Abstract

Guarding border areas, assisting in handling natural disasters, forest fires and assisting POLRI tasks are part of the duties of the Indonesian Army. In carrying out its duties, YONIF 403 / WP, which is a combat unit under Korem 072 Pamungkas, is required to always be ready with various conditions in the field of assignment, including in the border area. As an ordinary human being, of course, the border condition which still lacks supporting facilities brings changes to the individual members of Infantry Battalion 403 / WP. Basic counseling training for team commanders is intended to prepare team commanders to be able to become counseling experts to assist members in need in the field of assignment. The training begins with a pre-test to determine the initial potential of the participants, then the training material consists of three sessions, namely an introduction to mental health, stages and the counseling process as well as sessions on ethics and communication in counseling. Participants attend practical counseling sessions with student clients and after that, feed back . The training was closed with a review and conclusion before the participants were given a post test to measure the results of the training that had been given. The results of the scale data analysis provided obtained a T value of -3665, Sig 0.002, which means that there is a very significant difference before and after the training. In conclusion, basic counseling training for the team commanders at Yonif 403 / WP were able to improve the team commanders' abilities in terms of counseling.

Abstract

The study aims to improve the implementation of Anti-Corruption Education in the curriculum of the Indonesian tertiary education. The study is a normative-empirical legal research, which was carried out by examining both secondary and primary data. The secondary data consists of both primary and secondary legal materials obtained by library research. Furthermore, the primary data is in the form of interview & survey results obtained by interviewing informants using interview guidelines and survey results on respondents retrieved by measuring instruments which have been declared reliable and valid to measure the perception of anti-corruption education by an academic community. The results of the study in 2020 perceive that the implementation of Anti-Corruption Education in universities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta by the academic community is higher than the data from the monitoring and evaluation of Anti-Corruption Education in 2019 which was initiated by the Corruption Eradication Commission based on the experience of the study program as a respondent. This is also backed by a description of the implementation of Anti-Corruption Education in several universities, in the form of both independent and insertion courses.Penelitian yang berjudul Pendidikan Antikorupsi Sebagai Kebijakan Non-Penal Dalam Upaya Pencegahan Tindak Pidana Korupsi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan implementasi Pendidikan Antikorupsi dalam kurikulum perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif-empiris, yang mana dilakukan dengan cara meneliti data sekunder dan data primer. Data sekunder sebagaimana dimaksud terdiri dari bahan hukum primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dengan cara penelitian kepustakaan. Selanjutnya, untuk data primer sebagaimana dimaksud berupa hasil wawancara dan hasil survey yang diperoleh dengan cara wawancara kepada narasumber dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara dan survei kepada responden dengan mengunakan alat ukur yang telah dinyatakan reliable dan valid untuk mengukur persepsi pendidikan antikorupsi oleh sivitas akademika. Hasil penelitian pada tahun 2020 ini mempersepsikan bahwa implementasi Pendidikan Antikorupsi pada perguruan tinggi di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta oleh sivitas akademika lebih tinggi dari data hasil monitoring dan evaluasi Pendidikan Antikorupsi tahun 2019 yang diinisiasi oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi berdasarkan pengalaman program studi sebagai responden. Hal ini juga didukung dengan gambaran telah terimplementasinya Pendidikan Antikorupsi di beberapa perguruan tinggi baik berupa mata kuliah mandiri maupun mata kuliah insersi.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the career choice of prospective employees at PT. X Indonesia, which is reviewed by the personality profile mapping. This research is a survey that involving 211 subjects, in which the personality profile is measured using the DISC test. The results showed that prospective employees of PT. X Indonesian who have dominant personality type D are 15 subjects (7,11%), dominant personality type I are 13 subjects (6.16%), dominant personality type S are 92 subjects (43.60%) and the last personality dominant type C as many as 91 subjects (43.13%). In addition, the results also show that there are 17 career choices and dominant personality types. Account Managers, Contact Centers, Drivers, Online Sales Officers and Receptionists have the dominant type S. Admin, Branding and Communication Manager, Finance and Accounting, Web Developers, and Human Resources Operations, have dominant type C. There are also Business Development, Graphic Designer, Office Boy, Telemarketing and Recruitment Staff have dominant type S and type C. Meanwhile, Chemist Assistant has dominant type D and C, and Sales Manager with dominant type D, type S and type C.
