Abstract

Law no. 14/2005 on Teachers and Lecturers and Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 37/2009 on Lecturers certainly guarantees the existence of lecturers in universities both public and Private, especially swata universities often face off between lecturers and college managers namely foundations. The Foundation as one of the institutions that has a license to establish and or manage high-profile institutions often ignores the rules that apply in accordance with the laws and regulations, sometimes the foundation of a college often intervenes in the policies that will be issued by the head of the college, often harming the lecturers who are based in the college, thus harming the rights of lecturers, and not keeping agreements or contact work towards permanent lecturers or non-permanent lecturers. To ensure legal protection for lecturers both permanent and non-permanent in universities managed by the Foundation, therefore there needs to be more in-depth research on the Legal Protection of Lecturers' Rights and Obligations against Foundation Intervention in Universities This research is a normative empirical juridical research, namely by conducting an analysis of the problem through studying the legal norms contained in the laws and regulations in Indonesia and looking at the reality that occurs in the field. How is it technically done in the field against the rights and obligations of lecturers to the intervention of the foundation, whether in accordance with the applicable laws in Indonesia. In search of a good solution or solution, and the realization of a sense of fairness or not can be seen in the results of this study that will be published in the mandatory luran namely a national journal accredited or un accredited and will be publicly publicized on the additional outside of international journals. This research is financed by the Ministry of Research and Technology, Research Lecturer Beginner (PDP) in the year of implementation 2020, and researchers thank the parties who have been willing and helpful in the research, so that this research can be completed, although there are still many shortcomings or errors in both name typing, place and others.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of Talking Stick model learning  in improving the students learning outcomes on the subject of civics lesson in the central government system. From the results of research conducted by using Talking Sticks in the first cycle of observation results 69% of teachers and 72 student activity observation is good category. Thoroughness of learning outcomes gained 14 people who finished with a percentage of 54% and 12 who did not complete the percentage of 46% with an average value of 62.26, while in the second cycle, the observation of 76.5 teachers and 84 students observation with both categories. The completeness of student learning outcomes obtained 23 who percentage of students who completed at 88.46% and the 3 people who did not complete with the percentage of 11.54% with an average value of the results of the second cycle of 75.15. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of Talking Stick model learning on civics lesson in the central government system in class IV private primary school  04948 Gebang improve the students learning outcomes.

Abstract

Whereas Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers only guarantees legal protection in carrying out professional duties, does not guarantee legal protection regarding the rights and obligations of a lecturer who receives a wage or salary from a tertiary institution, let alone the existence of a foundation intervention that manages a tertiary institution which is protected by Law No. 16 of 2001 concerning the Foundation. Thus, it is very necessary to have a new legal arrangement or legal product to regulate legal protection of the rights and obligations of lecturers, legal products can be in the form of Laws, Ministerial Regulations and Regional Regulations if it is possible that these regions have the same vision and mission government, namely the intellectual life of the nation one of the goals of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACTEducation does not necessarily greatly affect learning outcomes and Closed education: students, educators, materials, models / methods, curriculum, learning facilities and infrastructure. Educators are people who are responsible for the implementation of education targeting students. Student trainees improve their education in three environments, namely the Family Environment, School Environment, and Community Environment. Therefore, those responsible for education are parents, teachers, leaders in the learning, training and community programs. However, so far there is still something found in the learning process carried out. Therefore to solve this problem actions will be chosen using the Talking Stick Model because by using the Talking Stick model, the student acceptance process will be more memorable about making agreements by making good. Students will also be more active and interested in participating in learning because they are directly involved in learning a kensep through stick games by the teacher and students themselves in the classroom.

