Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa SMK mengenai proses dan cara kerja aplikasi Ujian Nasional Berbasis Komputer (UNBK), sehingga siswa lebih siap dalam menghadapi UNBK 2017 mendatang. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah ceramah dan praktik menggunakan aplikasi Computer Based Test (CBT) dengan cara demontrasi aplikasi CBT sebagai simulasi UNBK.  Luaran kegiatan ini adalah siswa mampu mengoprasikan aplikasi UNBK dengan baik, sehingga pada saat pelaksanaan UNBK yang sebenarnya siswa tidak kesulitan; artikel ilmiah (publikasi nasional). Hasil kegiatan yang telah dicapai antara lain memberikan banyak manfaat pada siswa SMK mitra, siswa mampu menguasai dan menggunakan aplikasi UNBK, siswa lebih siap menghadapi UNBK tahun 2017.

Abstract

This study aims to development of tutorial video-based learning media on subject of basic graphic design for student of tenth grade of Multimedia at Vocational High School I Sakra,  The level of video-based learning media feasibility tutorial on subject of basic graphic design for student of tenth grade of Multimedia at Vocational High School I Sakra, and Students' response to video-based learning tutorial on subject of basic graphic design for student of tenth grade of Multimedia at Vocational High School I Sakra. The study method used was R & D (Research and Development) with the development model of ADDIE. The instrument of data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data used was qualitative data and quantitative data. Data collection used was observation, interview, and questionnaire. The analysis technique used was through the feasibility test of media expert and material expert. The result showed that the video tutorial-based learning media developed were feasible to use with the result of the feasibility of media experts 70% with eligible criteria, while the material expert 78% with eligible criteria. Meanwhile, the product trial obtained a percentage score of 65%. Thus this video tutorial based learning media is worthy of being used as a learning medium for the student of the tenth grade of the multimedia major for Photoshop material on Basic Graphic Design subject.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) The Results of Designing Learning Media Based on Video Tutorials on Material Designing Local / LAN Networks For Class X Students of TKJ at 1 Sakra Vocational High School, (2) the level of feasibility of the developed learning media. This study is Research and Development research with ADDIE development model, namely (1) Analysys, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. The assessment instrument for video tutorial-based learning media was in the form of a 5-scale questionnaire. The sources of the research data were 2 media experts, 2 material experts, and 33 students majoring in TKJ. The results of this study are the Design of Learning Media Based on Tutorial Videos on Material Designing Local / LAN Networks in Class X TKJ students at 1 Sakra Vocational High School, with a display in the form of intro, menu page, profile page, KI / KD page, 2 pages submenu material namely theory and videos, subject matter pages, learning goal pages, and quiz pages. Media Expert feasibility test results viewed from 2 aspects are categorized as Very Eligible (87%). And the test results from Material Experts fall into the category of Very Eligible (95%). Based on the response of media usage by 33 students of class X majoring in TKJ, it was categorized as Very Eligible (83%)

Abstract

Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is one part that is very important for universities today. This can facilitate the access of a student in interacting with the campus. In addition, SIAKAD will also improve the competitiveness of these universities and will directly improve the institution's business processes. To optimize the academic information system, research must be conducted by evaluating the use of the system from the SIAKAD. This study is intended to evaluate the use of SIAKAD in STKIP Hamzanwadi Selong by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and to process the survey data using Partial Least Square software to measure user perceptions of SIAKAD whether it works according to its function. The data obtained is primary data using a questionnaire to students using SIAKAD which consists of several departments. The variables used are Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude towards Using Technology, Behavioral Intention to Use and Actual Technology Use. The results of this study indicate that SIAKAD SIAM has benefits and is easy to use by students as users, and all technology features in the SIAKAD application have benefits with the receipt of the Actual Technology Use Variable.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to identify a level of a building damage caused by an earthquake early and in detail by utilizing an information system. Early identification of the building damage will be categorized based on three categories, namely minor damage, moderate damage and major damage. Each classification has standards and calculations set up by the government. To find out the damage categories, a current study was carried out on how to develop an information system that could be used by evaluators in determining conclusions according to observation results. Related to the research and development method, and adapting the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE) development model, researchers collaborate between the ADDIE model and the standard building damage values decided by the government in a real time. The design of the early damage assessment tool for buildings is still under development and is still a prototype system.Keywords:         Buliding Damage, Information System, ADDIE

Abstract

Literacy ability teaches students to be diligent in reading and writing. In this case, teacher creativity is needed in determining effective and efficient ways. Elementary school is the basis for learning literacy because elementary school is the beginning of a child learning to read and write. Due to the current situation of Covid-19, students have not been able to study at school effectively and regularly. The teaching-learning process is carried out online, and students are asked to understand the use of information technology such as Android cell phones. The students moved to provide teaching by increasing the literacy culture of students with the help of technology as a medium to support their learning, without having to forget the importance of reading and writing from their textbooks. The resulting activities are digital literacy activities and learning while playing, where students are tasked with connecting information to their group members. The results obtained by the students became more enthusiastic and interested in learning such as reading and writing lessons because they were presented attractively on the display of media and learning videos.

Abstract

The Tri Dharma is three obligations that exist in higher education. The three obligations include education or teaching, research, and community service. Each component of higher education, especially the academic community, is responsible for realizing and implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Each component of the obligation in the Tri Dharma of higher education must be equipped with various physical evidence, such as documents, learning media, etc. Every University in Indonesia must have a system that can record all evidence of the implementation of the Tri Dharma. Therefore, this study aims to develop software that can help Hamzanwadi University record every progress of the three Tri Dharma components of higher education that the academic community has carried out at Hamzanwadi University, especially Lecturers. The development model used in this study is the Waterfall Development model (Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Maintenance), but this study only describes the Design stage. The results obtained are in the form of system requirements, client needs, system architecture, flowcharts, and DFD of the designed system

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, kemampuan TIK dan literasi sangat dibutuhkan. Hal ini dikarenakan mudahnya masyarakat termakan berita bohong atau lebih dikenal dengan HOAX. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi dan meningkatkan kemampuan TIK dan literasi digital bagi siswa siswi SMK dan MA di Desa Tembeng Putik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu melalui pelatihan dan praktik langsung, serta penyampain materi melalui ceramah dan diskusi. Materi pelatihan berupa Photoshop dasar, Micrososft Words dasar, instalasi komputer, dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam literasi digital. Secara keseluruhan hasil yang didapatkan yaitu terbentuknya pemahaman dan kemampuan peserta dalam memanfaatkan TIK, baik penggunaannya dalam literasi digital, instalasi komputer, maupun dalam penggunaan perangkat lunak yang diajarkan. Hampir semua peserta mampu mengoprasikan aplikasi yang diajarkan, sehingga tujuan dari kegiatan ini tercapai.
