Abstract

Peran otonomi pendidikan dalam masa krisis yang disebabkan oleh pandemi covid-19 sangat dibutuhkan sebagai dasar dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran dalam kondisi krisis seperti saat ini. Banyak strategi dan pendekatan yang dapat dilakukan dengan peran otonomi pendidikan tersebut, untuk tetap dapat melaksanakan proses pembelajaran di setiap satuan pendidikan yang terdapat pada pemerintahan daerah. Berdasarkan Surat Edaran Mendikbud No 3 Tahun 2020 tentang "langkah pencegahan covid-19 pada satuan pendidikan", dan Surat Edaran Mendikbud No 4 Tahun 2020 tentang " pelaksanaan pendidikan pada masa covid 19". Selama pandemi covid-19 siswa belajar di rumah, dan guru mengajar dari rumah. Sehingga harus dilakukan proses perubahan yang sangat cepat dan melakukan penyesuaian yang sangat cepat dengan kondisi ini. Maka peran dari kepala sekolah dalam memfasilitasi, mendukung, mendorong, monitorin jadi sangat penting dalam rangka menjaga kualitas proses pembelajaran yang akan berlangsung. Tanggung jawab kepala sekolah di masa covid-19 ini hanya ada satu yaitu menjamin kualitas belajar murid di rumah melalui pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen dan kepemimpinan. Pengelolaan pembelajaran di masa andemic covid-19 saat ini, sangat membutuhkan peran kepala sekolah yang inovatif dengan menyusun berbagai perencanaan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran bagi peserta didik dan kesiapan pendidik dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di masa pandemic covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of school organizational culture, communication and teacher competence on teacher performance either partially or simultaneously. The sample in this study were teachers of SMK YP Satrya Budi Karang Rejo, Simalungun Regency, totaling 45 people. Data analysis techniques in this study using quantitative techniques. The data in this study are primary data. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the Multiple Linear Regression model. To test the hypothesis simultaneously the F test is used and partially the t test is used. The results of the tests carried out with SPSS obtained multiple regression equations: Y = 1.822 + 0.179 X1 + 0.207 X2 + 0.237 X3 which means a constant value of 1.822 which indicates that if the school's organizational culture, communication and teacher competence are assumed to be zero, then the value of performance teacher is 1,822. If the independent variable increases by 1%, the teacher's performance will increase. The results of the t-test hypothesis of the research variable are the Organizational Culture variable obtained tcount 2.143 with a significant probability of 0.038 less than the level of confidence (level of significant) = 0.05, Communication variable obtained tcount 2.071 with significant probability 0.045 less than the level of confidence (level of significant) = 0.05, the variable Teacher Competence obtained tcount 2.207 with a significant probability of 0.033 less than the level of confidence (level of significant) = 0.05. So the decision taken is to reject H0 and accept Ha, meaning that school organizational culture, communication and teacher competence have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at YP Satrya Budi Karang Rejo Vocational School, Simalungun Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kecerdasan  intelektual kepala sekolah di SMA Tarbiyah Islamiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis kecerdasan intelektual kepala sekolah di SMA Tarbiyah Islamiyah , berdasarkan indicator adalah sebagai berikut: pertama, Pelaksanaan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMA Tarbiyah Islamiyah dalam menangani kecerdasan angka dapat di katakan baik karna terbukti dengan membagi jam mengajar pada dewan guru serta memberikan sangsi apabila ada yang menyalahi aturan, serta mengatur waktu dalam hal rapat dan pembahasan belajar mengajar. Kedua, Dalam kepemimpinan kepala sekolah menangani pemahaman komunikasi verbal di SMA Tarbiyah Islamiyah dapat di kategorikan baik karna dapat dilihat dari hasil yang di berikan, seperti pemahaman oleh dewan guru dan peserta didik dengan baik. Dan ketiga, Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam menangani kecepatan persepsi memeberikan dampak yang positif, seperti salah satunya memberikan metode belajar yang baru