013-2017. This researchuses quantitative. The population in this study were 38 consumer goodsindustry companies. The sampling technique in this study used purposivesampling, so that a total sample are 35 observations were obtained consistingof 7 companies for 5 years (2013-2017). The method of data analysis used ismultiple linear regression which is processed in the SPSS application. Theresults of the study show that the conflict of bondholder-shareholders effect onaccounting conservatism, while the bonus plan and firm size have no effect onconservatism of accounting. The results of the research simultaneously showthat the bondholder-shareholder conflict, bonus plan and firm size effect onaccounting conservatism.

Abstract

PT. Astra Internasional Tbk, is a multinational company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 1990 until now and incorporated in the automotive industry. The covid-19 pandemic made the automotive industry both in Indonesia and in the world weakened by the decline in sales of almost all automotive companies. The focus of this research is to analyze the capital structure of the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and liquidity ratio, namely the Cash Ratio (CR) ratio of automotive companies and their effect on profitability, namely the Return on Equity Ratio (ROE) for the period 2016 to 2020 by using secondary data sourced from annual reports published by the company. The results of the study found that the performance of the company's capital structure, liquidity and profitability during 2016 to 2019 had a positive trend and in 2020 decreased as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. Furthermore, the ratio of capital structure and liquidity has a positive influence with a significant rate of < 5%.
