Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to assess the effect of hedonic shopping value and store atmosphere to the impulsive buying of Carrefour consumen in Pontianak. Double analysis resgresion is the research method used with SPSS version 20.0. Ordinary least square analysis as valid assessment of research. Study research with descriptive analysis method applied. Hedonic shopping value (X1), store atmosphere (X2) is the independent variable, the dependent variabel that is impulsive buying (Y). Questioner as the instrument and research variabel consists of questioner using assessment method based on Silvera theory for independent variabel, otherwise the dependent variabel based on Rachmawati teory and likert scale as the assessment used. The population based on Disdukcapil data is 653.611,the number of respondents accepted is 100 people and accidental sampling as the sampling technique. Based on the partial research, then it is gained 31,92% for store atmosphere variabel (X2) to impulsive buying, otherwise hedonic shopping value (X1) is1,90%. The simultaneous research gained is 59,2% for hedonic shopping value variabel (X1) and store atmosphere (X2) effect positively. The result shows that store atmosphere at Carrefour Pontianak effect consumers in shopping his effect consumers in shopping his money more than hedonic shopping value

Abstract

The aim of this research is to figure out the effect of gender to the online shopping product decision on Pontianak society. Two or more ways analysis of variance know as ANOVA 2, the technique analysis used which manual simultaneously interaction factor, interview, observation and questionnaire are the technique of data collection implemented. Non probability sampling technique with purposive random sampling method with 100 respondents. The result show that there are 50% both the female and male respondents, 45% respondents age range 23-27, 35% last education as bachelor, 38% as private staff and 54% monthly income range 3.000.000., - 4.999.000. The result above indicate hat in this research the adult buyers characteristics, work with fixed income have tendency in shopping products offered online since of the feminine feeling and more sensitive when looking at online media

Abstract

Every human being has the possibility to make mistakes, but each human being also has the opportunity to change to be better. The assisted children in LPKA TK II Pontianak are an example of how many criminal incidents involving underage children. The mistakes made are not purely their faults. The role of parents and society should be the key to the increasingly widespread crime among children. Based on this understanding, training is the best contribution to saving their future and will be able to work. An economical woven bracelet training is considered appropriate because it does not require large capital to start a business. The training activities are summarized in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education activities, namely community service. The results of this training are knowledge of the process of weaving bracelets starting from preparing materials for every one-time production then the main process until the bracelets are packaged and ready to be marketed. This briefing aims to enrich the repertoire of the skills of fostered children so that if one day they leave the institution, they have the desire and capital to continue to live with positive activities

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur pengaruh pengembangan karir dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (persero) Pontianak yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dan didukung software SPSS 20.0 dalam melakukan olah data secara simultan dan parsial. Menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert sebagai alat ukur sehingga terlihat bahwa pencapaian keseluruhan nilai regresi linier berganda mampu untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan karena dipengaruhi pengembaran karir dan kepemimpinan, secara parsial pengembangan karir (X1) berpengaruh sebesar 6,20% terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) sedangkan kpemimpinan (X2) berpenagruh sebesar 18,66% terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y). Secara keseluruhan/simultan hasil pengukuran diperoleh angka sebesar 31,5%. Angka menunjukkan kepuasan kerja karyawan tercipta dengan dukungan pengembangan karir yang jelas dan terstruktur menyebabkan karyawan bekerja secara maksimal demi mencapai orientasi kerja tertinggi, begitu pula berdasarkan kepemimpinan yang terbukti nyata berdampak secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Secara parsial maupun simultan variabel penelitian berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan pencapaian kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini untuk menilai kinerja operasional di Wilmar Group Plantation Pontianak yang menggunakan System Application and Product (SAP) untuk mendukung sistem operasional kinerja karyawan dalam memberikan laporan kerja dari setiap divisi. Metode penelitian menggunakan IT Balanced Scorecard melalui empat perspektif. Perspektif pertama adalah orientasi pengguna, perspektif kedua kontribusi organisasi, perspektif ketiga adalah keunggulan operasional dan perspektif terakhir adalah orientasi masa depan. Penelitian ini berupa studi kasus dengan metode penelitian deskriptif analisis. Instrument dan variable penelitian berupa kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan dengan menggunakan metode pengukuran kinerja IT Balanced Scorecard. Perspektif tertinggi adalah perspektif orientasi pengguna yaitu sebesar 24,27%, kedua adalah perspektif orientasi masa depan sebesar 24,11%, ketiga perspektif penyempurnaan operasional sebesar 24,09% dan yang keempat perspektif kontribusi organisasi sebesar 23,35%. Kinerja System Application and Product (SAP) yang digunakan demi mendukung kinerja karyawan berada pada level yang sangat baik dengan nilai 95,82%. Hasil penelitian menginformasikan bahwa System Application and Product (SAP) mampu mendukung kinerja karyawan Wilmar Group Plantation Pontianak.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai pengaruh penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Pontianak. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan program SPSS versi 20.00 didukung dengan analisis ordinary least square sebagai alat ukur kelayakan pengujian penelitian. Variabel penelitian berupa variable bebas yaitu teknologi informasi wireless (X1) dan teknologi informasi wireline (X2) sedangkan untuk variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Data diperoleh dengan cara wawancara, observasi, kuesioner dan studi dokumenter. Kuesioner berisi pertanyaan berdasarkan teori dari Thamron  untuk variabel bebas sedangkan untuk variable terikat menggunakan teori dari Mangkunegara. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Jumlah responden sesuai dengan jumlah populasi yaitu sebesar 73 orang dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Berdasarkan penelitian  variabel teknologi informasi wireless (X1) berpengaruh sebesar 0.672%  dan  27.67% kinerja karyawan meningkat karena dipengaruhi oleh teknologi informasi wireline (X2). Secara simultan diperoleh nilai sebesar 46% berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Pontianak. Hasil yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya Pontianak memiliki karyawan dengan kinerja yang baik dan didukungan teknologi infomasi yang memadai. Keywords : Teknologi Informasi Wireless, Teknologi Informasi Wireline, Kinerja Karyawan, Deskriptif Analisis

Abstract

Research on the analysis of marketing strategies through online media in Pontianak through Facebook and Instagram. Quantitative related is used for the path analysis method and the application of SPSS V. 23.0 as a calculation tool. Respond 100 with a non-probability sampling technique that is unintentional. Communication strategies in research are lead to awareness, knowledge, passions, inclinations, beliefs and purchases. Based on this strategy, a positive and significant value is obtained in the decision making process. Marketing communication strategies through online media towards consumer purchasing decisions on culinary products marketed through Instagram and Facebook. The results of the study with a significance of 0,000 obtained a beta coefficient of 0.483. The significance of tcount <0.05 indicates that Ho was not accepted and thus received Ha. Explanation of the results of calculations in research gives a meaningful and positive marketing communication strategy to the product purchase decision variable through online media. It can be concluded that the strategies proposed have proven to be effective in winning diverse consumer dynamics
