Abstract

Production planning and control is an absolute must for companies that produce goods or services. This is considered very important because it is the core of the entire production process. Every company may not carry out a production activity if it does not conduct production planning and control activities. Production plan at PT. Krakatau Wajatama on capacity planning and production of profile steel products requires a production plan based on demand that might come so that it needs an appropriate plan so that there is no overproduction. Therefore, integration between production plans and capacity plans needs to be done in order to obtain a realistic production plan. The method used is forecasting, capacity planning using RCCP can be done with the conversion process of the Production Plan or MPS based on order requests in bales in the period January 2019 to December 2019 into the time requirement of the production machine. Estimated results of 2019 demand for profile steel production are IWF-Flange, U-Chanal, L-Angels. In January 2019 it was 250836,713 minutes, February 2019 was 225731.5425 minutes, March 2019, and for IWF-Flange, U-Chanal, L-Angels products. In January 2019 it was 298080 minutes, February 2019 was 259200 minutes, March 2019 was 298080 minutes. company capacity planning needs on profile steel products namely IWF-Flange, U-Chanal, L-Angels using machine capacity that is used multiplied by hours per shift at times of shifts per day multiplied by workdays per period by converting production plans or MPS into capacity by using the RCCP concept with the Capacity Planning Using Overall Factors (CPOF) method.

Abstract

The choice of marketing strategy for the Banten College of Economics (STIEB) is something that is very urgent because STIE Banten is one of the representations of higher education institutions in the field of economics which cites the name Banten as a primordial characteristic. Choosing the right marketing strategy is something that is expected and becomes an alternative for a decision that will be chosen later. The alternatives to be achieved are alternatives that contain several criteria that must be assessed based on priority. The selection of alternative strategies resulted from a SWOT analysis. The strategy development of the Banten College of Economics is faced with an ambiguous or uncertain decision so that decision makers have difficulty in determining their decisions. Usually decision makers use intuition and subjectivity only the objectives and stages of the research method. This study generally aims to develop a SWOT analysis and fuzzy logic as a marketing strategy as a solution to increasing the number of new student admissions. This research uses two analysis methods, namely: SWOT analysis In conducting a SWOT analysis, the stages of the research method carried out are as follows: Swot Method , Internal Strategy Factor Matrix, External Strategy Factor Matrix, Assessment, Swot Matrix, Fuzzy Alnalytic Hierarchy Process (F-AHP), Comparative Calculations between alternatives. The results of the analysis using FUZZY LOGIC and SWOT on the marketing strategy of the Banten College of Economics obtained a concept ideas about exploring all the potential to minimize weaknesses and use strengths to take advantage of opportunities and face threats. Based on the analysis of F-AHP in determining priority development sectors and making recommendations for marketing strategies of the Banten College of Economics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of (1) Store Atmosphere on Impulse Buying, (2) Sales Promotion on Impulse Buying, (3) the influence of Store Atmosphere and Sales Promotion on Shopping Emotion at Indomart Kampung Malangnengah Kel. Cijoropasir-Banten. This research is included in the type of causal research. The population in this study were all consumers from Indomart Kampung Malangnengah Kel. Cijoropasir Rangkasbitung-Banten, 99 samples were taken using non-probability sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed using SEM analysis with the help of SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that (1) Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on Impulse Buying as indicated by the value of tcount > ttable (9.253> 1.980) or P-value < (0.000 < 0.05), (2) Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on Shopping Emotion as indicated by the value of tcount > ttable (4.187> 1.980) or p-value < α (0.025 < 0.05), (3) Shopping Emotion has a significant effect on Impulse Buying is tcount > ttable (9.562> 1,980) or p-value < (0.000 < 0.05). and the mediation calculation that the value is 0.207 as shown by the path coefficient. The calculated t value of 4.369 is greater than the t table of 1.960, and the probability value of and Sig 0.00 < 0.05 is categorized, the effect is positive and significant, so that it means that the Store Atmosphere will affect impulse Buying through Shopping Emotion. (3) Shopping Emotion that has a significant effect on Impulse Buying is tcount > ttable (9.562> 1.980) or p-value < (0.000 < 0.05). and the mediation calculation that the value is 0.207 as shown by the path coefficient. The calculated t value of 4.369 is greater than the t table of 1.960, and the probability value of and Sig 0.00 < 0.05 is categorized, the effect is positive and significant, so that it means that the Store Atmosphere will affect impulse Buying through Shopping Emotion. Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the influence of brand image on the decision to choose a campus by taking the perception of quality as an intervening variable. This research was conducted. A sample of 100 students from the University of Faletehan was taken using a convenience sampling/accidental sampling technique. The data analysis method uses the SEM method, namely smart PLS.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between work discipline and the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. The method used in this research is a survey method, the form of this research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling method is saturated sample in this research is 98 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire and documentation study. The analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Service Apparatus.

