Abstract

Snack is a type of food that is widely consumed in everyday life, especially by school-age students. The selection of snacks by students generally does not pay attention to the nutritional value, safety and cleanliness. Unhealthy snacks have an unfavorable impact on health, this can occur due to lack of knowledge. Nutritional education is a media for delivering information about problems and nutritional content. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nutritional education on knowledge and the selection of snacks for students. This research was conducted from 7 to 15 February 2020 with the research sample in the form of all VII and VIII grade students in one of the public junior high school in Banda Aceh and the type of this research is analytical experimental method with one group pretest and posttest design. Sampling is taken by probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique that taken based on the students attendance number which is interspersed with one number and so on. Pretest and posttest data about the knowledge of 85 students were tested statistically with the Wilcoxon test and showed that 91.8% of students had good knowledge but after nutritional education there was an increase to 95.3%, meanwhile 35.3% of students who had good behavior in choosing types of snacks after receiving nutritional education increased to 54.1 %. It can be concluded that nutritional education has an effect on increasing knowledge and behavior in choosing types of snacks (p = 0.001 and Z = -3.78) in students at one of the public junior high school in Banda Aceh.Keywords: Nutritional education, snacks, knowledge, the selection of snacks.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Studi ini, pendekatan social constructivist dalam membangun karir anak melalui aspirasi karir orang tua dan keluarga di bidang keolahragaan. Metode penelitian adalah studi kasus. Instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian : (1) Peranan karir orang tua dengan mahasiswa POK, 8,2% orang tua yang memiliki dasar keolahragaan, selain itu 91,8 % di luar keolahragaan, namun olah raga sebagai minat diri dan memberikan makna karir; (2) Peranan orangtua mantan atlet dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keolahragaan di keluarga dengan menjadikan olah raga sebagai bagian dari hidup, menjaga dan melatih fisik dengan berolah raga, nilai-nilai positif keolahragaan yang dibangun dalam keluarga, menjadi stimulus anak tertarik dan berminat untuk berkarir di bidang olah raga, tanpa memaksakan pemilihan karir pada anak; (3) Nilai-nilai keolahragaan yang dapat membangun karir di bidang olah raga, yaitu : bekerjasama, sportifitas, prestasi dan rasa cinta tanah air, gaya hidup sehat, tanggung jawab. Kata kunci : model konstruktivis sosial, karir di bidang olah raga

Study of the theory about the difference or diversity, equity and inclusion or equations must be understood before it hosts the educational inclusion. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to characterize the bacterial 16S rRNA gene of Sumatran orangutan (Pongo abelii) Bukittinggi West Sumatera zoo. The sample used in this study are lactic acid bacteria of the Sumatran orangutan (Pongo abelii) derived from zoo Bukittinggi West Sumatra Indonesia. This study was an exploratory study that conducted at the Laboratory through several stages. The first stage was the isolation of LAB from faeces of Sumatran orangutans using MRS agar medium and then cultured in a liquid medium NB. The next stage was the isolation of total DNA, and then, the third stage was the amplification of the 16S rRNA gene and agarose gel electrophoresis. Then,in the fourth stage of determining the DNA sequence and analysis of DNA sequence homology. The final stage was the computational analysis of 16S rRNA gene Sumatran orangutan (Pongo abelii). The results showed that lactic acid bacteria (LAB) from the Sumatran orangutan (Pongo abelii) is close to lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus helveticus strain IMAU50151 with the levelof similarity of 89%. It is possible that these bacteria is a new species or the species that LAB has not been reported in Genbank.