melalui pembelajaran during atau online dan melakukan tatap muka secara berkala dan bergelombang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) to describe the online learning policy at Dharmawangsa University, (2) Describe and analyze the Implementation of Online Learning Policies During the COVID-19 Pandemic Period at Dharmawangsa University., (3) Describe whether there are any obstacles during the online learning process (4) Describe what inputs can be taken from student complaints about the online learning process at Dharmawangsa University. Data collection techniques in research using interview techniques and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that (1) Dharmawangsasudang University followed the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Culture SE No. 5 of 2020 and SE of Higher Education No. 1 of 2020 and was following these instructions. (2) Lecturers and teaching staff at Dharmawangasa University also know the Circular. However, it is not comprehensive (3) The implementation of online learning policies during the COVID-19 pandemic at Dharmawangsa University, most of the lecturers answered less effectively, especially when taking lessons where the courses required doing practicum or practice so that they could not run under learning outcomes. (4 ) There are significant obstacles when the online learning process is carried out, including uneven network connections in the student's residential area and insufficient internet quota in carrying out the online learning. (5) As for input from complaints submitted by students during the learning policy online during the pandemic, including uneven network connections and the lack of quotas owned by students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of technical guidance, facilities and incentives to performance Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Deli Serdang. The population in this study was the entire personnel of the Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Deli Serdang amounting to 230 people. The sample is used as many as 40 personnel Bhabinkamtibmas who are the rank of Bripka. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and questionnaire list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, from a partial test of guidance to significant impact on performance. Partial testing of facilities has significant effect on performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on performance. Simultaneous testing of the influence of technical guidance, facilities and incentives has significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami tentang Perencanaan Strategik Program Studi Agroteknologi dalam Meningkatkan Mutu pendidikan di kampus STIP Yashafa Kabupaten Aceh Singkil, disamping itu untuk mengetahui peningkatan mutu pendidikan di kampuis STIP Yashafa. Pendekatan atau metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Naturalistik dan tekhnik Triangulasi, Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama kurang lebih 3 bulan mulai dari bulan Mei 2020 sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2020, Yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Ketua Yayasan kampus, Dosen, Ketua Prodi Staf Dan Mahasiswa. Sementara yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah kegiatan Perancanaan Strategik Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses Perencanaan Strategik di Program Studi Agroteknologi sudah tergolong bagus tapi pelaksanaannya yang belum efektif sehingga pencapaian Akreditasi Program Studi masih dibawah Standar atau mendapat Akreditasi C, ini menunjukkan bahwa program Studi Agroteknologi masih jauh ketinggalan dibandingkan dengan Program Studi Agribisnis yang sudah mendapatkan Akreditasi B.dan Perlunya perencanaan yang lebih matang lagi sehingga kedepannya Program Studi Agroteknologi bisa mendapatkan Akreditasi yang memuaskan minimal mendapatkan Akreditasi B, serta membangun sarana dan prasarana yang lebih memadai seperti gedung Laboratorium sehingga memudahkan mahasiswa untuk praktek. Implementasi  mutu  pendidikan di kampus STIP Yashafa sudah tergolong bagus dibuktikan dengan Qualiatas lulusan yang sudah banyak berkiprah atau yang bekerja sebagai ASN(Aparatur Sipil Negara), dan telah banyak Alumni yang bekerja di bidang pertanian ke kancah daerah, Nasional bahkan ada yang bekerja di perusahaan Internasional.

