Abstract

The impact of learning difficulties is a condition of students experiencing certain obstacles, in following the learning process so that they do not achieve optimal results. The learning difficulties discussed in this study are limited to students' ability to participate in the online learning process. This study aims to describe the difficulties and factors that cause students to have difficulty learning online during the pandemic. Factors that cause students to have difficulty learning through project based learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results showed that there were obstacles in project-based learning, students were found to have problems when sending assignments due to a network system that experienced interference.AbstrakDampak dari kesulitan belajar merupakan suatu kondisi siswa mengalami hambatan-hambatan tertentu, dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran sehingga tidak mencapai hasil yang optimal. Kesulitan belajar yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada kemampuan siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan dan faktor yang menyebabkan siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar dalam jaringan selama masa pandemi. Faktor yang menyebabkan siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar dalam melalui pembelajaran project based learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskritif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hambatan dalam pembelajaran projectbased learning siswa didapati mengalami masalah ketika mengirim tugas dikarenakan adanya sistem jaringan yang mengalami gangguan.

Abstract

Motivation to learn is very important to give a series of efforts to provide space so that someone wants and wants to do something. Motivation to learn can affect student learning outcomes. Because where a low motivation value can lead to lower success in learning so that it will affect learning achievement. Using descriptive qualitative methods with a literature study approach, it can be concluded that: the teacher's job is as a guide and helper to help students to increase learning motivation. The teacher awakens the enthusiasm of students to learn by providing creative ways when teaching, so that it can attract the attention of students. the importance of Christian Religious Education teachers to advise, guide, teach and direct and provide encouragement to continue to move forward in increasing the enthusiasm for learning so as to have good learning motivation. So, the teacher needs to generate motivation in students so that they are more active in learning so that they can achieve learning success. Students who have high learning motivation are very easy to get good learning outcomes, and students will try hard with all their efforts to learn starting from Christian Religious Education subjects so that other subjects can learn with this. Therefore, learning motivation is very important in achieving the learning success of students.AbstrakMotivasi belajar sangatlah penting untuk memberikan serangkaian usaha untuk menyediakan ruang sehingga seseorang mau  dan ingin melakukan sesuatu. Motivasi belajar dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Sebab dimana nilai motivasi yang rendah dapat menyebabkan rendahkanya keberhasilan dalam belajar sehingga akan memperngaruhi prestasi belajar. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskritif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: tugas guru adalah sebagai pembimbing dan penolong untuk membantu siswa untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Guru membangkitkan semangat anak didik untuk belajar dengan memberikan cara-cara kreatifitas saat mengajar, sehingga dapat menarik perhatian peserta didik. pentingnya guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen untuk memberi nasehat, membimbing, mengajarkan dan mengarahkan serta memberikan dorongan untuk terus maju dalam meningkatkan semangat belajar agar punya motivasi belajar yang baik. Maka, Guru perlu membangkitkan motivasi dalam diri anak didik agar mereka semakin aktif belajar sehingga dapat mencapai keberhasilan belajar. Peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi sangat mudah memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik, dan anak didik akan berusaha keras dengan segala daya upaya mempelajari mulai dari mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen sehingga mata pelajaran yang lain boleh belajar dengan hal ini. Oleh karena itu, motivasi belajar sangat penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan belajar anak didik.

Abstract

Abstract: Theological education actually has an important role for Sunday school teachers in giving a more specific understanding to a teacher in guiding, directing and educating Sunday school children. Because Sunday school is a place for character building, attitude and introduction of children from an early age about the truth of God's word. Not only theological education has an important role for Sunday school teachers, Christian leadership also has an important role for Sunday school teachers. Christian leadership is leadership that has the heart of a servant in serving others where the model is Jesus. A Christian leader has a very strong influence for Sunday school teachers in bringing positive changes to Sunday school teachers so that the teacher is able to transform this positive influence on Sunday school children. This writing uses a literature research method where this research method is carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach, so that it can describe the role of theological education and Christian leadership for Sunday school teachers, because theological education and Christian leadership are the basis for Sunday school teachers in teaching children. Sunday school kids. Abstrak: Pendidikan teologi sesungguhnya memiliki peran penting untuk guru sekolah minggu dalam memberi pemahaman ynag lebih spesifik kepada seorang guru dalam membimbing, mengarahkan dan mendidik anak sekolah minggu. Oleh karena sekolah minggu merupakan wadah pembentukan karakter, sikap dan pengenalan anak sejak dini tentang kebenaran firman Tuhan. Tidak hanya pendidikan teologi saja yang memiliki peran penting bagi guru sekolah minggu, kepemimpinan kristen juga memiliki peran penting bagi guru sekolah minggu. Kepemimpinan kristen adalah kepemimpinan yang memiliki hati seorang hamba dalam melayani orang lain dimana yang menjadi modelnya adalah Yesus. Seorang pemimpin kristen memiliki pengaruh yang sangat kuat bagi guru sekolah minggu dalam mebawa perubahan positif bagi guru sekolah minggu sehingga guru tersebut mampu mentransformasi pengaruh positif tersebut kepada anak sekolah minggu. Penulisan ini menggunakann metode penelitian pustaka dimana metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, sehingga dapat mengdeskripsikan peran pendidikan teologi dan kepemimpinan kristen itu bagi guru sekolah minggu, oleh karena pendidikan teologi dan kepemimpinan kristen ini merupakan dasar bagi para guru sekolah minggu dalam mengajar anak-anak sekolah minggu.

Abstract

Amid the swift currents of globalization triggered by the explosion of the information technology revolution, conflicts often occur on issues of discrimination on race, class, and religion. Religions face challenges in resolving controversies and violent behavior and maintaining harmony between religious communities. Christian Religious Education educators need to teach their students positive responses to plurality and pluralism in Indonesia. The most important thing is the impact on students. Research using descriptive qualitative research methods concludes: first, there is a need to increase pluralism in the frame of a pluralistic society and an era of disruption. Second, believers, in this case, Christian Religious Education teachers and students, should understand pluralism from a biblical point of view. Third, Christian Religious Education teachers and students are responsible for actualizing an attitude of tolerance towards a pluralistic society both in society in everyday life and in behavior in cyberspace communities based on a biblical understanding of pluralism. Fourth, Christian Religious Education teachers act as students' guides and counselors to develop an attitude of state life and socialize in a pluralistic society in building togetherness without any form of identity politics.
