Abstract

The cognitive ability and the student attitude on the Islamic religious course still low. This study aims to reveal a homogeneity analysis of cognitive abilities towards student attitudes that is the limited level. The proof was done with quantitative approach. The data processing was done manually with mathematical equations. The research location at Senior High School Imelda Medan. The total of 21 student was sampled drawn from the XI-Class. The activities were established from july to september 2019. The Likert scale has been suggested instruments to measure student cognitive ability toward influenced of the attituted. The results shows, all the attribute variables had a homogeneous. This means that the data obtained from respondents have a similarity in size distribution so it is feasible for the next stage of analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to reveals the principal leadership strategies in forming student character in Al-Azhar Middle School Medan. The approach used in this study is a descriptive analysis approach. According to Sumadi Suryabrata, a descriptive approach is a form of approach that is carried out using a systematic and accurate scribal (exposure or description) regarding the facts and characteristics of the population. This approach is used to describe and analyze the leadership strategy of the Al-Azhar Medan Middle School leadership.The research location is a place where researchers conduct research so that researchers get information in accordance with the themes discussed. This research was conducted at Jalan Pintu Air IV No. 214 Kwala Bekala, District: Medan Johor, Medan City, and North Sumatera. The result shows that the principal's leadership strategy in forming the character of students are exemplar, discipline, advice and assign tasks to teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the teacher's communication strategy in the practice of moral values at SMK Telkom Medan and to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the teacher's communication strategy as well as the stages of implementation in the practice of morals at SMK Telkom Medan. The methodology used in this research are; a qualitative approach of the type of field research (field research) which is descriptive. With primary and secondary data sources. As well as data collection techniques through interviews (interviews) with informants 10 teachers and several students, observation and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed by means of reduction, presentation and verification of data so that a conclusion can be drawn. The results showed that the communication strategies used by the teachers at SMK Telkom Medan were; by using interpersonal communication strategies in both verbal and nonverbal forms, strategies to identify communication targets, compiling messages, method determination strategies by means of Repitition/redundancy, Informative, Persuasive, educative, Caursive, selection of communication media used.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of student personality on moral formation at SMK Gelora Pancasila Pengajahan with a quantitative descriptive approach. This study took a sample of SMK Gelora Pancasila Pengajahan Medan City. Of the 22 samples that the author distributed from SMK Gelora Pancasila Pengajahan were analyzed using Moment Products to see the effect. The hypothesis is that there is a significant influence on Student Personality Formation on Moral Formation in Gelora Pancasila Pengajahan Vocational Schools. Research locations at SMK Gelora Pancasila Pengajahan Medan City class IX. The results showed that there was a significant effect of student personality on the formation of student morals with the correlation coefficient amounted to 0.429, or 18.44%.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a wide impact on various aspects of human life, especially education, so it needs to be reorganized or managed again, in accordance with the demands of implementing learning during Covid-19. The aim is that madrasahs still have an advantage over schools in general. MTs Islamiyah Barbaran is one of the madrasas in Mandailing Natal Regency which for approximately 8 years has implemented a superior class system learning pattern, to accommodate the demands or needs of smart or superior students. The ability of MTs Islamiyah Barbaran in managing superior classes so as to produce sufficient quality output or graduates makes this madrasah always in demand, and gets a good response from the community. In this regard, this study will examine the implementation of superior class management during covid-19 at MTs Islamiyah Barbaran, using a qualitative approach, the methods used in this study are the methods of interviewing, observation and documentation. The data analysis method uses qualitative descriptive analysis which consists of four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion or verification. Withdrawing conclusions using the inductive method. The results of this study indicate that the principal of the madrasah has carried out superior class learning innovation management during the Covid-19 pandemic at Islamic Private MTs Barbaran TP. 2020/2021, namely by implementing several policies, such as online learning, flexibility of lesson hours, IT development, and maintaining daily protocols, by implementing management functions, namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. In addition, committee empowerment is one of the main keys to the success of these MTs in managing superior classes.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze planning, resource management, implementation and evaluation of management of boarding education in Stai As-Sunnah Tanjung Morawa Deli Serdang.This study uses a qualitative method. The process of collecting data uses observation, interview and document study techniques. Informant chairman of Stai As-Sunnah, puket 3 and head of boarding care ... In analyzing the data the researcher used qualitative analysis with steps of data exposure, data reduction and conclusion drawing.The results of this study indicate that; 1) the planning process is carried out by deliberation followed by the chairperson of Stai As-Sunnah, puket 3 and the head of boarding and subordinates 2) the process of organizing resources with the division of tasks according to their expertise including the student executive body, preparation of daily activity schedules, monthly activity schedules and schedules annual activities 3) the process of implementing boarding education includes the implementation of a series of activities carried out by the Head of care and its staff in providing motivation, direction and guidance as well as student executive bodies based on the implementation of STAI As-Sunnah learning and activities. monthly reports and supervision of puket 3 to the dormitory when the activities are taking place.

