Abstract

The goal of this study is to demonstrate the impact of the work environment on teacher performance, to demonstrate the impact of work motivation on teacher performance, and to demonstrate the impact of the work environment and work motivation on teacher performance together. At Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1, Palembang, this study was carried out. The problems that exist include the frequent occurrence of confusion between teachers in performing their duties, resulting in the less favorable working atmosphere of the teacher, unsatisfactory student output could be attributable to the standard of teacher work that has not been maximized because the motivation of teachers to work is still poor, In implementing policies, there are often differences of opinion between teachers and the principal of madrasah, lack of guidance for teachers that leads to low teacher morale, the absence of teacher imagination in creating independent material still depends on the books used, teachers often arrive late or come home not yet that can harm learning students. Observations, questionnaires, and documentation were used to collect data. The study carried out was an analysis of the association between the t – test and the F – test. The findings of the analysis of the data collected were that the working environment had an effect on the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Palembang. There is an influence on the success of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Palembang by Job Motivation. The work climate and work motivation together have an effect on the teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Palembang.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach, namely using numerical analysis. This research will be carried out in all elementary schools in Muara Dua Kisam District, South Oku Regency. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of research and discussion is that there is a positive and significant influence between training on the performance of elementary school teachers in Muara Dua Kisam District with an rX1Y value of 0.434> r table, namely 0.278, so there is a positive influence between training on school teacher performance. based in Muara Dua Kisam District. The R square value is 0.188, which means that 18.8% of teacher performance is affected by training. with a significant t of 0.002 <0.05. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of research and discussion is that there is a positive and significant influence

Abstract

Study aims to determine managerial influence of principals and work motivation toward teacher performance. Type of research was quantitative study using t-test and F-test. Sample was hundred of teachers. Data collection technique used questionnaire. Data analysis technique used SPSS program. Results of study (1) Principal managerial had significant influence toward teacher performance. This was evidenced by the t-count 13.998 and t-table 1.660; (2) Work motivation had significant influence toward teacher performance according to t-count 2.206 and t-table 1.660; (3) Principal managerial and work motivation had a significant influence toward teacher performance, based on the test results obtained F-count value 4.653 and F-table 3.09. There was a significant influence between principal managerial and work motivation towards teacher performance.