Abstract

Untuk membangkitkan semangat belajar  maka dalam pelajaran IPS  harus memilih metode yang tepat. Metode yang di pilih dalam pembelajaran harus metode dengan pendekatan yang berpusat pada siswa sehingga siswa merasa lebih terdorong untuk turut aktif dalam pembelajaran. Pendekatan CTL(Contextual Teaching and Learning) merupakan pendekatan dengan konsep dasar yang mewadahi, menginspirasi, menguatkan, dan melatari pemikiran tentang bagaimana metode pembelajaran diterapkan berdasarkan teori tertentu. Pada materi Mengenal perkembangan Tehnologi Tramsportasi  yang di ajarkan di Kelas IV   Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Lekor Kecamatan Janapria  pendekatan CTL(Contextual Teaching and Learning) di rasa tepat sehingga akan di gunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada materi Mengenal perkembangan Tehnologi Tramsportasi . Permasalahan yang di angkat dalam PTK ini adalah Meningkatkan Semangat Belajar Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran Mengenal perkembangan Tehnologi Tramsportasi  Melalui Pendekatan CTL(Contextual Teaching and Learning) di Kelas IV Semester II  Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Lekor Kecamatan Janapria  Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017.  Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah Dengan Pendekatan CTL(Contextual Teaching and Learning) yang telah dilaksanakan maka terdapat peningkatan Semangat Belajar Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran Mengenal perkembangan Tehnologi Tramsportasi  pada siswa Kelas IV   Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Lekor Kecamatan Janapria  . Terbukti  dari data hasil belajar pada siklus 1 nilai rata rata yang siswa mencapai 72,1 Dan hasil rata rata nilai siswa yang pada siklus 2 ini mencapai 77,5. Dapat di simpulkan bahwa penggunaan  Pendekatan CTL(Contextual Teaching and Learning) dalam meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran IPS materi  Mengenal perkembangan Tehnologi Tramsportasi

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the Islamic entrepreneurial spirit, business capital and business location on buyer loyalty at the UMKM Kue Geti Lucky's Sumbergempol, Tulungagung. The research method used by the researcher using quantitative-descriptive methods using primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires randomly and processed using the SPSS statistical test. The dependent variable used in this study is buyer loyalty, while the independent variables in this study are the Islamic entrepreneurial spirit, business capital and business location. Based on this research, the results obtained are tcount < table or 0.952 < 1.984, the significant value generated is 0.343 > 0.025. Therefore, the two variables of Islamic entrepreneurial spirit and business location on buyer loyalty in MSMEs, Lucky's Cakes, Tulungagung have no effect, but if we count one -one result obtained will be significant. For one variable of venture capital, the value of tcount > t table or 6.516 > 1.984 and the resulting significance value of 0.000 < 0.025 on buyer loyalty to MSMEs, Lucky's Cakes, Tulungagung. And from the results of the value fcount > ftable or 19,501 > 3.09, the significant value produced is 0.000, which is smaller than the level of significance of 0.05, all variables have a significant effect.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop an outbound game module in order to increase the confidence of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. The type of research used is research and development or Research and Development (R&D). Through 6 step, namely (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product creation. To make the module more perfect, this study conducted a validation test with 2 material experts and 2 practitioners. Data collection techniques in this study used literature studies and validation questionnaires. The data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of the module feasibility test as a whole from the aspects of content feasibility, language feasibility and graphic feasibility get an assessment of 67.91%, it shows that the outbound game module to increase the confidence of grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru can be said to be feasible to be tested as an ingredient in provision of BK services in schools.Key Words: R&D, Outbound Game Module, Self-Confidence

Abstract

Abstract- This research aims to empirically determine the SSCM knowledge on Human management at in Indonesia. Suppliers of the materials and equipment to the laboratory where the first discovery is made are in many cases replaced by larger players with capabilities to provide a broader range of materials, services, and support. During this evolution there are many lessons to be learned, not the least of which is that it is imperative to take into account the nuances of supply chain management that can make the difference between success and failure. Abstract

Pendidikan dan pengajaran mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Oleh karena itu, pembangunan bersifat menyeluruh dan kompleks sehingga tujuan pendidikan dan pengajaran mengarah dalam menumbuhkan manusia Indonesia yang terdidik dan terlatih sehingga mampu membangun dirinya sendiri serta rasa tanggung jawab atas pembangunan bangsa. Tujuan penelitian untuk (1) Meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Fikih pada materi “Puasa Ramadhan”. 2). Meningkatkan keberanian siswa untuk tampil menjawab soal-soal di depan kelas yang yang diberikan guru Fikih. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa Kelas III MIN 1 Pemalang tahun ajaran 2019/2020, sejumlah 26 siswa. Dari hasil kegiatan pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan selama tiga siklus, dan berdasarkan seluruh pembahasan serta analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1). Pembelajaran dengan berbasis masalah memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa yang ditandai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam setiap siklus, yaitu siklus I (38,46%), siklus II (61.53%), siklus III (100%).
