Abstract

This study aims to see the level of significance of the influence of Education, Poverty and Inequality Towards Community Income in Langkat District of North Sumatra, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study, using secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The population of this study consists of the total number of people who have never taken education, the percentage of poverty level and the level of inequality / Gini Ratio as well as the total income of the community / GRDP of Langkat Regency, North Sumatra Province. The sample starts from 2010 until 2019 with annual data. This research model uses multiple linear regression models with a significance level of 5%. Research data were processed using the SPSS 25 program. The classic assumption test results are that the research data is stated to be normally distributed, free from deviations from classical assumptions (multi-colinearity, auto correlation, hetero scedasticity) and independent variables (Education, Poverty Level and Life Inequality able to explain the dependent variable (Community Income) of 92.8 Partially, the Education variable has a very significant negative effect on Community Income and the Inequality variable has a very significant negative effect on Community Income while the Poverty Level variable has a Significant effect on Community Income

Abstract

Abstract: Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah ingin melihat tingkat signifikansi pengaruh Pembiayaan Bank Syariah, Suku Bunga Bank Indonesia dan Gross Domestic Product (GDP) terhadap jumlah uang beredar di Indonesia baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitin ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan penggunaan data skunder berdasarkan pada data time series. Data diperoleh dari laporan statistik perbankan syariah yang dipublikasikan Bank Indonesia (BI) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS).Populasi adalah keseluruhan jumlah pembiayaan bank syariah, tingkat suku bunga dan nilai GDP serta jumlah uang beredar di Indonesia. Sample dimulai dari bulan januari 2016 sampai dengan desember 2019. Penelittian ini menggunakan model regresi linear berganda dan data diolah menggunakan program SPSS.25 dengan tingkat sigifikansi 5%.            Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa data penelitian dinyatakan berdistribusi normal, terbebas dari penyimpangan asumsi klasik (multikolinearitas, autokorelasi, heteroskedastisitas). Hasil uji menyatakan bahwa variabel bebas (Pembiayaan Pada Bank Syariah, Suku Bunga BI dan GDP) mampu menjelaskan variabel terikat (Jumlah Uang Beredar ) sebesar 95,6%.Secara parsial variabel Pembiayaan Pada Bank Syariah memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Jumlah Uang Beredar dan variabel Suku Bunga/ BI Rate memiliki pengaruh negatif sangat signifikan terhadap Jumlah Uang Beredar sedangkan variabel GDP tidak berpengaruh terhadap Jumlah Uang Beredar pada tingkat signifikansi α 5%, namun berpengaruh signifikan pada tingkat sigifikansi α 10%, Kata Kunci  : Pembiayaan Bank Syariah, Suku Bunga Bank Indonesia, GDP dan Jumlah Uang Beredar.

Abstract

The use of halal products is a special concern in Islamic teachings, so that interest in using halal products is important for every Muslim. This study aims to find out how the interest in using halal products in STAI-Jama'iyah Mahmudiya Tanjung Pura Langkat students. This type of research is a quantitative research using the analysis approach of Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance (PLS). WarpPLS 7.0 software was used to help analyze the model and measure the effect of each exogenous variable on the endogenous variable. Where data is collected using questionnaires either directly or online. The results showed that the variable of halal certificate had a significant effect on the variable of interest in using halal products, while the variables of religiosity and halal awareness had a but not significant effect on the variable of interest in using halal products. The joint effect of all exogenous variables on endogenous variables is 0.71%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the marketing strategy of vehicle financing in increasing the number of customers at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat. The research method used is a qualitative research method that is descriptive with an empirical approach. The results of the study explained that the mechanisms and procedures for vehicle financing in PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat begins with the submission of proposals / files, investigation of files, approval of financing and signing of financing contracts, after that the Bank makes a purchase order (PO) to the dealer / showroom that contains specifications according to the customer's wishes and prepares all documents needed for the disbursement of financing by the Bank and installment payments in accordance with the agreement. Marketing strategy implemented by PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat in increasing motor vehicle financing refers to the marketing mix, namely products, prices, distribution / place, and promotion. The results of the SWOT analysis are the strengths of its implementation in accordance with sharia, light down payment, low margins, long installment periods and free of penalty fees, in addition to a strategic location. Weakness is the lack of knowledge of the community. Opportunities are the high interest of the public to buy a vehicle and the increasingly fanatical Muslims with their religion. Threats are the proliferation of financial institutions such as leasing that do focus on purchasing vehicles and the public is more interested in applying for purchases to leasing.
