Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan kepariwisataan di Kabupaten Jepara. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara dengan melibatkan sebanyak enam informan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, dan Threat). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary dan Eksternal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary diperoleh informasi penting bahwa posisi kuadran I. Posisi kuadran ini menghasilkan rekomendasi strategi progresif, menandakan bahwa kepariwisataan Kabupaten Jepara dalam kondisi yang prima dan berpeluang untuk melakukan ekspansi, mengembangkan serta memajukan sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Jepara.Kata Kunci: SWOT, Pengembangan Kepariwisata, IFAS, EFAS. Abstract This research was conducted to determine the tourism development strategy in Jepara Regency. The research data was obtained through interview techniques involving six informants. The analytical method used is SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat). Based on the calculation results of Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary and External Strategic Factors Analysis Summary, important information is obtained that the position of quadrant I. This quadrant position produces progressive strategy recommendations, indicating that tourism in Jepara Regency is in excellent condition and has the opportunity to expand, develop and advance the tourism sector in the district of Jepara.Keywords: SWOT, Tourism Development, IFAS, EFAS.

Abstract

Ekowisata adalah salah satu industri wisata yang makin berkembang. Salahsatu kendala dalam manajemen ekowisata adalah bagaimana mencari keuntungandisamping tetap menjaga keaslian lingkungan dan meningkatkan kesadaranmasyarakat lokal. Salah satu keunikan ekowisata adalah bagaimana memberikanpengalaman unik berinteraksi langung dengan satwa Kera asli Indonesia.Penelitian ini menganalisa pengelolaan dan tantangan yang ditemukan di GoaKreo, Desa Kandri, Gunungpati Semarang sebagai salah satu ekowisata yangmengandalkan keberlanjutan komunitas Kera jinak penunggu goa. MetodePenelitian ini Menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Studi Kasus.Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola Goa Kreo,petugas kebersihan, dan pengunjung. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses in-depthinterview. Hasil temuan di lapangan adalah masih terbatasnya anggaran pakankera dari pengelola Goa Kreo dan lemahnya pengawasan seperti bebasnyapengunjung yang memberi sembarang makananan dan minuman pada Kera yangmenjadi nilai negatif dalam keberlanjutan komunitas Kera. Diharapkan denganmenerapkan strategi ekowisata yang benar, pengelola bisa memanfaatkan peluangyang ada seperti menjual produk pakan khusus kera pada pengunjung, sehinggakesehatan kera bisa lebih terjaga. Perlu dibuat event-event wisata unik untuk lebihmenarik pengunjung.Kata Kunci: Keberlanjutan; Ekowisata; Kera; Pengelolaan; Strategi.

Abstract

Pencanangan pohon di Tegalrejo para partisipasi menunjukan berbagai kalangan untuk pelestarian dalam penanaman pohon di Tegalrejo di Salatiga, Dalam menindak lanjuti kerjasama antara pemerintah Kota Salatiga dengan STIEPARI Semarang dalam Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, maka dosen STIEPARI senantiasa melakukan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Dalam pelaksananan pengabdian deskripsif kualitatif, Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam tahapan. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam pencanangan tanaman di Kelurahan Tegalrejo Melakukan sosialisasi kegiatan pengabdian ini kepada masyarakat Kelurahan Tegalrejo yang berasal dari pelaku, dan UKM, Melakukan persiapan pelatihan peralatan dan yang membangun pelestarian tanaman. Melaksanakan tim dalam pencanangan tanaman dalam pelestarian lingkungan dan sesi tanya jawab dengan peserta. Upaya dalam peningkatan kelestarian dan penghijuan di kelurahan Tegalrejo upaya melestarikan lingkungan di kota Salatiga.

Abstract

Penilitian ini dilakukan pada Resto Bale Banyu Jepara yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan tamu yang mana mengalami kondisi kurang baik meliputi pelayanan yang kurang ramah dan fasilitas yang masih kurang memadai. Data penelitian di peroleh melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 75 responden. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi pihak resto maupun kepuasan tamu. Data yang di peroleh diolah deskriptif dan analisis statistik kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independent terhadap dependent, uji model, uji hipotesis, dan namun sebelum dilakukan uji tersebut dilakukan dahulu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan tamu. Maka hasil uji analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan nilai F yang signifikan. dengan nilai korelasi determinasi adjusted R2 square sebesar 0,601. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semua kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas mempengaruhi secara nyata terhadap kepuasan tamu secara bersama-sama dengan keeratan hubungan sebesar 60,1%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meningkatkan kepuasan tamu perlu adanya peningkatan seluruh pelayanan yang kompetitif dan fasilitas yang baik dan nyaman.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, lingkungan belajar, dan dukungan keluarga terhadap semangat belajar mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pariwisata Indonesia (STIEPARI) Semarang. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana yang berjumlah 98 orang. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga semua anggota populasi diajdikan sebagai sampel sebanyak 98 orang sampel. Hasil penelitian yaitu motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh negatif terhadap semangat belajar, lingkungan belajar, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat belajar, dan dukungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat belajar.Kata kunci: Motivasi Intrinsik, Lingkungan Belajar, Dukungan Belajar, Semangat Belajar.AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation, learning environment, and family support on students' enthusiasm for learning at the Postgraduate Program at the Indonesian Tourism Economics College (STIEPARI) Semarang. The population used in this study were 98 students in the Postgraduate Program. The sample is determined using a saturated sampling technique so that all members of the population are treated as a sample of 98 people. The results showed that intrinsic motivation had a negative effect on enthusiasm for learning, the learning environment, had a positive and significant effect on enthusiasm for learning, and family support had a positive and significant effect on enthusiasm for learning.Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation, Learning Environment, Learning Support, Learning Spirit.