Abstract

Value education is a system of building character values or school citizens which includes the components of knowledge, awareness or willingness, and actions to implement these values to God Almighty, oneself, others, environment, and nationality so that they become human beings who are qualified for their morals. After conducting research and interviews with several teachers, the researcher draws the conclusion that in terms of delivering value education in schools for Elementary Schools, the teacher uses a contextual learning approach model that is the effort of educators to connect the material taught with the real world situation of students, encouraging students make connections between the knowledge they have and their application in their lives as family members and communities. The learning system adopted in Jampalan Elementary School is inseparable from the existence of Asahan district Government No.19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards and the Vision namely "Realizing a Religious, Healthy, Smart and Independent Asahan". For this reason, in relation to the regulation, every Friday some activities is held in each school. The religion program is an additional lesson whose purpose is to shape children's morals into a level of understanding of high moral values so that they can be implemented in their daily lives.

Abstract

The method applied in the Tahfzih Miftahul Jannah House in the process of memorizing the Koran is: the method of tasmi ', wahdah, takrir and sima'i. the method of 'mummy' is divided into two, namely the 'morning deposit' and the repetition of the 'mule' in the afternoon. Metodetasmi 'is an activity of depositing the memorization of the Koran of the santri to one of the ustaz or ustzah respectively. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana uapaya meningkatkan disiplin siswa dengan budaya literasi dan tata tertib di SMK Widya Karya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dikumpulkan dari hasil wawancara, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa budaya kelas literasi dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa serta implemetasian tata tertip dengan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan kegiatan spontan. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal: 1) The recruitment system for members of the madrasah committee at MTs Swasta Miftahussalam Medan; 2) Is the performance of the madrasah committee in accordance with the objectives, roles and functions of the private MTs Miftahussalam Medan; 3) Challenges and obstacles faced by madrasah committees in carrying out their objectives, roles and functions at the Miftahussalam Medan Private MTs; and 4) Efforts to empower madrasah committees in improving madrasah managerial performance in private MTs Miftahussalam Medan.This thesis research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The collection techniques used interview, observation and documentary studies, while to strengthen the validity of the data findings and the authenticity of the research, the researcher referred to the use of data validity standards consisting of creadibility, transferability, dependability and comfirmability. The results of this study were: 1) Recruitment board k Committee of the m adrasah done by consensus with the madrasas as meeting facilitator. The composition of the madrasah committee committee is a combination of community leaders, ingenious, representatives of parents and other elements of society; 2) The performance shown by the madrasah committee on a general scale has not shown the functions and responsibilities that are expected from its formation in madrasah. The activities shown only revolve around certain activities, such as the realization of the distribution of certain assistance received by madrasah, the rest did not show significant activities for the progress of madrasah. Based on these findings, it is also found that the existence of committees in madrasah has also penetrated into technical matters which are not the responsibility and function of the committee in madrasah; 3) The challenges faced by madrasah committees in carrying out their roles, functions and responsibilities in madrasah are more due to a lack of understanding of their roles, functions and duties as a whole, in addition to the lack of coordination and communication processes between the committee and the madrasah, this situation results in a lack of synergy. and expectations on both sides and tends to generate suspicion, feeling of being watched, and the appearance of being too intrusive; and 4) Efforts to empower madrasah committees, especially in relation to improving madrasah managerial performance, have not progressed as expected or in other words, their empowerment efforts are only temporary in nature. The involvement of the madrasah committee in madrasah managerial activities is only in the areas of madrasah financing and finance as w
