Abstract

This research entitle of “Analysis influence of Individual Competence, Compensation and Job Stress to Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variable” (Case Study at Kospin Jasa Branch Pemalang)”. This research target is : To gain an understanding of the influence of the individual competence, compensation and Job Stress to employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variable. At this research used by purpossive sampling as much 45 responder. As for examination of at this research done with validity test, reliability, classical assumptions, hypothesis test in the form of t test, F test, coefficient determinant, path analysis and sobel test. With multiple linear regression analysis at this research obtained by result b1 = 0,187 showing influence which are positive of Individual Competence variable to Employee Performance, b2 = 0,258 showing influence which are positive of Compensation to Employee Performance, b3 = 0,289 showing influence which are positive of Job Stress variable to Employee Performance, b4 = 0,261 showing influence which are positive of Job Satisfaction variable to Employee Performance. Whereas for partial hypothesis testing the t test was used, obtained the tcount for Individual Competence to Employee Performance of 2,446, tcount for Compensation variable to Employee Performance of 3,090, tcount for Job Stress to Employee Performance of 2,528 and tcount for Job Satisfaction variable to Employee Performance of 2,281. Then based on the results of calculations through the sobel test, Job Satisfaction mediate the relationship between Individual Competence, Compensation and Job Stress to Employee Performance. Abstract

Housing is a human basic need, which is from year to year increasing, while the power of people ability to purchase is not always high. Islamic banking has an opportunity to provide alternative Housing finance through Musharaka Mutanaqisah (MMQ) agreement, It is financing based on shared ownership between banks and customers. In the implementation, financing through this MMQ faces the regulatory hurdles that need to be anticipated. The solution is Indonesia must be prepared a renewal and rearrangement of regulation that are comprehensive and integrated to eliminate the disharmony and the regulatory barriers that arise in the implementation of MMQ agreement as an alternative to housing finance.. Keywords: Housing finance, Musharaka Mutanaqisah, sharia banking product development. Abstrak Kebutuhan perumahan terus meningkat, sementara daya beli masyarakat masih. Perbankan syariah berpeluang untuk menyediakan alternatif pembiayaan perumahan berdasarkan prinsip syariah melalui Musyarakah Mutanaqisah (MMQ) yakni pembiayaan berbasis kepemilikan bersama antara bank dan nasabah. Dalam implementasinya, pembiayaan MMQ ini menghadapi hambatan regulasi yang perlu di antisipasi. Diperlukan pembaruan dan penataan regulasi untuk menghilangkan disharmoni dan kendala regulasi dalam implementasi akad MMQ sebagai alternatif pembiayaan perumahan. Kata kunci: pembiayaan perumahan- Musyarakah Mutanaqisah- pengembangan produk perbankan syariah.

Abstract

Baground: Education is very important given to diabetes milletus patients to improve their health and prevent complications. One of the educations for diabetes patients is Diabetes Self Management Education (DSME). DSME is an ongoing process undertaken to facilitate knowledge of clients' skills and abilities to perform self-care. This study aims to determine the effect of the Diabetes Self Management Education program on knowledge of self-management in patients with type 2 diabetes. Method: This study used a Quasi Experiment research method with a two group pre-post test control design conducted in April 2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 36 people divided into 18 treatment groups received the DSME program and 18 control groups received education from the Puskesmas program. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Results: Contains research results that are written directly to answer the problem and discuss the results. Conclusions: The results showed that the P value of the Independent T Test for knowledge was 0.000 < 0.05, which means that there was a significant difference in knowledge between the control group and the treatment group Keywords: Diabetes self management education, knowledge