Abstract

This PkM activity uses the method of empowerment (Community Development) for tourism managers who attend as many as 15 people. The post-test value showed that there was a change in the form of an increase in the understanding of the public understanding of the green marketing concept material, which was 93%. This change in a mindset based on the environment can occur due to awareness about the efficiency of Green Marketing products and shared responsibility to create an economic climate without massive sacrifices to the natural environment in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari lebih lanjut tentang bagaimana perilaku konsumen membuat keputusan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai fenomena era digital untuk mendapatkan wawasan baru. Namun demikian, tinjauan literatur digunakan sebagai metode penelitian. Kemajuan teknologi telah berdampak tidak hanya pada bisnis tetapi juga pada semua aspek kehidupan. Perilaku konsumen telah berubah sebagai akibat dari era digital. Faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen antara lain : Budaya, harus beradaptasi dengan kemajuan teknologi karena konsumen berbelanja berbeda secara online dan offline. Psikologi memiliki dampak yang lebih besar pada perilaku konsumen di era digital, khususnya pada persepsi, motivasi, pembelajaran, keyakinan, dan sikap. Teknologi digital atau perangkat seluler telah mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen di era digital untuk lima tahap pengambilan keputusan yaitu pengenalan kebutuhan, pencarian informasi, evaluasi alternatif, pembelian, dan pasca pembelian.

Abstract

SOCIAL CAPITAL AND ASSISTANCE FOR BUMDES AS ECONOMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS FOR COMMUNITIES AFFECTED BY THE SUNDA STRAIT TSUNAMI IN PANDEGLANG REGENCY. The presence of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration is the implementing agent of Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, it is substantively expected to be able to build villages through structural and cultural approaches. Villages are expected to become independent economically, socially, culturally and politically. The method used in this community service activity is using the lecture method, discussion method, dialogue, and mentoring and practice methods, the material presented about good BUMDes management information is still lacking, this is indicated by a score of 47%., After the community is given education and assistance in the management of BUMDes as the goal of economic recovery after good results were obtained, which was 93%. These results need to be strengthened by improving the management of BUMDes, where academics and the government can collaborate on the best model (deliberative model) for the development of BUMDes to be efficient and competitive.

Abstract

Pembangunan pada dasarnya adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat yang berazaskan keadilan sosial dan dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Keberhasilan pembangunan suatu wilayah salah satunya diukur dari pertumbuhan ekonomi yang tinggi, akan tetapi, pertumbuhan ekonomi yang cepat/ tinggi akan menimbulkan ketimpangan distribusi pendapatan hal ini dikarenakan tidak memperhatikan apakah pertumbuhan tersebut lebih besar atau lebih kecil dari tingkat pertumbuhan penduduk atau perubahan struktur ekonomi, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis disparitas pembangunan wilayah serta mengetahui pengaruh PDRB Perkapita dan aglomerasi terhadap disparitas pembangunan wilayah provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan menghitung disparitas 8 Kabupaten/ Kota di Provinsi Banten selama periode tahun 2016 – 2019. Hasil analisis disparitas menunjukan dari 8 kabupaten/kota, secara umum tingkat disparitas pembangunan wilayah masih berada pada nilai <1 berdasarkan perhitungan indeks willamson, sedangkan dari analisis kedua variabel didapatkan hasil PDRB Perkapita berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan dan variabel Aglomerasi berpengaruh positif.

Abstract

Indonesian society today has become accustomed to the use of drugs. This can be caused by various factors such as the development of the disease, the production of various types of drugs and supplements, in addition to the large number of pharmacies that sell drugs that do not follow the applicable rules and the start of the implementation of national health insurance such as BPJS has allowed people to get easier access to treatment. These developments have caused various positive and negative impacts. The positive impact that can be seen is that more and more people are starting to care about health by checking themselves into healthcare places. While the negative impact that may arise with the increasing use of drugs in the community is errors in using drugs. This can occur due to a lack of knowledge and information conveyed to the public regarding the use of good and correct drugs. Errors in the use of drugs can cause harm both to society and to the environment. This counseling activity is intended for the community to increase basic knowledge of drugs, namely recognizing drug signs and etiquette (labels) useful for reducing drug abuse and increasing insight into drugs on the market.