Abstract

Religion for some people in the world is a guideline for determining the direction to be directed in their life. In life in this world, the most important thing is a peace of mind and body in society. In keeping up with the current changes, a good reasoning process is urgently needed as a solution to addressing this to break the chain of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak. Moderate Islam is a teaching that is able to keep up with the times and does not abandon the teachings afterwards. So that Moderate Islam is a religion that is able to balance the movement of changes in life in society. The understanding of moderate Islamic values is currently being eroded by the changing times, so that many young people tend to be pragmatic, exclusive and intolerant in responding to the situation and conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic which is spreading so rapidly today.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the variables in the study model, named clime, culture and organizational structure performance on the quality of education in SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak. This research took place at SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak which was carried out from November 2020-March 2021. The research population was all 62 educators, teachers and school principals and the sample used was 62 people from the total population in SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak. In this study, the instrument used to obtain data and information about the object of research was using a questionnaire with a Likert scale approach. The analysis used is path analysis. From the results of the research data analysis shows that the influence of clime, culture, and structure performance variables on the quality of education is 0.749 or the equivalent of 74.9% is significant at the significant level of 0.0 Furthermore, the results of the study show that the influence of organizational clime variables on the quality of education shows that there is a significant influences. a significant amount is 3,531. Then the result of the influence of organizational culture variables on the quality of education showed a significant effect of 2.53. And the results of the study shows that the effect of the organizational structure performance variables on the quality of education showing a significant influence of 4.33

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of State Vocational High School teachers throughout Central Tapanuli Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of State Vocational High School teachers throughout Central Tapanuli Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on the performance of State Vocational High School teachers in the Central Tapanuli Regency. To determine the effect of motivation and work discipline together on the performance of State Vocational High School teachers throughout Central Tapanuli Regency. The population in this study were all teachers of State Vocational Schools in Central Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra Province as many as 99 people. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the results are For that can the coefficient of determination, work motivation variable influence (X1) to the variable teacher performance in SMK Se-Central Tapanulii(Y) R Square is 95.5%. This means that the work motivation variable (X1) has an influence on variable teacher performance at State Vocational Schools throughout Central Tapanuli Regency (Y) of 95.5%. While was discussion results study influence the discipline of work with the teacher's performance can see of the calculation results explain that the influence between the variable work discipline (X2) on teacher performance (Y) with the value of is significant 0.000.05. While was can know the value of the coefficient of determination (contributions) the impact of work discipline variables (X2) to teacher performance (Y) R Square of 89.1%. work discipline means that the variables (X2) on teacher performance (Y) for 89.1%. And simultaneous testing influences work motivation, work discipline to variable teacher performance The SMK Se-Central Tapanuli is can know that value coefficient determination work motivation variable (X1), work discipline (X2) it simultaneously (together) variable teacher performance (Y) seen in column R square that for 96.1% means work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2) as together have influence to variables the performance of teachers-Centralin SMK in Tapanuli for 96.1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa SMA Negeri 1 Tukka Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Upaya kepala sekolah dalam menyelesaikan berbagai kendala pembinaan menajemen dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa masuk perguruan tinggi favorit dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penentu dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa masuk perguruan tinggi favorit ? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis Miles dan Huberman yang dilakukan tiga tahapan, yaitu : reduksi data, (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan menarik kesimpulan (conclution drawing/verification). Adapun pengecekan keabsahan datanya menggunakan kredibilitas, tranferabilitas, dependabilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan: (1) manajemen kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa adalah menyusun konsep yang jelas dan terperinci serta mudah dilaksanakan. Tahapannya adalah menyusun perencanaan, melakukan seleksi, melakukan pembinaan, dan mengikuti event lomba dan evaluasi; (2) upaya kepala sekolah dalam menyelesaikan berbagai kendala dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa adalah memperkuat kesolidan team, membuat program yang berbeda, melakukan pendekatan kepada orang tua, menjalin komunikasi yang efektif, melengkapi sarana dan prasarana,memahamkan dan menanamkan nilai perjuangan, mengadakan rapat; (3) faktor- faktor yang yang menjadipenentu dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa adalah faktor internal meliputi soliditas team, semangat untuk berprestasi, kinerja yang tinggi, ikhlas dan faktor eksternal meliputi soliditas wali murid, dukungan yayasan, networking, sarana prasarana.
