Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas direct promotion terhadap brand image di Akademi Komunitas Negeri Putra Sang Fajar Blitar (AKB) dengan sampel 100 orang siswa SMA/SMK di wilayah Kabupaten Blitar secara acak. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis regresi linear, persamaan koefisien regresi adalah Y = 2,850 + 0,889X. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t 19,467 ? 1,66298 dan signifikasi 0,000 ? 0,05, yang berarti secara parsial variabel direct promotion berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand image di kampus AKB. Melalui direct promotion akan lebih efektif dalam memberikan informasi tentang penyelenggaraan pendidikan di AKB, sehingga akan mudah diketahui oleh masyarakat umum khususnya para siswa SMA/SMK di wilayah Kabupaten Blitar.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 yang saat ini sedang melanda dunia, termasuk Indonesia, megakibatkan dampak yang teramat besar terutama sector ekonomi. Kebijakan Pemerintah untuk menghimbau masyarakat beraktivitas di rumah saja mempengaruhi pola konsumi masyarakat. Sebagai salah satu sector yang terdampak, UMKM harus dapat melihat hal ini sebagai tantangan sekaligus peluang dalam memasarkan produknya. Permasalahan dialami UMKM adalah bagaimana mempertahankan eksistensinya dengan melakukan berbagai upaya, antara lain dengan melakukan berbagai inovasi usaha dan inovasi strategi. Untuk itu dibutuhkan adanya berbagai upaya baik dari pemerintah melalui kementerian-kementerian yang terkait dengan perekonomian maupun perguruan tinggi untuk memberikan edukasi kepada para pelaku UMKM mengenai strategi bisnis yang dapat dilakukan dalam upaya mempertahankan bisnisnya mengingat sektor UMKM memiliki peranan yang sangat penting terhadap perekonomian Indonesia. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar bagi tim pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat untuk mengadakan seminar dengan judul kegiatan Webinar “Strategi Bisnis UMKM pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19”. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan tentang strategi bisnis bagi para pelaku bisnis khususnya bagi sektor UMKM. sehingga mampu bertahan dan dapat menganalisa kondisi eksternal serta memanfaatkan peluang-peluang yang ada untuk mempertahankan eksistensi bisnisnya. Peserta kegiatan Pengabdian kepada mayarakat ini adalah 117 orang dari total 251 orang yang mendaftar. Peserta terdiri dari 49% dosen, 40% pelaku UMKM dan 11% mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya kegiatan PKM dan publikasi ilmiah.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia tidak hanya berdampak pada kesehatan melainkan juga pada aspek perekonomian masyarakat. Hal ini mendorong pemerintah membuat kebijakan pemulihan ekonomi kepada masyarakat yaitu melalui program Jaring Pengaman Sosial (JPS). Dalam program JPS ini, pemerintah membagi menjadi dua jenis bantuan yaitu bantuan sosial reguler dan non reguler. Pelaksanaan penyaluran bantuan sosial bukan hal baru lagi bagi pemerintah pusat dan pemerintah daerah. Namun dalam penyalurannya selalu terjadi masalah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui prosedur penyaluran bantuan sosial di era pandemi Covid-19, kendala dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial di era pandemi Covid-19, dan solusi dalam mengatasi kendala dalam penyaluran bantuan sosial di era pandemi Covid-19 pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Blitar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam kepada beberapa informan. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 orang pihak Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Blitar dan 3 masyarakat penerima bantuan sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan penyaluran bantuan sosial masih memiliki kendala seperti sebagian bantuan tidak disalurkan tepat pada sasarannya karena masih ada masyarakat yang lebih layak mendapat bantuan namun tidak memperolehnya. Selain itu juga masih terdapat masyarakat yang kurang memahami tentang kriteria dan prosedur bantuan sosial serta ada sebagian masyarakat yang kurang memahami kondisi perekonomiannya. Kata Kunci: Covid-19, Ekonomi Masyarakat, Bantuan Sosial Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has not only had an impact on healthy but also on the economic aspects of the community. This encourages the government to make economic recovery policies for the community, namely through the Social Safety Net (JPS). In this JPS program, the government divides into two types of assistance, namely regular and non-regular social assistance. The implementation of the distribution of social assistance is nothing new for the central government and local government. However, in its distribution there are always problems in the distribution of cash and non-cash social assistance. The purpose of this study is to find out the procedures for distributing social assistance in the Covid-19 pandemic era, obstacles in distributing social assistance in the Covid-19 pandemic era, and solutions in overcoming obstacles in distributing social assistance in the Covid-19 pandemic era at the Blitar Regency Social Service. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with in-depth interviews with several informations. Informants in this study were 2 people from the Social Service of Blitar Regency and 3 people from the ommunity who received social assistance. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the distribution of social assistance, there are still obstacles, such as some of the assistance not being channeled on target because there are still people who are more deserving of assistance but do not receive it. In addition, there are also people who do not understand the criteria and procedures for social assistance and there are some people who do not understand the economic conditions. Keywords: Covid-19, Community Economy, Social Assistance

