Abstract

This community service aims to provide insight into knowledge about the implementation of thematic learning in the Elementary School Wanaraja Garut District, by providing knowledge about the management of learning problems with professional development to increase professionalism for educators in elementary schools. Basic problems in three stages of preparation, implementation and evaluation activities. The results of community service activities show a level that shows an indication of the similarity in the mindset of participant, a positive response from community service participants related to the implementation of thematic learning in elementary schools

Abstract

This community service aims to provide insight into knowledge about learning strategies during the AKB period in Elementary School Malangbong Garut District, by providing insight into the importance of solving learning problems related to professional development to increase professionalism for educators during the adaptation of new habits. The problem is resolved in three stages of activities, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of community service activities show the level of success with an indication of a similar mindset of equivalent educators, a positive response from community service participants related to solving learning problems during the AKB period, and most (75%) participants have understood the concept of developing learning strategies what to do during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

The students’ skill in exploring creative ideas in writing is a problem that needs to be taken seriously. This happens because of the students’ lack of creative thinking in exploring some ideas in words. The purpose of this research was to examine the effects of experiential learning model on primary school students’ creative thinking skill. The method used quasi-experimental of non-equivalent control group design. The population of this research was a group of fourth grader students of Sekolah Dasar Labschool UPI (Labschool UPI Primary School) in total of 47 students and divided in to two separate classes, which were an experimental class and a control class. The results of this research revealed significant contrasts in post-test between an experimental class and a control class. The results concluded that the experiential learning model has significant effects on primary school students’ creative thinking skill. Therefore, the experiential learning model is one of the solutions for teacher to develop students’ creative thinking skill, especially in writing from the aspects of flexibility, fluency, originality and elaboration. Moreover, the outcome ideas were diverse, expressive and comprehensible.

Abstract

Educational leadership is the ability to drive the implementation of education, so that educational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. In fostering fraternity and being responsible for making decisions, developing, and maintaining the existence of an organization, the leadership function must play a role. Competition between SDITs in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District, will have an impact on how the principal should be the captain in carrying out school leadership, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this research is the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the leadership implementation carried out by the principal at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it is concluded that the implementation of intrapreneurship educational leadership at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah can be implemented and has a positive impact on the implementation of SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah.

Abstract

ABSTRACTLutfi Asy’ari . The Development of Group Investigation Instuctional Model  in Social Science to Improve  Students’ Social Sensitivity (A Research and Development in  Junior Hight School in Garut).This  research wich aims   to produce  an instructional  group investigation model for Social Science to improve Students’ Social Sensitivity. To achieve this goal, this  research was conducted  using  research and development (R &D) methods . The research subjects were the sosial science teachers and eighth grade students 12 Junior Hight Schools at 12 sub-districts in Garut Regency. The instruments used to gain data were questionary, observation, document, interview and attitude scale. Data were analized by using Pearsons Product Moment Correlation, Cronbach’s Alpha (α) , Kolmogorov Smirnov Test, Lavene test, t-test, Wilcoxon test, and Mann-Whitney test. The result of validity test indicated the the score gain of experimental group is higher than that of the control group in junior high schools that were categorized as excellent, good and averege. The findings led to the conclusion that Group investigation instructional Model was determined as model of effective development result to improve students social sensitivity. This result was supported by  some factors: (a) design model that gave a clear overview related to learning scenario, (b) the learning implementation on the basis of group dynamics, and (c) more priority on attitude based evaluation. Abstract

Pembelajaran tematik adalah pembelajaran yang lebih menekankan pada keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar secara aktif dalam pembelajaran, sehingga siswa dapat memperoleh pengalaman langsung dan terlatih untuk dapat menemukan sendiri berbagai pengetahuan yang dipelajarinya. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab permasalahan 1) Bagaimana perencanaan pembelajaran tematik pada kelas rendah dengan berbasis daring di SDN 2 Pananjung?, 2) Bagaimana pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik pada kelas rendah dengan berbasis daring di SDN 2 Pananjung?, 3) Bagaimana evaluasi pembelajaran tematik pada kelas rendah dengan berbasis daring di SDN 2 Pananjung?. Permasalahan tersebut dibahas melalui penelitian kualitatif yang dilaksanakan di SDN 2 Pananjung Garut. Data penelitian menggunakan instrumen wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) dari segi perencanaan, guru telah menyiapkan diri dalam pelaksanaan daring. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kesiapan arsip perencanaan pembelajaran, 2) proses pembelajaran tematik kelas rendah berbasis daring sudah berjalan cukup baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan penyampaian materi yang telah tersampaikan, meskipun untuk keterlibatan siswa masih kurang terlihat, 3) evaluasi yang diadakan setiap satu minggu sekali berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di kelas V SDN 4 Cigedug-Garut tahun ajaran 2020-2021 ditemukan fenomena yang berbeda yaitu keteladanan guru cukup baik tapi kedisiplinan peserta didik kurang. Dari latar belakang itu, maka peneliti bertujuan untuk melakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keteladanan guru terhadap kedisiplinan peserta didik kelas V SDN 4 Cigedug-Garut tahun ajaran 2020-2021. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SDN 4 Cigedug-Garut tahun ajaran 2020-2021. Objek penelitian ini adalah keteladanan guru dan kedisiplinan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex-postfacto dengan jenis causal comparative research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V SDN 4 Cigedug-Garut tahun ajaran 2020-2021 yang berjumlah 73 orang, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi.