Abstract

Abstrak: Industri Kreatif merupakan konsep yang dapat menyelaraskan ide, kreativitas dan keterampilan serta inovasi, sehingga terciptanya suatu produk dan akhirnya menciptakan insan yang produktif. Permasalahannya konsep desa wisata berbasis ekonomi kreatif di Desa Cikaso merupakan prioritas utama dalam rintisan Desa Wisata.  Belum adanya minat para pemuda karang taruna ikut berkontribusi dalam kegiatan masyarakat, serta rendahnya minat berwirausaha untuk membangun desanya lebih maju lagi dan saling bersinergi. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk penerapan model ekonomi kreatif berbasis pariwisata melalui kegiatan pemanfaatan teknologi, menangkap peluang usaha digital mencapai Cikaso Creative. Metode kegiatan PKM ini Focus Group Discussion, metode presentasi dan metode demonstrasi. Hasil kegiatan PKM kepada karang taruna Cikaso berupa adanya hasil kreatifitas desain toko online, pengemasan produk, dan pemasaran produk melalui video. Abstract:  Creative Industry is a concept that can harmonize ideas, creativity, and skills as well as innovation so that a product is created and ultimately creates a productive human being. The problem is that the concept of a creative economy-based tourism village in Cikaso Village is a top priority in the pioneering of the Tourism Village. There is no interest among youth from youth organizations in contributing to community activities, as well as the low interest in entrepreneurship to build their village more advanced and synergize with each other. This PKM activity aims to implement a tourism-based creative economy model through technology utilization activities, capturing digital business opportunities to reach Cikaso Creative. This PKM activity method is Focus Group Discussion, presentation method, and demonstration method. The results of PKM activities for Cikaso youth group are in the form of creative results in online store designs, product packaging, and product marketing via video.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the increase in millennial participation through the use of information technology for the development of the creative economy of the Cikaso tourism village, Kuningan District, West Java. This research data uses qualitative descriptive research with a SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat) approach. Descriptive research is research that describes the condition of an object without a hypothesiss. The author then concludes that the data obtained from the SWOT method analysis is then combined with STP analysis (segmenting, targeting, positioning) to find technology for the development of the creative economy with the right technology.

Abstract

There are still employee complaints that the compensation is not consistent with the concept of justice, the existing facilities at the research site are insufficient to perform community service duties, the facilities that require quantity and quality improvements. This study aims to prove the effect of compensation, facilities, and work environment on the job satisfaction of environmental employees in Kendal Regency. This research is included in quantitative research using SPSS 16 and research design using associative approach. The associative approach was carried out with the aim of finding the effect of compensation and work environment on performance mediated by work motivation. The time of the research was from January 2020 to April 2020. The population in this study were all district employees, totaling 89 (eighty nine) individuals. The sampling method in this study uses saturated sampling, where due to the limited number of populations, it is possible for the population to be sampled. The sample in this study in this study were district employees totaling 88 (eighty eight) people (minus the researcher). The results show that There are effects of compensation and work environment on work motivation, employees in Semarang Regency. There are effects of compensation and work environment, work motivation on the Performance of Environmental Employees in sub-districts of Semarang Regency. There is an effect of the work environment on work motivation and does not have an impact on the performance of environmental employees in sub-districts of Semarang Regency.

Abstract

Companies must always foster employee motivation through the fulfillment of the basic physiological needs of employees, security, social needs, esteem and opportunities for self-actualization. This study aims to prove the effects of competence and motivation on job satisfaction and their impact on employee performance at Sahid Jaya Solo Hotel. This research is included in quantitative research using SPSS 16 and research design using associative approach. The associative approach was carried out with the aim of finding the effect of compensation and work environment on performance mediated by work motivation. . Collecting data using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical, with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. The place of this research is Sahid Jaya Hotel Solo, Jalan Gajah Mada No.82, Ketelan, Banjarsari, Surakarta City, Central Java 57132. This research was conducted for 6 months starting from May 2017 and is estimated to be completed in October 2017. The population that the author uses as the object of this research is the employees at Hotel Sahid Jaya Solo. The number of employees at Hotel Sahid Jaya Solo is 114 employees. The results show that there are positive significant effects of competence and motivation on job satisfaction and their impact on employee performance at Sahid Jaya Solo Hotel.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the effect of compensation, facilities, and work environment on the job satisfaction of environmental employees in Kendal Regency. This study design is a descriptive study employed by quantitative analysis using SPSS version 17.0 for the Windows application. This study investigates the relationships between three independent effects — compensation (X1), facilities (X2), and work environment (X3) — and one dependent variable — job satisfaction (Y) with Approximately 114 Kendal Regency Environmental employees asministrated by the questionnaire to the respondents. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect of compensation, facilities, and work environment on the job satisfaction of Kendal Regency Environmental employees. The work environment is the variable that most dominantly influences the increase in job satisfaction of Kendal Regency Environmental employees because it has the highest beta value.