Abstract

PSK (Penjajah Seks Komersial)  atau wanita pelacur adalah wanita yang menjual tubuhnya untuk memuaskan seksual laki-laki siapapun yang menginginkannya, dimana wanita tersebut menerima sejumlah uang atau barang (umumnya dengan uang dari laki-laki pemakainya). Dalam kehidupan sekarang ini keberadaan PSK atau sering disebut WTS ( Wanita Tuna Susila) merupakan fenomena yang tidak asing lagi dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia akan tetapi keberadaan tersebut ternyata masih menimbulkan pro dan kontra dalam masyarakat. Hal tersebut mungkin sampai sekarang belum ada jawaban yang dirasa dapat mengakomodasi konsep pekerja seks komersial itu sendiri. Hal ini sebagian besar disebabkan karena mereka tidak dapat menanggung biaya hidup. Prostitusi disini bukanlah semata-mata merupakan gejala pelanggaran moral tetapi merupakan suatu kegiatan perdagangan. Kegiatan prostitusi ini berlangsung cukup lama, hal ini mungkin disebabkan karena dalam prakteknya kegiatan tersebut berlangsung karena banyaknya permintaan dari konsumen terhadap jasa pelayanan kegiatan seksual tersebut maka semakin banyak pula tingkat penawaran yang ditawarkan. Jika dilihat dari pandangan yang luas, kita akan mengetahui bahwa sesungguhnya yang dilakukan pekerja seks komersial adalah suatu jaringan perdagangan yang melibatkan banyak pihak. Jaringan perdagangan ini juga membentang dalam wilayah yang lebih luas, yang kadang-kadang tidak hanya didalam suatu negara tetapi beberapa negara.Oleh sebab itu perlu diakui bahwa eksploitasi seksual, pelacuran dan perdagangan manusia semuanya adalah tindakan kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan karenanya merupakan pelanggaran martabat perempuan dan juga merupakan pelanggaran berat hak azasi manusia. Jumlah perempuan pekerja seks meningkat secara dramatis diseluruh dunia karena sejumlah alasan ekonomis, sosial dan kultural. Dalam kasus-kasus tertentu perempuan yang terlibat telah mengalami kekerasan patologis atau kejahatan seksual sejak masa anak, lainnya terjerumus agaar dapat memenuhi nafkah yang mencukupi bagi diri sendiri atau keluarganya, beberapa mencari sosok ayah atau relasi cinta dengan seorang pria, lainnya lagi karena untuk melunasi hutang. Banyak diantara mereka memasuki dunia prostitusi karena asumsi bahwa pekerjaan yang ditawarkan akan mengubah hidup mereka.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the benefits of prostitution localization if it is managed well by the regional government as part of the source of local revenue but in terms of the moral and ethical aspects of the community. The background of this research is because the government is unable to overcome prostitution problems in the region and this problem has long been unable to be resolved and becomes a controversial issue within the community, then the government can take positive and cooperative attitudes by utilizing it as a source of local revenue. This research was conducted in Bandar Baru Village. Deli Serdang Regency where prostitution often occurs in this environment but is not a localization of prostitution, in the sense that prostitution activities in the village are illegal and do not contribute significantly to the local treasury. The data collection technique used is Observation where observation is a way of seeing or observing an event from the outside to the inside and then describing it exactly as what is seen and observed. Observation is not limited to vision (visual), but the experience gained from hearing. The observation made was participation observation. Observation of participation with the technique "part time participant observer" was chosen so that researchers can be directly involved in the field without having to stay in the field. Thus the data can be obtained objectively and planned.

Abstract

The database is one of the important components of information systems, as it serves as the information provider base for the users. Application of the database in the information system is called the system database. The database system (database system) is an information system that integrates a collection of data that are interconnected with each other and make it available for multiple applications in an organization.The purpose of database design is to determine the data needed in the system, so that the resulting information can be met well. Databases that have been entered in a storage media can never be accessed without the existence of a software application that is familiar with it, let's say a database-based application software.

Abstract

Reasoning various negative perceptions towards the direction of national education that has been considered not to characterize the national personality, especially about the output of education that tends not to reflect the values and principles of anti-corruption in work and daily, so that through formal education there should be an increase in terms of intensity. Simplistically, the formal education sector in Indonesia can play a role in meeting the need for corruption prevention. Preventive measures can indirectly pass through two approaches, first: targeting learners, and second: using the empowerment of learners to reduce the environment from permissive to corruption. As for the problems in this paper is how the anti-corruption education policy in Higher Education and the extent of anti-corruption education policies in the prevention of corruption. With the aim to understand and analyze the role of anti-corruption education in growing the values and principles of anti- corruption from an early age. Through this anti-corruption education will be a provision for students to act honestly in the work. Of course, in order not to commit acts of corruption when later occupied a strategic position in an institution or served an important position in this bureaucracy. The facts show that highly educated people are vulnerable to the temptations of corruption because they usually occupy strategic positions in an institution or hold important positions in the bureaucracy.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian adalah hasil belajar siswa belum maksimal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran kemandirian belajar, prestasi belajar, kontribusi kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar, dan korelasi kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Cerdas Bangsa Namorambe Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022, dengan sampel 38 orang siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian korelasional, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dan statistik t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh; (1) kemandirian belajar siswa berkriteria cukup, (2) hasil belajar siswa berkriteria cukup, (3) kemandirian belajar memberikan kontribusi 34,81% terhadap hasil belajar, (4) terdapat korelasi yang signifikan kemandirian belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Cerdas Bangsa Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022.

Abstract

Folklore is the determine the culture of implementing social learning by using method and to find out the difficulties of the students in completing addition and subtraction material in mathematics subject at level A. This research used a qualitative descriptive research method. This research involved 1 supervisor at the Kumon Setia Budi Center tutoring in Medan and 5 students that studying at Kumon Setia Budi Center tutoring who were at level A.The results of the research are as follows: 1. The learning process of level A mathematics subject at Kumon is 1) Initial activities: greeting, checking homework, giving grades: 2) Core activities: guiding homework, students working on worksheets, guiding working on worksheets: 3). Final activity: giving evaluation, giving homework. 2 The difficulties that faced by the students in completing the addition and subtraction material of mathematics subjects at level A are the students have difficulty using the concept, students have difficulty in completing the addition material, and students have difficulty in adding the two numbers are presented randomly.