Abstract

The twenty-first century is a century of knowledge, discovery, and innovation, with rapid advances in science and information technology marking significant developments. The level of competitiveness within organizations is increasing. This truth motivates entrepreneurs to grow in order for their businesses to thrive. The major goal of this research is to examine how intellectual capital and innovative work behavior affect business performance in SMEs. The author then explains the three constructions' conceptual structure. To further understand the relationship between variables, quantitative methods based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Partial Least Squares (PLS) variance were used. Participants were chosen from SMEs in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, via an online questionnaire. The findings of this research show that intellectual capital and creative work behavior have a positive and significant effect on business performance. SMEs can use intellectual capital to define expected performance and as a tool to evaluate performance to develop employees who will be able to meet the needs of SMEs in the future. Furthermore, it demonstrates that SMEs, not just large corporations, can attain high-performance levels through synchronizing intellectual capital and innovative work behavior.

Abstract

Abstract: Akademi Komunitas Negeri Putra Sang Fajar Blitar (AKB) is a state higher education institution that organizes vocational education. Educators at AKB consist of lecturers and instructors. This study examined the function of a 360-degree feedback performance appraisal system to determine the performance of educators in the field of learning which included aspects of preparation, implementation of learning activities, and evaluation of learning outcomes. Performance appraisal ere carried out by filling out performance appraisal forms by parties who were stakeholders of the teaching staff, i.e: students as consumers, study program coordinators as supervisors, educators as peers, and the academic section as collaborators. The performance appraisal form contained a set of questions for which the assessor can provide an assessment based on a rating scale of 1-4 (graphic rating scale), with very good, good, good enough, and not good criteria. The result shows that the performance of teaching staff in AKB based on time criteria, tidiness, communication, lecture processes, mastery of the material and evaluation of learning was very good, although there were still a few things that need to be improved, such as timeliness in submitting scores ​​and firmness in enforcing dicipline to the students who are not orderly.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the development of the national economy and employment with a proportion of 99.99% of all business actors in Indonesia. In today's digital era, MSMEs are required to be able to take advantage of economic opportunities and increase competitiveness. The writing of this article was conducted to determine the level of development of MSMEs, the development of the SDGs program, and the influence of the role of MSMEs in encouraging the SDGs in Blitar City. The approach used is the concept of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) specifically for the City of Blitar. The sample used was 80 respondents randomly / random sampling from the population of MSME actors in the city of Blitar without any age, education, occupation and other specifications due to the limitations of the researcher. The results of the t-test analysis showed that the role of MSMEs in encouraging SDGs in Blitar City obtained results which can be stated that the role of MSMEs variable has a t value of 0.025 < 1.6643, which means partially the role of MSMEs has no significant effect in encouraging SDGs in Blitar City.

Abstract

ACADEMIC WRITING TRAINING TO IMPROVE MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH TEACHER COMPETENCE. Teachers can benefit from writing scientific articles in various ways, including improving their writing abilities, sharpening their thinking, and broadening their views. Scientific papers that have been presented or published can also help with the credit scores appraisal for teacher promotions. Because the creation of scientific papers plays such a significant role in enhancing teacher professionalism and advancing their functional positions, it is crucial to provide teachers with training and aid in writing scientific papers. This activity aims to provide teachers with knowledge of the rules for writing scientific papers, raise awareness by compiling scientific papers, improve their competence as professional teachers, the quality of their students, and the ability to write scientific papers. This program was attended by 15 teachers from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam in Blitar City. It was implemented in two stages, namely the counseling stage and the training stage. All of the goals established for this activity can be achieved properly, based on the results of direct observation throughout the activities and questionnaires filled out by participants.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of role-playing learning methods to improve students' ability in mail management in archives management courses. The mechanism used in this study is classroom action research with the Kemmis & Taggart model. Data collection has assisted through pre-test, post-test, observation, and interview. The study was conducted in two stages, known as Cycle I and Cycle II. Planning, acting, observing outcomes, and reflecting are the four tasks that make up each cycle. The outcome of this study shows that the adoption of role-playing methods can improve students' understanding and ability in letter management. The pre-test and post-test outcomes show a very significant increase in student competence. Additionally, the defined learning objectives can be completed. Students find role-playing techniques to be more captivating, which enhances engagement and learning effectiveness.
